"Hotel room is new and clean. Breakfast have variety of food, we enjoyed so much and happy with the breakfast. Advise to check in earlier to get your preferable time slot, they control it by every half an hr, you need to choose your bf slot for the next day. Not very close to Otary Station but still walking distance, not too bad actually only like 7 mins walk. Very near to Canal, we start the day at Canal and ended in Music Box Meseum. Overall enjoy the stay, we rest well and had good sleep here."

"Ideal location for foodies and shoppers! The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away. The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1.5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station."

"So far so good, it has an independent washing machine with dryer function in the room and air conditioning that is able to be controlled by temperature and mode."

"Our second visit was just as wonderful as the first! The views are incredible and the dinner was delicious. A huge thank you to the caring staff—especially the gift shop attendant who brought us blankets while we watched the Winter Olympics in the lounge. It’s a great spot for winter fun, only a short walk from Nono Terrace. (We’d love to see a few more bread choices at breakfast next time!)"

"We loved staying here and the surprise upgrade we received was unexpected and much appreciated. The room was spotless and well thought out. Service was friendly, welcoming and professional. The food was fantastic with some local options and a wide range of western and Asian offerings. The price we paid was very fair for the room we stayed in and I would stay here again in a heart beat and would recommend."

"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."

"Amazing hotel. Close to the TV tower and the park. The train station is also not far away. It's convenient for when you have to walk with your luggage in the snow. Relaxing hot bath. Lavish breakfast with a lot of options. Outstanding service. The only complaint is that the laundry service was closed for the holidays and there is no self service laundry in the hotel. The closest one was 20 minutes away."

"I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo as a family traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for getting around Sapporo, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable, especially when traveling with a baby. When we first entered our room, we unfortunately faced a few issues. The phone was not working, and part of a wall fixture was coming off, which raised safety concerns for us as parents. It was disappointing to receive a room in this condition, especially when traveling with a baby where safety is a priority. However, we would like to highlight the very professional reaction of the hotel staff. Once we reported the problem, they responded quickly and seriously. They upgraded us to their biggest room and fixed the issue, making sure we felt comfortable and reassured. Their attitude and willingness to solve the problem made a big difference and turned a negative first impression into a positive experience. Another strong point of the hotel is the restaurant inside the hotel, which was excellent. The food quality was very good, and the convenience of having such a good restaurant on-site was invaluable for us as a family. We ended up eating there almost every night. Overall, while we were initially disappointed with the condition of the first room, we were very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation, the great location, and the quality of the restaurant. Thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future."
