Classic Japanese style hotel locate in an important political area. Within walking distance, we explored almost all iconic political buildings. It is next to a beautiful shrine. The view from the room is nice, maybe nicer with the Tokyo Tower on the opposite side. Food is good, and the service was attentive.

Excellent stay at the gorgeous Andaz. Room facing Tokyo Tower has spectacular views. So nice to be at a hotel that offers happy hour and canapés for free. But most of all, they have the most amazing staff, like Sayaka, who helped us with restaurant selection and reservations. Thank you!

I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the best luxury hotels in Tokyo—the service is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and the location is perfect.

Oli kätevää ottaa limusiinibussi lentokentältä ja mennä suoraan hotellille. Limusiinibussin saapumisaika oli noin klo 2, mutta koska oli arkipäivä, lähtöselvitys tehtiin heti, joten pääsin matkustamaan erittäin mukavasti. Huoneen kunto ja näkymä olivat erittäin kauniita ja mukavia. Tarjolla oli neljä pulloa vettä ja kapslikahvia, ja kaikki mukavuudet toimitettiin, joten se oli mukavaa ja mukavaa ilman haittaa. This was my second stay in this hotel while the first time I found the hotel to be good value for money ratio .I don’t know what happened with the hotel this time , but the service level dropped . We arrived around two o’clock ( 1 hour before official check in time ) and the clerk didn’t agree to let us in although we mentioned that we came from far away with two little kids with one of them sleeping in my wife’s hands . The clerk said the room is being cleaned ( which I doubt ) and said come back at 3 sharp . When we came back , it had a huge line ( of those people who came earlier I guess ) picture attached and we spend almost one hour waiting in a line . Hope that the personal can get a better training on empathy and have better service values . The location is good and the breakfast choice is limited in the buffet . Rooms are not big .

Hotellissa on mukava sijainti Otemachi-aseman sisäänkäynnillä samassa rakennuksessa kulman ympäri. Pari 24h conbini’s sijaitsee ympärillä. Meillä oli huone seisomassa puistossa, jossa oli hämmästyttävä näköala auringonlaskussa ja Mt.Fujissa. Huone itsessään on puhdas ja tilava, kaikki tarvitsivat oli sisällä, henkilöstö vaihtoi pyyhkeitä päivittäin. Tupakointihuone on ympäri vastaanotto ja on todella mukava, koska on 2 myyntikoneita. Ainoa alhaalla - uima-allas toimii meidän päättyy aikaisin, mikä on hieman outoa, koska kävely Tokyon ympäri yleensä ei päättyy noin 6-7 pm. ja olisi hienoa laajentaa jalat pitkän kävely uiminen uima-allas ennen nukkumaanmenoa

Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area. Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful. However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence. Was disappointed at the way he spoke in a condescending attitude when we asked for help to make a call in Japanese to another host for booking confirmation. If he was so unhappy to help, could have asked us to approach other staff instead of the negative attitude for a reputable hotel as well as a disgrace to Japanese hospitality. On the other hand, the male front desk staff with glasses was more friendly and approachable and even offered to upgrade our room facing Tokyo Tower when I made a repeated booking under my partner’s name

The rooms are much larger than the Tokyo average, and the jetted tub overlooking the city is a game-changer. Highlights: • Unbeatable View: Front-row seats to the tower. Ensure you book the ”Tower View” specifically! • Quiet Location: Set in the beautiful Shiba Park, right next to Zojo-ji Temple. • Pro Tip: It’s a short 5-minute walk to Akabanebashi Station. Worth every penny for the photos and the atmosphere alone. 10/10 would stay again.

Good service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience.

We like Prince Hotels so we come and stay one of the Prince hotels 2-3 times a year. We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations. However this time I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of this hotel since we realised that cleaning wasn’t done properly. Realised that spider’s silk thread was dangling from the ceiling…and also saw that a Japanese teabag’s package was torn and bathroom cleaning wasn’t clean enough when we entered… Prince Hotels are classic and I thought we can expect the high hygiene level for rooms but I was a bit disappointed although stuffs at the reception are lovely. Positive thing we experienced this time was a lady who handled check-in was lovely and kind we could see her hospitality spirit by the way she handled the check -in. The garden outside was beautiful with leaves of changing colour and it was absolutely pleasant to be at the garden. Hope cleaning condition can improved and will be able to enjoy a plesant stay in the future.
