The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.

Location was right next to the subway station. Very clean and with good facilities. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the simple and well translated instructions for air conditioning. No more using Papago and struggling to figure it out. Also the view from the balcony of the main street was perfect.

I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room. Loved the balcony and bathtub. Would have liked local food options for breakfast and stronger coffee, but overall, ver enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Hyvä sijainti, upea uima-allas (vaikkakin lämmitetty - huhtikuussa oli liian kylmä uida). Poreallas on paljon lämpimämpi. Siellä on sauna - mutta sen jälkeen et voi mennä altaaseen ollenkaan - se näyttää jääkylmältä. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä he pyytävät myös 100 dollarin panttia tai korttia.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and, most importantly, very quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a long day. The peaceful atmosphere really helped us relax and sleep comfortably. One feature we really appreciated was the luggage storage room. We arrived before check-in time and were able to store our bags safely and start exploring the area without any hassle, which was very convenient. The location is another huge advantage. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Seomyeon Station, so getting around Busan was incredibly easy. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby, making it a great base for the trip. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, quiet environment, and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

The hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

급하게 연휴 점 갑자기 가게되서 자세히 보지 못하고 예약했습니다. 일단 위치가 서면, 광안리, 해운대 어디를 가려고 해도 차로 40~50정도 ㅜㅜ 걸리는 위치라.. 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그러나 가격대비 - 방도 넓고 시설, 서비스(간편 조식이 제공됨) 갠찮았습니다. 다만 - 입실했을 당시 세면대 하단에서 누군가 쓰고 떨어뜨린 칫솔이 있었고, 에어컨이 파워냉방은 너무 춥고 나머지 냉방운전은 덥고- 조절이 잘 안되는것같았습니다. 에어컨 가동 소음이 좀 심해서 예민하신분들은 잘때 힘들듯 했습니다. 주변 소음 없고(주변이 공단이라 휴일 숙박 하니 굉장히 조용했습다)
