"The staff were constantly cleaning the rooms and it was spotless! I loved the service here. They provide towels as well. The commute from airport is easy 20 mins walk. Each room had 6 beds. And they split it to men and women which was nice. Lovely amenities. Including hair dryer, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended."

"La zona è un ottimo compromesso tra luoghi costosi e zone poco raccomandabili, letteralmente dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione e mezz'oretta dal centro (noi siamo sempre andati a piedi senza problemi). Camera pulitissima, impeccabile, nuova e con tutto l'occorrente, direi anche silenziosa perche affacciava su un cortile interno . Carina la terrazza. Check in rapido e risposta molto celere al telefono quando siamo arrivati. Una menzione speciale per la signora che faceva le camere la mattina,perché è stata gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli ed è evidente il suo impeccabile lavoro. Super consigliato!"

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"Hi, We were upgraded to their next door hotel. Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe. Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast. The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour... Overall: Good hotel, good facilities. Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty."

"We stayed at Gram Suites for 4 nights. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk from the metro/train station and just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city center, which made getting around Naples really easy for us. Max, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his warm hospitality and quick responses to any questions we had. The room itself is cleaned daily, which is a nice hotel touch, but the overall vibe feels a bit more like a hostel or Airbnb: cozy and casual rather than super polished. There were a couple of issues during our stay (sorry Max, we were too shy to mention these in person): Noise: The room is close to a road, so it can get quite noisy at night. If you are sensitive to noise like my friend, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs (she could barely sleep) Mosquitoes: We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room and ended up killing 1–2 every day. Despite using mosquito spray, both my friend and I got bitten several times. Strangely, we didn’t have this problem anywhere else in Naples."
