"Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!"

"Sijainti oli erinomainen, merinäköala oli kohtuullinen ja huone oli tilava ja siisti, mikä oli mukavaa, mutta oli kaksi haittapuolta. Varasin huoneen kylpyammeella, mutta kylpyamme oli parvekkeella, mitä en olisi koskaan kuvitellutkaan! Pystyin vain nauramaan sille. Siellä oli rako, ja se näkyi naapurirakennuksesta. En voinut olla ajattelematta: ”Onko sinulla uima-asu päällä?” Miksi se oli täällä? En koskaan ajatellut, etteikö sitä voisi käyttää edes kylpyammeella. Huonekuvista ei käy ilmi. En ole varma, ovatko kaikki tämän tyyppiset huoneet samanlaisia, joten tarkistathan asian ennen käyttöä. Toinen haittapuoli oli vaatekaapin tangon sijainti. Se oli korkealla. Yläsin siihen tuskin ojentamalla käsiäni, joten mietin, mihin korkeusvaatimuksiin ne perustuvat? Ajattelin, että se oli hankalaa."

"They give you a pamphlet to help with any confusion when it comes to what is available, and they have vending machines for what you need for hygiene. They also have breakfast but you do have to pay a fee for it. They do speak good English and if you need anything for the room we just went to the front desk for help. Also right by the Lotte mall for some shopping and plenty of places to eat around. The beds were soft and it had a sink, water dispenser in the room. Definitely good for a multiple day stay. And you get a balcony too, at least we did. Definitely 10/10"

"The location of Asti Hotel is excellent. We can reach most interesting place in Busan within 30 mins to 1 hour. Besides, I have to go to Seoul after Busan trip. Asti Hotel is just next to the KTX station and I need not to bring my luggage via Metro or Bus before leaving Busan. Hotel room condition and hygiene is excellent. I will stay in Asti Hotel for my next trip to Busan."

TTrisoOne of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

It is just opposite the Haeundae traditional market and 5mins walk from the Haeundae beach. But the downside is the slow water flow from the bathtub and no shower curtain . Hotel staff wasn’t able to provide information on traditional market recommendations

PPi Ka ChuWe are family of three with 6 year old kid, stayed at NEWCZ Centum for 3 nights. Staffs are welcoming and offered us a free room upgrade to the room with nice view. Room is spacious, has separate dinning room and it has very interesting second level to kids to play or for the guest who prefer to sleep in Tatami style bed. Location is quite convenience, a few mins walk from train station and shopping mall (which has one of famous Jijimba for both tourists and locals - Spa Land Shinsegae. We enjoyed our stay, especially our little one who love to play hide and seek been very busy climbing upstairs and downstairs to Hide. Would love to stay here again if we visit to the same are next time.

* Prime Location & Convenience
The location alone earns five stars. Being situated right next to two large department stores meant last-minute shopping and easy meal access were never an issue. Plus, having a subway entrance so close made exploring the city incredibly straightforward, saving us precious time and energy (essential when traveling with kids!).
* Spacious Rooms & Comfort
We were immediately impressed by the size of the room. The spacious living area was a lifesaver, giving us all room to relax without being on top of each other. The comfortable bed deserves special mention—it ensured a great night's sleep for both the adults and the children.
The provision of a washing machine and drying rack was a huge bonus for a longer trip. It allowed us to pack lighter and keep our clothes fresh, which is a big help for a family of four.
* A Small Suggestion for Improvement
My only minor critique, and one that I hope the management considers, is the availability of hairdryers. With four people needing to get ready in the morning, sharing just one hairdryer was quite the rush! It would be a significant enhancement to the guest experience if a hairdryer could be provided in every room or at least two for larger family suites.
Overall Verdict
Despite the minor hairdryer inconvenience, this hotel offers fantastic value and is perfectly suited for families or groups who prioritize space and location. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

SSan L12Nice hotel conveniently located in the city surrounded by lots of nice restaurants and cafes Opposite the hotel is a 3 storey high Daiso and walk down the street to the end (about 5mins walks) is the Haeundae Traditional Market that sells plenty of local delights. If you need to travel to another city bus, the Intercity Bus Terminal is just behind the hotel. It's about 3-5mins walk.
The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a convenient store right below the hotel I will definitely stay at Ramada Encore if I visit Haeundae. Will stay more days at the hotel. Thank you Ramada Encore

Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

VVieraskäyttäjäBooked the metro suite upon price drop at Trip. Com and it was very good for the price we've paid. Unit was spacious, fully equipped with large tv, washer dryer microwave, and even a Samsung styler. 2 queen beds and beddings are of good quality. Toilet and shower system were great too. Electrical kettle was provided. Cooking was not allowed unless requested. There was no cutleries or kitchen utensils provided. There was no view from this room generally except very little sea view from the balcony. On our first day bath towel was not provided and hv to ask from the reception. Orded food delivery via Baemin and food can be sent to doorstep. Location is near to Haeundae beach, but could be better as it is not central and close enough to the most lively area. Do not expect full hotel service except presence of the frontdesk (7am-10pm), and there was no in room housekeeping provided for the entire stay of 4 days. Hotel facilities was not opened too, pool was closed. Breakfast was not included and can pay for it and need to hv it at Kwangsu Hotel opppsite the building.
Hotel staff was polite, response was prompt when we asked for help to fix the clogged toilet bowl, location was easy to be accessed by taxi via kakao or k-ride. Overall we had good sleep and pleasant stay, and it was well worth the price paid.

The accommodation is the integral part of any vacation so it has to come correct. This is an example of such. I will stay here over and over when I visit busan again.
It’s new, modern, lively, quiet, serene, centre to everything and above all budget friendly. Compared to hotels around.
You’ll get value for whatever you pay here. I got value for my money. So yes it’s a 10/5 🤩🤩🤩
