"Excellent stay. We picked this for the unique architecture and decor and we were not disappointed. You can see the attention to detail in the design of this hotel. Also, beautiful view from our Premium room, facing the sunrise so we could enjoy a cup of tea/coffee peacefully in the morning. (Photo attached). It is a 4-star hotel - the hallways may be a bit outdated and dark - but the rooms themselves are updated and new, with comfortable bed/shower. Staff are available, friendly, and welcoming. Walkable to nearby sights, stations, and ATM/convenience stores. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others for a wonderful place to stay in Busan."

"I had a great experience here. Worthy with the price. I have read reviews before I booked and I seriously think those who expects a 5 stars treatment for a 3 stars payment shouldn’t book here. After reading reviews.. 1) I am totally okay with changing lifts and managed my expectations. 2) I brought my own bedroom slippers but amazing they provided, just that it’s not disposable versions and I think that’s totally fine because it’s clean. 3) I brought own toothbrush and toothpaste because I know they won’t provide. 4) I brought own shower gel etc. too but to my surprise, they did provide! Not as per what I’ve read (as per photos) 5) I was also given large towels and was informed during check in that we need to request if we need more and that’s not a problem. Just open mouth to ask for one. 6) I requested and had a reasonable half beach view (cropped photo) as per uploaded image. Take note, however, 1) that the make-up room and do-not-disturb room buttons can be faulty.. the cleaner came into my room when I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned when I am away from hotel room, but thank goodness nothing was missing. So they actually have honest staff. 2) you do not need a card to access higher levels so anyone can come up. Ladies traveling alone has to be extra careful. Overall, I’m so glad to give a great thumbs up for 1) a half beach view 2) convenience stores just downstairs 3) so so near to night market !! 4) walkable distance to the Haeundae metro station 5) room is so spacious for 2pax. I will come again when I visit Busan. Thank you!"

"Nice and clean hotel in good location near the beach and a convenience store right next to it. Breakfast can be taken in one of the locations close by. For a quick and easy visit to Busan the perfect location."

"We have stayed at Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Ocean Terrace for 5 very good & calm nights. Comfortable, clean & cosy room with everything you need. Sea view and morning sunrise present you harmony & good emotions. Staff is ready to help you even some don't know English but use translator. Housekeeping is good. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels, bottles with water, tea & coffee in packs. A lot of interesting places around. As for the restaurant we haven’t experienced."

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"Бронировала номер на 4-х, специально искала чтобы было 4 гостя. Тоже - в поисковике. Была сделана предоплата. Про заселении в отель с нас взяли дополнительно 30 тысяч вон. Сказали - доплата за двоих. ( хотя в условиях ничего про это не было, мы указывали что нас 4). Также при оплате было написано что включен завтрак на двоих человек. По факту нам сказали что по воскресеньям завтраков вообще нет. Кроме этого все остальное хорошо. Сам номер большой и красивый, с прекрасным видом, хорошая, удобная постель."

"En tiedä, kuinka monta vuotta on kulunut siitä, kun viimeksi olen käynyt Busanissa. Busan on tietysti hyvä, mutta se ei ollut paikka, josta minulla olisi niin hienoja muistoja, koska matkustin sateisena päivänä, mutta tämä matka muutti kaiken täysin. Niistä majoitus, jossa yövyimme, on erittäin tärkeä (positiivinen). Aluksi ei ollut televisiota, joten ajattelin, miksi en tutustuisi tähän. Ei, se todella sopi tämän hotellin konseptiin. Koska televisiota ei ollut, pystyin keskittymään täysin rakkaaseeni. Ja pystyin nauttimaan siitä yhdessä kuunnellen suosikkikappaleitani. Oli hieman kylmä, mutta lämmittelin kehoani porealtaassa ennen nukkumaanmenoa, ja kehoni oli lämmin ja pääni viileä, joten se oli hyvin parantavaa, ikään kuin olisin ollut hyvällä tuulella. Pystyin nukahtamaan hyvin. Aamiainen oli myös erittäin herkullinen. Henkilökunta oli myös ystävällistä. On sääli, etten voinut käyttää uima-altaan meditaatiohuonetta, koska en ottanut mukaan uima-asua, mutta mielestäni nautin siitä tarpeeksi. Sijainti oli myös hyvä, koska se oli Gwangallin rannan edessä. Ainoa haittapuoli oli, että huone, jossa yövyimme, näytti näkyvän ulkopuolelta ㅠㅠ… Olin hieman nolostunut ja minun piti olla varovainen, koska ajattelin sen olevan näkyvissä. Ai niin, sisäänkäynnille on kiivettävä portaat, joten ole hyvä, jos sinulla on paljon matkatavaroita. Jos vierailen Busanissa, suosittelen tätä majoitusta lämpimästi uudelleen.
