"I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience."

"I loved my hotel room , the cleaning stuff and security were very friendly , the front desk need to be a bit more friendly they were too serious but still very helpful . And the food was am . All in all good location great vibes I’d definitely recommend and I’d come back"

"We had a truly comfortable and revitalizing five-day stay at Paco Hotel in Guangzhou. For our family to stay anywhere that long says a lot, and this hotel delivered. It’s just a short five-minute walk to the subway Tianpingjia Station), which made getting around the entire city incredibly easy. There were great local food options nearby, coffee, convenience stores, and even a small market within walking distance to grab fresh fruit. It was also just a short taxi ride to Guangzhou’s Children’s Park, which made for a beautiful family day. The breakfast was clutch every morning, and the laundry service made our longer stay smooth and stress-free. We were big fans of the robot service too! We’ll absolutely be back next time we visit Guangzhou."

It was very important to us because it had many precious family photos. The staff quickly found the camera, carefully confirmed the details with us, and then packed it very well and sent it back. All the photos were safely kept. This really touched us and shows how responsible and caring the staff are. The family facilities are excellent: - A huge swimming pool with lifeguards all along the pool, so both adults and kids can enjoy it safely. - A kids’ playroom with staff to look after the children, which gives parents some time to relax. - Very convenient access to the water park, so the kids had an amazing time. The hotel also provides fresh fruits every day, which is a very nice touch. All the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left. There is also a 24/7 convenience store in or near the hotel, so it’s very easy to buy snacks, drinks, or daily necessities at any time. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel for a family vacation: great environment, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. JW:ssä poimitaan hedelmät lautaselta, pestään yksitellen ja viedään yläkertaan, eikä niillä tarvitse kiirehtiä. Mutta se ei ole suuri ongelma, majoitus on melko mukava."
