"This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.
The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch.
Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"This is the hotel I always stay at whenever I visit Tokyo, and it never disappoints.
The location is fantastic. Since the Prince Hotel is right across the street, there are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining options nearby, which is a huge plus.
Transportation is also incredibly convenient. Moving to major districts like Shinjuku, Ginza, and Shibuya by train/subway is fast and easy. If you are looking for a central base in Tokyo with great food and accessibility, I highly recommend staying here."

"Just Perfect… 9 out of 10, the location is besides US embassy, so there some policemen nearby, a little walk uphill if u’re from metro station. A bit Secluded, but it’s good for me to take a rest mind and soul here. The room is modern, i heard jist renovated around 5 years ago.. quite spacious, everthing good. Service was also okay, not superb, but all good…"

"Hotellissa on mukava sijainti Otemachi-aseman sisäänkäynnillä samassa rakennuksessa kulman ympäri. Pari 24h conbini’s sijaitsee ympärillä.
Meillä oli huone seisomassa puistossa, jossa oli hämmästyttävä näköala auringonlaskussa ja Mt.Fujissa.
Huone itsessään on puhdas ja tilava, kaikki tarvitsivat oli sisällä, henkilöstö vaihtoi pyyhkeitä päivittäin.
Tupakointihuone on ympäri vastaanotto ja on todella mukava, koska on 2 myyntikoneita.

"Room: This hotel has one of the largest room in Tokyo. Booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and was given two large double bed which was good for us. I like that the toilet bowl is separated from the shower area. Shower area consist of a bathtub and a standing shower.
Cleanliness: Very very clean I must say. No mould, no grime and couldn’t spot a single speck of dust at common areas.
Service: The staff warmly greets you at the door and there’s a butler right at the door to assist you. Staff were able to speak English. The hotel is quiet and is not over crowded like some of those you find in main shopping districts. To add, they even had a turndown service where they prepare your bed and sleeping gown which is really unexpected for a 4 star hotel.
Food: No comments as we didn’t dine here.
Location: Not located within shopping district but definitely a convenient spot to travel to any shopping areas. Train station was a 3minute walk away. Train rides were about 20mins to those shopping districts. But again it’s good to not stay at those touristy areas as it can be really overwhelming there.
Amenities: Kitano provides quality amenities from individual packed shampoo, bathing gel etc to bathing salts and other common amenities. Amenities provided were fragrant and of quality even better than some common 5 star hotel chains.
Overall: Very very pleased with our 2 night stay and for the price, definitely will be back again to stay whenever we visit Tokyo."

FFabinnClassic Japanese style hotel locate in an important political area. Within walking distance, we explored almost all iconic political buildings. It is next to a beautiful shrine. The view from the room is nice, maybe nicer with the Tokyo Tower on the opposite side. Food is good, and the service was attentive.

KKate ThomCannot beat the location of this hotel which sits directly above Tokyo Station. Beautiful hotel with lovely staff who speak perfect English. The Chief Concierge Ms Mori was so helpful and affable - able to help with all requests.
Breakfast spread in The Atrium was good as usual but there was just the one platter of marinated raw sea bream as the sashimi dish. The fruits were tiny cubes of melon, pineapple, kiwi and orange (1 each) in individual serves.
Last year, there was chirashi offered. And in 2019, a huge platter of all kinds of sashimi and slices of Hokkaido melon.
The drinks and snacks / plates offered at the hotel's bar called Bar & Lounge Camellia were excellent. We visited thrice. Happy Hours is 5 to 6 pm with cocktails (even Bellini & Mimosa made with champagne !), beer, wine, mocktails at ¥1300. Staff were congenial and bartenders very professional.

YYEO SOCK HWEEI am AMAZED by the service and quality provided. Upgrade from Groove to Bellustar is another huge jump. Staffs greeting you along the pavement is a culture shock. The scene within the whole building is really refreshing. Furnitures and facilities no errors. How not to stay again?

VVieraskäyttäjäThe great thing about this hotel is that it is connected to the underground subway (Shin-Nihombashi), and it is not far from Tokyo station. From the underground passageway, there are automatic doors which lead you to a well-lit small corridor where there are escalators that go up to an indoor entrance to the hotel, but as there were no signs pointing to the hotel, I didn't know about this connection initially, and I dragged my large suitcase up a few flights of stairs that led me to the outside of the building.
The night employee who met with me upon check-in was polite enough, but she seemed a bit rigid and cold. In contrast, the day staff whom I spoke with (Mayumi and Shie) were extremely friendly and warm. The shower head and shower hose in my room were leaking and dripped water every few minutes, but the sound was reduced when I closed the bathroom door. The daytime staff whom I spoke with offered to change my room, but I didn't take them up on the offer as I felt I could endure the muffled noise for the few nights I was there and I wasn't sure if the new room would have bad and noisy hotel guests next to it (the guests next around the room I stayed in were quiet and polite). The water pressure of the shower was good and the temperature was consistent.
The decor of the room was far too dark. To be clear, I wasn't deceived; I saw the images before booking the room, and I chose this hotel anyway as it was a last minute booking and I felt the price and the location of this hotel were appropriate. The layout and space in the room (Superior) is a bit cramped, but I guess this is the same across many hotels in Tokyo. I didn't like the odd placement of the mirror and basin, as I could see the dark door in the mirror reflection. However, I liked that the toilet and shower were separated. The hand soap quality was not good - after using it, my hand would feel unnatural and dry. I did not use the hotel's shampoo or body wash, as I brought my own toiletries.
The sound insulation in the room was great - I barely heard the other guests (I suppose because they were quiet and polite), and I faced an office building so there was barely any street noise. The corridors and room were stuffy, but turning the air-conditioning on helped a bit. I did wish that the windows could be opened to let some outside air in.
Next to the lobby is a nice outdoor garden which you can sit in. Unfortunately, I did not have time during the day to enjoy this part of the hotel, and the garden is closed at night.
There is a 7-Eleven right at the bottom of the building, very convenient!
I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those.
Overall, if you don't mind dark room decor and the things which I didn't like don't bother you, I think you'll find this hotel just fine. It's still a nice hotel, so you can consider it for your stay.

It is connected to LalaPort mall, has airport limousine bus stop right outside (best to reserve beforehand), a great view of Mount Fuji on a clear day and Christmas fireworks over Odaiba Bridge. Even the entrance hallway with its decor and choice of music, reminds me of TeamLabs. Rooms are big enough for me, love the onsen, love their toiletries. Breakfast selection is meh and the same every day. No warabi mochi even (what happened?? This used to be a staple across Mitsui hotels!). Go outside for brekkie. Staff not accommodating to late checkouts. Must pay extra per hour

Ilma on raikas ja ihmisiä on hyvin vähän.
Tällä kertaa valitsin tämän hotellin, koska Disneylandiin on erittäin kätevä päästä, ja matka kestää noin kymmenen minuuttia autolla.
Vastaanotossa on eri kansallisuuksia edustavia henkilöitä, jotka puhuvat sujuvasti englantia ja osaavat vastata erilaisiin kysymyksiin ja tarjota apua.
Jotkut huoneiden lisämaksut on noudettava aulasta.
Huone on erittäin suuri, ja siellä on enemmän kuin tarpeeksi tilaa kahdelle 75 cm:n matkatavaralle.
Kylpyhuone on siisti, ja samassa huoneessa on sekä seisova kylpyamme että toinen kylpyamme.
On syytä mainita, että hotellin suuri julkinen kylpylä on erittäin tilava ja tarjoaa myös saunan, joten siellä ei ole tungosta, vaikka ihmisiä olisi paljon.

JJawnzyFantastic stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo! The location in Shinjuku is unbeatable — just a short walk to the train stations, restaurants, shopping and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels calm and comfortable.
Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards, very clean and well maintained, with great city views. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Cconichiwa21Great choice for your next trip! It's a hotel with a 7-11 nearby and just next to a subway station. The free shuttle bus from Shinjuku station to the hotel was hard to find so we took a taxi there in the end. It would be better if the hotel made their instructions clearer on the website. Make sure to look for the West Exit of the Shinjuku station.
Overall 9/10 with the spacious room and the great service! Make sure to book for park view to have a glimpse of Mt Fuji in the morning~

AacacacWe like Prince Hotels so we come and stay one of the Prince hotels 2-3 times a year. We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations.
However this time I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of this hotel since we realised that cleaning wasn’t done properly. Realised that spider’s silk thread was dangling from the ceiling…and also saw that a Japanese teabag’s package was torn and bathroom cleaning wasn’t clean enough when we entered…
Prince Hotels are classic and I thought we can expect the high hygiene level for rooms but I was a bit disappointed although stuffs at the reception are lovely.
Positive thing we experienced this time was a lady who handled check-in was lovely and kind we could see her hospitality spirit by the way she handled the check -in.
The garden outside was beautiful with leaves of changing colour and it was absolutely pleasant to be at the garden.
Hope cleaning condition can improved and will be able to enjoy a plesant stay in the future.
