Classic Japanese style hotel locate in an important political area. Within walking distance, we explored almost all iconic political buildings. It is next to a beautiful shrine. The view from the room is nice, maybe nicer with the Tokyo Tower on the opposite side. Food is good, and the service was attentive.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the best luxury hotels in Tokyo—the service is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and the location is perfect.

This time, I stayed at The Peninsula Tokyo with my daughter for a vacation and felt happy and satisfied, especially with the attentive facilities and staff. Coincidentally, since our departure date fell on a weekend, the hotel specially opened the 24th-floor Peter for guests to have breakfast, allowing us to enjoy a panoramic view of the Palace in the morning. However, the meal presentation service there seemed not as attentive as in the lobby restaurant or room service. I hope to try it again next time to experience it better.

Oli kätevää ottaa limusiinibussi lentokentältä ja mennä suoraan hotellille. Limusiinibussin saapumisaika oli noin klo 2, mutta koska oli arkipäivä, lähtöselvitys tehtiin heti, joten pääsin matkustamaan erittäin mukavasti. Huoneen kunto ja näkymä olivat erittäin kauniita ja mukavia. Tarjolla oli neljä pulloa vettä ja kapslikahvia, ja kaikki mukavuudet toimitettiin, joten se oli mukavaa ja mukavaa ilman haittaa. Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty. The area is safe and not as crowded as Shinjuku or Ginza areas. Is a great part of Tokyo to use as your homebase.

Hotellissa on mukava sijainti Otemachi-aseman sisäänkäynnillä samassa rakennuksessa kulman ympäri. Pari 24h conbini’s sijaitsee ympärillä. Meillä oli huone seisomassa puistossa, jossa oli hämmästyttävä näköala auringonlaskussa ja Mt.Fujissa. Huone itsessään on puhdas ja tilava, kaikki tarvitsivat oli sisällä, henkilöstö vaihtoi pyyhkeitä päivittäin. Tupakointihuone on ympäri vastaanotto ja on todella mukava, koska on 2 myyntikoneita. Ainoa alhaalla - uima-allas toimii meidän päättyy aikaisin, mikä on hieman outoa, koska kävely Tokyon ympäri yleensä ei päättyy noin 6-7 pm. ja olisi hienoa laajentaa jalat pitkän kävely uiminen uima-allas ennen nukkumaanmenoa

Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area. Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful. However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence. Was disappointed at the way he spoke in a condescending attitude when we asked for help to make a call in Japanese to another host for booking confirmation. If he was so unhappy to help, could have asked us to approach other staff instead of the negative attitude for a reputable hotel as well as a disgrace to Japanese hospitality. On the other hand, the male front desk staff with glasses was more friendly and approachable and even offered to upgrade our room facing Tokyo Tower when I made a repeated booking under my partner’s name

Good service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience.

We like Prince Hotels so we come and stay one of the Prince hotels 2-3 times a year. We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations. However this time I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of this hotel since we realised that cleaning wasn’t done properly. Realised that spider’s silk thread was dangling from the ceiling…and also saw that a Japanese teabag’s package was torn and bathroom cleaning wasn’t clean enough when we entered… Prince Hotels are classic and I thought we can expect the high hygiene level for rooms but I was a bit disappointed although stuffs at the reception are lovely. Positive thing we experienced this time was a lady who handled check-in was lovely and kind we could see her hospitality spirit by the way she handled the check -in. The garden outside was beautiful with leaves of changing colour and it was absolutely pleasant to be at the garden. Hope cleaning condition can improved and will be able to enjoy a plesant stay in the future.

We booked Park Hyatt very last minute due to issue with our original hotel that we booked in Tokyo. We travelled with a 3 & 4 years old and the hotel was amazing. The playground across the hotel is a big plus. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and the process was very seamlessly. We left the first hotel fairly early and knew we couldn't get into the room but our plan was to go through Shinjuku and knew we wouldn't be back until later that day. The hotel lobby is on the 41st floor, you can see the entire city view and at night the sight is amazing. The hotel location is about a 15min walk to Shinjuku station which is not bad and there is a shuttle that runs every 30min as well. Concierge was very helpful with everything during our stay. Breakfast service was professional and efficient. The staff were very friendly with kids and not snobbish at all. The hotel is an iconic place, most of the time we took a taxi or delivery they know the hotel by name. I highly recommend anyone that would like to pamper themselves in Tokyo. The hotel is a bit dated by the upkeep of the hotel is very good. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the light switches since it's not modern you can't control some lights individually.
