The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and were really happy with the overall service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary laundry service and the extended check-out hours, such thoughtful touches! Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Truly an awesome stay and highly recommended!

I had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The hotel’s modern and elegant design perfectly blended with the cultural charm of Agra, making it a relaxing and luxurious retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas. The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again.

The service at Hotel Sun Grand was excellent. The staff were very attentive and made every effort to provide prompt and friendly service. Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Хороший отель с большим количеством номеров. В номере чисто, условия проживания хорошие, персонал отзывчивый. Рядом метро. Единственно в день отъезда не было горячей воды, а так всё понравилось.

I had a average stay at Hotel Dasaprakash , Agra. The room was OK. But their was no ventilation in the room also there were a lot of mosquitos in the room which made my sleep uncomfortable. The staff were courteous and responsive. The in house restaurant is Top class. Their south indian food is very good. They also provide room service for food. I ate Dosa and idli and I would rate them 4 star. The bed was comfortable. Their was a small refgerator in the room . Wifi was working. They had both hot and cold water. Bathroom and toilet were average. It's good if you are alone and need a small nap. Not very comfortable. Do carry your odomos for mosquito s
