"This is my first time staying in capsule hotel. It sets high standard for other similar capsule hotels to me. Everybody tried to kerp the room quiet. Bed was clean. Massage chair was great. The only downside was keeping my luggage in locker on 2nd floor while my capsule was on 5th floor. It is better to keep all belongings in luggage and bring it to the same floor of capsule (outside of bed room area)."

Overall, it is consider cheap & just nice for budget travellers."

"This place was simply awesome! The staff are friendly and really helpful. I even got a Power Lifting champion to give me some personal training at their gym facilities. Miyabi was her name! Lovely lady that’s extremely helpful. I have a 3 star in service because they have a cafe downstairs and if you’re not buying something they kinda don’t want you to sit there🤕. I find that very unfair considering I am paying to live at the accommodation. But that’s clearly a rule form the owner. Nothing to do with the staff themselves."

"It’s really good place and location, everything is cleaned, but…to be honest , it’s impossible to stay there because of air , it’s too much people for so small space, so I stayed for tree nights in 8-bed room : there is no any possibility to open window, conditioner is not enough for air so I had to stay in another one places two nights on three because of it …an also it’s a big confused for sharing bathroom area woman/man , think it should be separated. Sorry for my review but it’s important"

It's about a 10 minute walk from the train station with several fast food restaurants nearby, and there are three to five convenience stores within a 3-minute walk of the hotel. Internet is reliable. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Toilets and showers are shared, but over a four night stay, I never had to wait to use one."

피피에스타 구글You can open the bedroom window and the safety facilities are excellent. The entire facility is clean and the staff is friendly and quiet so that you can sleep well at night. The bunk bed is cozy because it is wood, and the bedding and room cleaning are clean and good. Overall, it feels well-maintained, and you can use the table in the cafe on the first floor and the microwave sink water purifier comfortably. The bathroom is clean and convenient to use. I'll give you several towels and a vending machine is well equipped. The desk owner is kind and has smooth English communication. You can leave your luggage, and the cleaners take care of it cleanly, and the desk guide owner wipes and organizes the table by himself. It's a accommodation that I want to come back to.

Sstb shenThe location is the best for me during my stay, i can access multiple different train stations in walking distance. The free drinks and alcohol also get a thumbs up from me. They even provide different hair gels, wax and sprays. The only problem i had was i ordered the bottom capsule but they assigned the upper one to me, but i didn’t confront them as it was very late in the night when i realised.

AAnonnIf you’re not a person who knows how to abide by rules then don’t go. It’s quite organised and clean and has sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Very clean and quiet also. Staff members are very friendly and accommodating. I will go back if I’m in Tokyo area and I highly recommend.

Tucked into a lively neighborhood, it’s surrounded by a number of cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores—all within a 1-2 minute walk, basically everything is right at your doorstep. The area feels vibrant but safe, with popular temples and public transit (a metro station just 5-10 minutes away) makes it easy to venture farther afield.
The hotel is room was small and compact but spotless, with a comfortable bed, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure!).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. The lack of clutter and modern minimalist design made the space feel fresh, not cramped. The bed is just good enough for two regular adults and a small kids.
While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk.
The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out, and delivered fresh towels to our door in the morning.

When I mentioned that my room didn’t have slippers (I mistakenly used the word “shoes” instead of “slippers”), I noticed that he didn’t understand, so I tried to explain again. However, he just said he didn’t understand, repeated the word “shoes” with a rather annoyed attitude, and showed no sign of wanting to listen or assist me. This is the first time I’ve encountered such service in Japan.
