"The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and cozy. However, they do feel a bit small if you are traveling with two large suitcases. The lift is also quite slow, which can be inconvenient during peak hours. We checked in at around 2:26 PM on 2 April 2026 and had booked three rooms. During check-in, we were assisted by a staff member named 谭雪梅, who informed us that one of our rooms was located on a different floor. We politely asked if it would be possible to move to the same floor the next day, or alternatively to have rooms closer to the lift instead of corner rooms. We also requested a queen-size bed for one of the rooms. Unfortunately, the service we received was disappointing. Instead of providing a clear explanation or checking availability, she responded with a poor attitude and told us that we would need to pay for an upgrade to have rooms together or to change the bed type. When we declined, she remarked rudely that we had “too many requests.” Throughout the check-in process, there was no friendliness or basic courtesy. These requests were made upon booking the rooms through trip.com. Therefore it is not a last minute requests. We also encountered an issue with housekeeping. The toiletries in our room were not replenished, and we only discovered this while showering, which was quite inconvenient. This was a disappointing experience, as these are fairly standard requests in most hotels. While the hotel itself is good, the unprofessional and unfriendly service from this staff member significantly affected our stay."

"The best way I can think to describe this stay is 'slightly unfortunate'. With a flight getting in at around 1:30am and most of my stay being based in Panyu, some distance from the airport, I figured it would make sense to stay nearby. While the information on Trip says that there is no pick up from T3, this is outdated. There is indeed pick up, arranged by messaging them on WeChat. Slightly unconventional, and I only discovered this by enquiring about the pick up through Trip. The shuttle arrived fairly quickly, outside Gate 63 on the departures floor, but then sat waiting for around 30 minutes – not ideal really given how late it was. Check in was fairly slow, and half way through being processed, another guest arrived to ask staff something & that seemed to take precedent. I will say that staff were friendly enough and clearly working hard, but having already waited quite a while this was pretty annoying. I was eventually transferred to another staff member once the person she was dealing with had been checked in, and was handed my key and sent on my way with a smile. When I unlocked my 3rd floor room, I was greeted with bedding in a pile on the bed. Slightly odd but I figured maybe that's just how the hotel went about things. Then I spotted some empty water bottles etc on the side, and it became pretty clear my room had not been cleaned. Returning to the reception to explain this and show some pictures, now approaching 3am, an incredibly apologetic and clearly quite embarrassed staff member replaced my key and escorted me to my new room which was – in hindsight – the one I had booked in the first place, as it matched the description better than the one I was originally sent to. It's a good job no one was in the original room when I walked in! The new room was perfectly fine. Fairly modern, clean(!), decent shower. I managed to sleep well for what was left of the night and grabbed an ok if pretty generic breakfast the next morning before making my way south. I really dont like complaining, especially when it's clear staff are working hard late into the night. But when these various annoyances eventually mean I would have just been better off heading straight to Panyu, I can't really give this hotel full marks I'm afraid. Without the little hiccups it would be a perfectly serviceable, cheap option for those flying to or from Baiyun!"

"The room has good natural lighting, is clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent. There’s a free gym, and the staff are very friendly. It’s conveniently located near a food street and close to Beijing Road, making it easy to get around and trustworthy. We’ll definitely come back next time."
