"I stayed at this hotel for the past 6 years and the service kept degrading... the foreign staff there does not understand what ”Services” business means. The marketing staff dvertises a double bed by saying ”small double room”... we booked with trust thinking that it was a double ”bed” in a normal room. It was a single bed. I went to ask for a change (as we were two people), but the front desk woman insisted that it was a ”small double bed”... (120cm wide) she made me pay 15000 yen extra to get a double single beds bedroom... BUT, in that double single beds bedroom the ”single” beds are exactly the same size than the bed in the ”double bedroom”... after hours spent with Trip service and arguing with the manager, I could get a refund and they changed us to a small room with a narrow Queen bed. Disappointed. Will stay there again as a solo traveler for the area... but no longer my first choice."

"I stayed at Yokohama Washington Sakuragicho for two nights at the end of my Japan autumn trip. The hotel is close to the JR line, only about a 5-minute walk, which makes it a convenient base for traveling around. The room size is standard for Japan, and choosing a room with a bay view is definitely worth it. The staff were professional and helped arrange an early-morning taxi to take me to YCAT, where I caught a bus to Haneda Airport—only about 30 minutes away by bus. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when I return to Yokohama."

"This is a very good hotel in an excellent location, directly opposite a beautiful park and the Imperial Palace. I chose to stay here because it is within walking distance from Tokyo Station, and there is also a subway entrance nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. The room is spacious, especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, and feels very comfortable. The service from the staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the snacks provided by the hotel; they were delicious and a nice extra touch. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Ensinnäkin, haluan valittaa: 1. Huone on todella pieni ja äänieristys on todella huono. Onneksi varasin naisten huoneen. Kerroksessa on ovenkahva, ja minun on vedettävä ovikortti uudelleen. Se tuntuu turvallisemmalta. Koska kaikki täällä asuvat ovat tyttöjä, täällä on suhteellisen hiljaista. 2. Aamiaisella on niin paljon ihmisiä, ja ruoan valikoima ei ole kovin monipuolinen. Se on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Toei Oedo -linjan Tochomae-asemalta (muista poistua uloskäynniltä A4, siellä on suora hissi). Shinjukun asemalle pääsee noin 12 minuutissa. Tokion metropolialueen hallintorakennuksen valoshow'n katselu yöllä on erittäin kätevää ja 45. kerroksessa sijaitsevasta observatoriosta on erittäin helppo ihailla Tokiota. 3. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi ruokakauppaa ja sen vieressä pieni apteekki; maanalaisessa ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on useita ravintoloita, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia syömisestä! 4. Suurin etu on, että hotellin sisäänkäynniltä kulkee bussikuljetuksia kahdelle lentokentälle. Hotellista lähtevien on muistettava ostaa liput! !"

"I recommend this hotel for travellers who want a convenient location. Shinagawa Station is only a short walk away and connects to many train lines. It is a good base for exploring Tokyo. The hotel facilities are good and meet most basic needs. If possible, choose a higher-floor room for the better Tokyo Tower view."

"Excellent Ginza experience in terms of cleanliness and service . The staff are extremely pleasant and accommodating of needs. There are much closer hotels to the Ginza train station but the room size and the quiet night’s sleep is a precious commodity in vacationing and that’s what the Musse provides ."
