"Good location. Walking distance to pretty much all famous known locations in Sapporo. The room was clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotels in Japan. I initially chose this hotel thinking it provided free parking but I had to pay about 2000 yen for one day parking which was from 14:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs. Had to pay a bit extra for the few hours outside those hours. Overall, it was affordable and recommend staying here."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just a short walk away from the main intersection in Susukino. Travelers should note that a short walk anywhere in Sapporo in the winter becomes a very difficult and somewhat treacherous walk with luggage."

"The hotel was very nice. We got the corner rooms (208-209) and they had nothing to complain about. Spacious than most standard rooms in Japan. Our room has sofa and a table. Separate toilet, washing basin zone, and the shower room has a bathtub and a shower head separately. (I don't like thw combination one so i purposely chose this type of room) The cleanliness was superb, you can put the card on the bed and the sticker at the door to sign them to help clean the room and change the bed sheet. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, hair dryer, robes, air humidifier, kettler, few glasses and mugs, air freshener spray, slippers, laundry bag (for laundry service). Staff were nice, breakfast buffet was great (no need to book in advance, can pay upfront) The closest stations are the Tozai Line (orange): Nishi juitchome and the Namboku, Toho, Tozai Line: Odori station."

"I booked this hotel last minute after cutting short my stay at another hotel in Otaru due to exposed cable wiring under the bed area. Having learnt from that experience, I checked this room carefully upon arrival and was relieved to find everything well maintained. Mitsui Garden did a great job with the room setup, and everything felt clean and safe. The room is spacious enough for three guests, with good walkway space, a hanging area, and a proper wardrobe. It feels more comfortable compared to other triple rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is also a decent size and not as cramped as what you typically find in many Japanese hotels. The hotel offers a public bath for both men and women, which is a nice feature to relax in. However, the laundry setup could be improved. There is only one combo washer-dryer machine, and the waiting time is quite long. Even at 3–4 a.m., guests are queuing to use it, and each wash-and-dry cycle takes around two hours. You can monitor the washer status directly from your room TV, which is convenient, but it would be much better if the hotel could add a few more machines. It can be inconvenient when guests miss their pickup time and others have to wait. So, you really needs to plan and be more considerate in using the washer. Breakfast has a limited selection and leans more towards Western-style dishes, but there is a live chef station serving both sweet and savory crepes, which adds a nice touch to the morning experience."

"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back."

"The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo"

"Their staffs here are too strict and seem like robots. They even don't know that they are doing hospitality job,not selling stuffs. We stayed for 7nights and one night there is a heavy snowstorm. Since I have a kid n he has to eat rice as dinner,I just went to nearby family mart to buy frozen rice. I borrowed a plate to reheat. The manager rejected and said they could only give a small paper plate for eating jelly. I told them that I need to reheat rice for my kid. I only need to borrow a proper plate. They still didn't want. How do U expect me to find a plate during heavy snowstrom? We have stayed in hotels of lots of countries. This is the first experience for us. they had a restaurant, they even provided buffet breakfast but they are heartless. Every amenities of this hotel is good except the manager n staff don't have 💜 I even have recommended 3 families to stay here and they knew this hotel from me."
