"First of all, I've got to say, the view from the balcony was stunning!! Super love the Gwangan bridge view 😍😍😍 Room itself was very clean..Hotel was responsive and helpful when I ask if I can check out a little bit late and managed to extend check out time by 2 hours for extra 20,000 won..Only a 10mins walk or so from Geumnyeonsan Station if you are coming from the airport but no steep hills need to be negotiated..Overall, was a very very pleasant stay..좋은방 고맙습니다"

"We had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space. While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked. The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges. On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort. We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors."

"great location with 7-11 right downstairs and a pretty awesome view. less than 3mins walk to shopping district with a small night market. area is filled with restaurants, bar, other necessities and also metro station. only downside is the hotel is only equipped with one lift accommodating two separate hotels and the toilet that we got didn’t have a wet & dry separation. but overall a good place with also helpful front desk staff."

Sokea huone oli ohut ja siksi huone tuli hyvin kirkas klo 6.. Suosittele, että sokeaa auringonvaloa. Jostakin syystä oli hedelmälentoja kolmannesta päivästä eteenpäin, vaikka jätimme roskakorin huoneiston ulkopuolelle ennen kuin aloitamme päivän. Muun kuin edellä, oleskelu oli mukava."

"Location wise this hotel was very close to one of the exits of Jagalchi Market station. You’ll need to use one of the elevators if you have heavy luggage as the closest exits don’t have escalators. Check in was done via one of their related messenger apps. An attendant was available to help with the check in. The room was very spacious and included an outdoor balcony. I was concerned about road noise but saw in other reviews that soundproofing here was excellent. As a light sleeper I can confirm this is true especially with the unit having double thick sliding doors. I slept very comfortably. There are no international outlets in the room so make sure you bring a converter. You should be able to buy one from one of the convenience stores across the hotel on the ground level or the front desk may have some to loan out. Pricing was a little higher than I preferred but it was still decent considering I had to book this location a little bit last minute. I’ll definitely consider staying at Magnum in the future."

"The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Busan KTX station, which makes traveling very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, and overall the stay was quiet and relaxing. However, the front desk staff were not very friendly and rarely smiled, which was a bit disappointing. In addition, the breakfast had very limited options and the food quality was below expectations."

"They give you a pamphlet to help with any confusion when it comes to what is available, and they have vending machines for what you need for hygiene. They also have breakfast but you do have to pay a fee for it. They do speak good English and if you need anything for the room we just went to the front desk for help. Also right by the Lotte mall for some shopping and plenty of places to eat around. The beds were soft and it had a sink, water dispenser in the room. Definitely good for a multiple day stay. And you get a balcony too, at least we did. Definitely 10/10"

"Booked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building. Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid. Thank you."
