"I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again”"

"This hotel was in a perfect location as it was close to the railway station, bus stops and had lots of convince stores around! The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting especially if you are wanting to visit Yangtianhu Grassland as the bus stop is about 8-10 minute walk away."

"為去高椅嶺景區，決定在郴州市區住一晚，通過對比和看評價，選定評分很高的歡漫酒店。每年都有幾個月時間在自駕旅行，還是第一次入住歡漫連鎖酒店。在辦入住時，前台美女既熱情又專業地詢問了我們的喜好和要求，不僅為我們升級了房型，還安排了合適的樓層。辦好手續後，又將酒店的特色服務一一介紹，更是將房間設備使用功能用微信推給我們，服務可謂無微不至。進入房間後，發現房內有異味，即時告知前台，前台馬上給換了房間，解決問題毫不拖延。酒店的設施很新，衞生整潔，智能化程度很高，洗澡水尤其好，洗手間乾濕分離做到了”滴水不漏”。早餐品種還算豐富，能滿足我們需求。酒店有地下停車′場，對自駕的朋友來講是福音。酒店的總體入住體驗超好，以後再選選酒店無疑會將歡漫列為首選。"

"Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea served to the room was delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange transport to MangShan. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent."

I had a wonderful stay at Dongjiang Lake Guishu – Holiday Villa in Chenzhou. The hotel is extremely comfortable and conveniently located close to most major attractions around Dongjiang Lake. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay truly stress-free. Special thanks to 薛畅, who was always available and went out of her way to assist with every request. Her dedication and hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chenzhou. 🌿✨

We had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful! Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood. We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice. The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful. There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju. Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom. It definitely needs improvement. If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was well maintained. The service was excellent as well. We used the self-service laundry but we did not have to monitor the duration of the wash. The staff will help to monitor and will transfer the laundry to the dryer after the wash. They will also sent it to the room after the laundry was dried. Although it was suppose to be self-service, they did almost everything for us.! 👍👍👍 The price was also reasonable.

My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant. The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient. Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Hotel location is very convenient to go, its actually in the complex of huoyu lane (后裕里) , with lots of restaurants as option, and also is few minute walking distance to 后裕街. Room is a bit small than expected we stayed there one night, but on the night we stayed, outside temperature was about 9c, we switched on aircon in cold mode of lowest 16c, but the whole night the room was so warm and we woke up and panel shows the room is 33c, we need to open the windows and curtain to sleep, yet there is a club next to hotel and was noisy at night...

Very impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025. They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout. Great service, highly recommended 👏

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

住了兩個不同酒店再來評價，2 7號入住的國際大酒店是碰巧路上遇到了酒店水療的小尹，她很熱情吃方面為我們推薦了五里堆路的燒雞公，玩推薦了九龍水寨還給我們看了她前幾天去玩的照片，風景確實不錯，衝著小尹的熱情我們退掉了一晚大屋裡去她推薦的酒店住了一晚，本來以為她是王婆賣瓜自賣自誇，但2 8號入住大屋裡後就對筆明顯了，網上預訂價格差不多，但國際大酒店進入大堂就感覺客氣大氣點，不論從房間配有一次性浴巾、歡迎水果、還是早上的自助早歺、員工的服務都要好很多，非常感謝小尹，為貴酒店員工點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
