"This is the hotel I always stay at whenever I visit Tokyo, and it never disappoints. The location is fantastic. Since the Prince Hotel is right across the street, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining options nearby, which is a huge plus. Transportation is also incredibly convenient. Moving to major districts like Shinjuku, Ginza, and Shibuya by train/subway is fast and easy. If you are looking for a central base in Tokyo with great food and accessibility, I highly recommend staying here."

"This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo."

Ympäristö: Neljännessätoista kerroksessa on tupakointikerros ja lepotila. Tässä hotellissa on paljon ulkomaalaisia. Ehkä se johtuu siitä, että sitä ympäröivät kaupalliset rakennukset. Kuljetus: Jos saavut Hanedan lentokentälle, voit ajaa monorail-junalla Hamamatsuchoon ja vaihtaa JR-asemalle 1 Tamachin eteläiselle uloskäynnille. Hotellille on erittäin kätevä päästä alle kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Noin puoli tuntia! Kun menet ulos hauskanpitoon, löydät metron sisäänkäynnin hotellin etu- ja takaovesta. Ne ovat Asakusa Line ja Mita Line. Zhi Park Station on lähempänä hotellia, lähellä takaovea! Qianqianin takana on myös Lawson ja FamilyMart. Shiba Parkin A2-uloskäynnin lähellä sijaitseva FamilyMart on erittäin suuri!"

"The location is really nice, within 10min walk to at least two different subway/metro stops. There's a Lawson right downstairs, a Family Mart and pharmacy closeby, and a Donki right across, so a quick run for supplies will never be difficult. The best part of the hotel is its lobby, which sits at the 16th floor of the building. The lobby provides a great view of Ginza's city skyline and a clear view of the Tokyo Tower. I booked the Standard , 1 Bed Single room. Although the bed size can actually fit two people, the room is quite small so comfortable fitting is one check in luggage + one carryon. The hotel itself and room are both very clean, and the hotel provides free amenities like toothbrush set, lotion, etc."

"Good service, but maintenance and consistency could be improved. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. While the overall service and location are good, a few details made the experience fall short of true 5-star standards. Pros: • The washroom is spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure that feels great after a long day out. • The anti-slip mat is a thoughtful touch since the bathtub can get slippery. • Toiletries and body lotion are of decent quality. • The in-room iron is convenient, no need to request one. • The room includes a small balcony and is non-smoking friendly. • The complimentary slippers are comfortable and well-made. • Staff are polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cons: • The bathroom mirror fogs up completely after showering — it would be great if anti-fog mirrors were installed. • My room key card was disabled after the first night, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. • The cupboard doors are old and difficult to open, making noticeable noise. • Breakfast is decent but repetitive. During peak times, guests were directed to a temporary seating area where food wasn’t replenished promptly. • After housekeeping, my used towels were removed but not replaced. • The carpet feels dusty, suggesting it could use a deep clean or refresh. Overall: The staff are courteous and professional, and the basic comfort level is good. However, for a 5-star hotel, the property feels a little dated and service consistency needs improvement. With some attention to maintenance and small operational details, this could easily become a much better experience."

"Couldn’t ask for any better location and service. Staff is very nice and very well communicate. Breakfast is good and room service is heaven-like. We can find everything we need around hotel especially during weekend Ginza road closing enhance the shopping experience"

The rooms are much larger than the Tokyo average, and the jetted tub overlooking the city is a game-changer. Highlights: • Unbeatable View: Front-row seats to the tower. Ensure you book the ”Tower View” specifically! • Quiet Location: Set in the beautiful Shiba Park, right next to Zojo-ji Temple. • Pro Tip: It’s a short 5-minute walk to Akabanebashi Station. Worth every penny for the photos and the atmosphere alone. 10/10 would stay again."

"Fantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable. Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay."

"The location is great—Bayside Station is right across the road, and they’ve got shuttle buses running there and to Maihama Station. The rooms feel a bit old-school, but they’re clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. One big plus: unlike other hotels that stay dim and yellow, the ceiling lights here are adjustable. Since I love a bright room, that was a huge win for me! Just a heads-up, they don’t sell early entry passes for Disneyland/sea. Overall, it’s a solid spot. Highly recommended!"

"This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss. Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !"
