"We totally love the location of this hotel. Personally I prefer somewhere closer to all the cultural sites and exploring the way of local lives in Guangzhou. The hotel is sitting next to Shamian Dao and walking distance Yongqingfang. I have the best of two worlds. For modernity the Link plaza mall is just across the road. While for traditional, there are countless shops and eateries in Yongqingfang area. The hotel is well equipped and the staffs are super friendly. They are attentive and provide their best service they could upon requests. The subway is next to the hotel and its super convenient to get to places. The only small challenge is the steps or slope going up the hotel if you have a super heavy bag. However for us we do not have this challenge but worth taking note."

Ruokalajien, kiinalaisten ja länsimaisten leivonnaisten sekä avoimen keittiön valikoima ei ollut laaja, ja ruokailualue oli pieni, joten aamiaisruuhkassa joutui jonottamaan. Maku oli kuitenkin hyvä. Hotellin paras puoli on sen sijainti, joka sopii hyvin niille, jotka haluavat nähdä nähtävyyksiä, ja sen ympärillä on helppo syödä, shoppailla ja tutustua paikkoihin."

"Todella hyvä kokemus. Sisäänkirjautuessa saimme ilmaisen päivityksen pieneen sviittiin ja hiljaisen huoneen, joka oli täysin varusteltu ja ylellinen. "We had a truly comfortable and revitalizing five-day stay at Paco Hotel in Guangzhou. For our family to stay anywhere that long says a lot, and this hotel delivered. It’s just a short five-minute walk to the subway Tianpingjia Station), which made getting around the entire city incredibly easy. There were great local food options nearby, coffee, convenience stores, and even a small market within walking distance to grab fresh fruit. It was also just a short taxi ride to Guangzhou’s Children’s Park, which made for a beautiful family day. The breakfast was clutch every morning, and the laundry service made our longer stay smooth and stress-free. We were big fans of the robot service too! We’ll absolutely be back next time we visit Guangzhou."

"Got a one-level room upgrade at check-in and also a late check-out at 2 p.m. I had high expectations of this place because of the Rosewood brand, and how much I loved Rosewood Residences in Hong Kong... however, this is anything but the one I know and love in Hong Kong. There’s a serious cleanliness issue with the sofa. I got multiple bug bites after sitting on it for a few hours. I had to get them to change the covers, but they only replaced the bottom two. In-room dining is a disaster. The list only included a handful of limited, uninspiring, and basic dishes like burgers, pasta, and fried rice. So I had to order food delivery. When it arrived, they refused to bring it up to my room, stating they have the same policy as the hotel. There’s no credible reason why they refused this service on the residence side of the building. This is marketed as a residence, not a hotel. How do they expect people living here long-term to go down by themselves to fetch their own food? Even if they want to make extra profits from selling their own in-room dining, there was literally nothing good enough or extensive enough to entice me to order. The breakfast also had a red flag. After a bite of the French toast and almond croissant, I had a peanut allergic reaction. They still couldn’t confirm which item had cross-contaminated with peanuts. I guess one cannot be allergic to peanuts in mainland China, because it doesn’t exist here. I expected better from Rosewood, even in Guangzhou."
