It was a last min booking for my early flight departure. Was greeted by very professional staff and was pleasantly surprised by the invite to the onsen. I didn’t expect to have an onsen on the top floor of the airport . It’s a huge facility with lots pools and sauna . They provide very plush slippers and also in room beverages . Highly recommended

Lovely new hotel with onsen, free soba at night, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Room is of decent size and did not feel like 15 square meters. I may have gotten a slightly bigger room? There was more than enough space for solo traveller. Breakfast is decent. Only thing is the distance to the subway is not that near, but it’s in the middle of 3 stations, so you compromise that with added convenience of being able to access more lines within walking distance. Can’t complain much. I would recommend it as it is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities.

The toilet flushing system gives a very bad smell for days. The room corners and doors actually have a lot of dust on it. Poor cleaner limited time n nan power Hope they can improve on clearing the dust - basin shelf areas, toilet door, near mirror. The 2 pillows are too flat and my neck was in pain for some days in the mornings. But all the rest of service, onsen and night snack made up for it. The breakfast is almost the same every morning - please change the chicken meatball dish, it's not nice. The eel rice was initially ok but after eating for few days, i can't eat for a week. Changed to eat clear porridge better. Wish they can be clear which omelette has mushrooms or not - love the ones with mushrooms. A lady who works night shift came to my room to help me with my rubbish as i didn't need them to come into my room when i was unwell so i put the no cleaning magnet but she went the extra mile beyond cleaning hours to help me throw my rubbish. For the toothbrush n paste set, for those staying for a week, we don't need so many toothbrush but the paste more. But had to take 2-3 sets which is not environmental friendly due to the toothbrushes that come together.

Amenities are great. Location is decent, located at the far end of the west exit of the Ikebukuro Station, it takes about 10min to walk from the JR station exits. The shopping area is located at the east of the station, quite far from the hotel. Breakfast is okay, but can get quite crowded. Public bath is small and can get very crowded. The only complaint is the lift. Only 1 lift servicing 12 floors, very long waiting time

Uskomatonta kokemusta, Zen käsite A-Z. Ihanteellinen paeta kaupungin melu ja ääniä hetkeksi puhdasta rentoutumista unohtaa aikaa ja stressiä! He eivät edes ole kelloja! Lievasti pettymys kuumat kevät, kuten siinä on vain yksi iso uima-allas, ei kylmä uima-allas tai kiertovesi (Ehkä kylpyhuonepaketti tarjoaa nämä?!) uskomattoman ystävällinen ja apukas henkilöstö.

Enjoyable hotel stay with lots of thoughtful perks! Loved the buffet-style shampoo selection in the onsen, free ice cream and late-night ramen, plus Yakult and coffee in the morning. Though it’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station, the area is convenient with nearby malls, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The building and facilities are good. A little older than than Betti building but the service and the cleanliness are as excellent. The view is very good . You can see the Sky Tree from some rooms.

While the room is not big, and the air condition coupd take some times to start getting cool, the hotel is nice. The breakfast is a normal japanese breakfast, so it would be a big plus for anyone who love those kind of meals The location is really convenience. Just 10 minutes pf less walking from useno and okachimachi stagion, surrounded by all the foods, shoppings, and night life. (And it was very quiet and serene in the morning. ) The onsen/public bath is good. If you are early or time it a bit, it would be almost no one there. A plus for those who might be intimidated by the culture. Also, maybe most of the customers are foreigner, the percentage of public bath enjoyer looks pretty small.

Very expensive for what you get. Our room was 12sqm and bathroom 2m x 1m - and the rate was twice the price of our Ginza accommodation which was significantly better and was in the heart of Ginza. There was no water in the room and you had to fill up a water bottle from a dispenser on a different floor, waiting 10min for the lift to arrive The onsen was good and the staff were very very attentive, but unfortunately didn’t make up for how disappointing the room was.

This hotel is excellent. The room is compact but very well-equipped with everything you need. There are complimentary toiletries and skincare items available for guests to choose from, which is a really nice touch. I especially liked that they offer a variety of pillows, so you can pick the one that suits your preference. Free drinking water is also provided, which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also has an onsen, which made the stay even more relaxing. Most importantly, everything was very clean. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended! 👍🏻✨
