"always love to learn more about japan! was very amazed by japan’s toilet systems and was googling on how to use the various buttons. i’m glad that my knowledge has increased. would love to know how to sort my rubbish so that i can be more mindful of my waste next time. apologies for any inconvenience caused for the quality of how we dispose our items. it is a hotel that i will visit again! was greeted by a friendly frontdesk staff and checked in to level 7. although they informed us that there will be some construction going on, but there was really no noise disturbance. there are many combini around the hotel, lift access also readily available from the train station to hotel so luggage users don’t have to worry. it is a perfect place to stay and you won’t regret it!"

"非常滿意的一次住宿！房間是設施齊全的一個公寓，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。有浴缸可泡澡，而且洗澡與馬桶有門分開，方便兩人同時使用。有洗衣機可以洗衣，還有陽台可以晾曬。有家用冰箱和微波爐，還有爐灶刀具餐具，可以自己做飯，整體很有居家感。400米外的北齋美術館旁邊有點比較大的便利店，蔬菜水果便當都比較便宜，可以買了自己加熱吃。算是一個典型的熱胃型人，平時不喝冷飲不吃冰淇淋，真的不想吃生冷的食物，所以能自己做點熱的吃了，提升了旅行的幸福感。房間有wifi ，速度快。周邊是居民區，很安靜，有一些當地的拉麪店，其他商業場所比較遠。周邊有不少luup 共享單車點，但沒騎過。民宿距兩國等地鐵站較遠，走10來分鐘。我們晚上10點多到的，一路走過去很安全。去晴空塔一站地鐵，淺草寺好像是3站。工作人員微信溝通順暢，密碼入住順利"

"The hotel was great, especially for a low cost. The location is very close to Hikifune and Hikifune-Keisei stations, which is terrific for traveling around Tokyo. There is no check-in lobby so make sure you have the elevator and door code ready before you arrive. The shower did not have a curtain so I was trying not to wet the floor. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. Wifi is also very fast and good. This is a good hotel in Sumida."

NnaivecloudOur stay in Tokyo at this hotel near Kinshicho was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, which connects you so easily to the rest of the city. Around the station you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even entertainment. It made exploring Tokyo simple, comfortable, and stress-free. But what impressed us most was the room itself. From the very first moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The design is simple yet elegant, with warm touches that make it feel like home. The apartment-style layout was incredibly practical – a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and pillows, a large table perfect for working or enjoying a meal, and a bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after busy days in the city. The curtains blocked out light perfectly, and the lighting in the room was cozy yet bright when needed. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise – fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric kettle. Having this option made our stay even more comfortable, whether we wanted a quick snack or a home-style breakfast before heading out. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. Everything was spotless, the shower and bath were modern and easy to use, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine – such a valuable convenience for a longer stay. The separate sink area with a wide mirror and good lighting was perfect for getting ready. Every detail of the room showed how much thought was put into the comfort of guests. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – it truly felt like our own Tokyo home. The atmosphere was peaceful, the furniture was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and organization exceeded our expectations. Staying here made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to returning to the room after exploring the city, knowing it would be a clean, calm, and welcoming space. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tokyo, especially around Kinshicho, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, wonderful facilities, and a beautiful, well-maintained room – it’s everything you could want for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

В ней было все необходимое для проживания большой компанией: два душа, принадлежности для умывания и ванны, стиральная машина с моющими средствами, принадлежности для чистки обуви, утюг, небольшая гладильная доска и прочие хозяйственные мелочи. Располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Асакуса и примерно 10-15 минутах ходьбы до ближайшей станции метро, рядом несколько магазинов 7/11, несколько кафе и баров Единственный минус - нужно поднимать багаж по не очень просторной лестнице на 3 этаж, но, в целом, это терпимо

AacacacWe like Prince Hotels so we come and stay one of the Prince hotels 2-3 times a year. We know that Prince hotels have been one of the traditional hotels in Japan for long time so it’s a bit old and we can see that inside building is a bit old…but we like the good service and locations. However this time I was a bit disappointed with the hygiene of this hotel since we realised that cleaning wasn’t done properly. Realised that spider’s silk thread was dangling from the ceiling…and also saw that a Japanese teabag’s package was torn and bathroom cleaning wasn’t clean enough when we entered… Prince Hotels are classic and I thought we can expect the high hygiene level for rooms but I was a bit disappointed although stuffs at the reception are lovely. Positive thing we experienced this time was a lady who handled check-in was lovely and kind we could see her hospitality spirit by the way she handled the check -in. The garden outside was beautiful with leaves of changing colour and it was absolutely pleasant to be at the garden. Hope cleaning condition can improved and will be able to enjoy a plesant stay in the future.

PPrincessPattingThe room was perfect for our family since everyone had their own bed. The beds were comfortable, which made resting after long days of sightseeing easy. The only downside was limited space if you’re traveling with large luggage. The hotel’s location is very convenient it’s close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. There’s also a grocery store and a FamilyMart right outside the hotel, which was very helpful. The laundry area was another nice bonus for families traveling longer. Overall, a great and convenient stay in Ueno.

All necessary amenities for living (including hair dryer, iron) - I didn't like that the room wasn't very clean. There was a decorative pillow on the bed, obviously torn before us, with some stains. There were also stains on the curtains, the towel had some dried particles, I tried to wash them off, but it didn't work on the washing machine with a cold water cycle.
