1) Strategic location. You walk out of the lift and in front is Dafo Si Temple. And behind the temple is Beijing Road. The recommended good food are all nearby within walking distance of 1km. Min Ji Claypot Rice. Shunde Claypot Rice. Dian Dou De Dim Sum etc. It’s also walking distance to the Gongyuanqian Metro station. 2) Service is good. I appreciate there is Washer and Dryer here . They offer to dry your clothes after you washed your laundry in case you’re out when the washer finishes. Breakfast is a decent spread. There is coffee to takeaway as you start your day. The provide porridge for supper and also instant noodles which they help to make for you and I took it back to the room to eat while watching TV. 3) The room is clean and I must say the beds are very very comfy with good quality pilllow, duvet and mattress. 10/10 will stay here again!

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, although the TV size and limited channel selection could be improved. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which I appreciated, but the room was quite close to the tunnel, so some noise could still be heard at night. The staff were detailed, friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. During checkout, the front desk even checked on my staying experience and noted down my feedback in their system for future stays, which I found thoughtful. The location is excellent, directly connected to Taikoo Hui and the MRT station, which made getting around very convenient. One downside was the spa voucher included in my stay package. Due to my tight schedule, I wasn’t able to use it, so I requested to exchange it for breakfast instead, but the hotel was unable to accommodate the request. It would be great if the voucher usage could be more flexible in the future. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenience, with just a few points that could be improved.

Hotel’s name is different with the one mentioned at trip.com. The lobby is confusing. It is in office building. However, location quite near to beijing road. The breakfast is not recommended if you have to pay. The staff are nice. Overall our staying is ok, but i think we gonna choose another hotel next time with the same value of money which give better services.

I can say this hotel is one of the best hotels ever! If you're looking for a place where you can chill and relax, this the best option for you. The breakfast is simple but good. You can hear birds chirping in the morning. The service is top tier, very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back to stay here again.

We stayed at 2 different type of room, 2 double beds with Tower view room and 1 large bed with tower view. I liked 1 large bed better as it’s more spacious. 1 large bed room with HUGE sofa right at the window which offers greater flexibility to either sleep with the tower or enjoy the view with tea making facilities. The hotel received taobao parcels, which staffs at Ground Floor will asisst to find your parcels for you. Staffs generally are friendly and helpful with great smiles. Nice location of the hotel as walking distance to many malls surrounding. We count down in hotel room facing the Canton Tower however no fireworks as per brief by hotel staffs.

I booked this hotel for my first stay in China, they send a car to fetch me at the airport, and the driver was patient with me, they lady at the reception was extremely polite and friendly, my whole stay was a pleasant experience. Anytime I’m in China i will make sure i i book with them. And they are very near the airport, which make it even batter for me. I recommend them

It was a 1 King bed / 2 double bed apartment for an affordable price with a proper reception service which is rare late at night in the heart of the city. It has a bathroom facility but there seems to be a water leak causing the timber walls to rot and the paint to peel, however it didn't affect the hygiene. The reception was friendly. There were multiple balconies and a large living area so it would be a suitable hotel for families travelling together. It also has a study room/desk for those doing business. The location was very convenient in the centre of Guangzhou near the Guangdong Museum the city library. There are convenience stores nearby and it's a 15 minute walk to larger dining areas. I highly recommend it for the price!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Originally, I booked a room without a window and did not notice this when making the reservation. The staff kindly upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated. However, the upgraded room had a small issue — the ventilation in the bathroom was not working. After we mentioned it, the staff quickly helped us change the room, which was great service. The room itself is quite small and there is not a lot of space, but for two people it was still comfortable enough. One thing I did not like was the door design for the bathroom and shower. It is a single sliding door that works for both spaces, so when you close the shower, the toilet opens, and vice versa. Another thing that was not very comfortable is that the walls between the shower and the toilet are transparent. Breakfast is quite simple. If you are expecting a European-style breakfast, it may not be the best option. We were not able to get coffee. My breakfast was basically eggs, corn, and broccoli, and the overall selection was quite limited. The reception area, which also works as a bar where beer is sold, is very stylish. The design of the reception space is really impressive, and for the style of the place I would give the highest rating. I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.
