"This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Just Perfect… 9 out of 10, the location is besides US embassy, so there some policemen nearby, a little walk uphill if u’re from metro station. A bit Secluded, but it’s good for me to take a rest mind and soul here. The room is modern, i heard jist renovated around 5 years ago.. quite spacious, everthing good. Service was also okay, not superb, but all good…"

"Location was fantastic being right by Tokyo tower and offering some amazing views. The room was amazing and comfortable. We also had the breakfast which was nice and included a small buffet. Customer service could be a touch better with room service forgetting to bring us some things we needed but all in all this is a fantastic hotel!"
