"Hotel has a strict check in policy, only allowed us to check in 3pm onwards, but we're able to luggage drop in the morning. They have hot spring facilities for hotel guest too. Had a limited but decent sea view from our room on the 17th floor. Walkable distance to the beach and to the subway. (approx 10 mins each)"

"Very clean accommodation with highly responsive staff. Messaging through the booking app made everything quick and easy. The location is excellent, just a 1 to 2 minute walk from Jagalchi Station and within walking distance to BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market. With the train right outside, getting around Busan is very convenient. The room was very spacious for a solo traveller and great value for money. The highlight was definitely the night view of the sea and Namhang Bridge from the room. It looked amazing."

"Fantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes. Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life. Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better."

"A staff in the reception was kind and helpful though but the cleaning staffs were not following the standard of guest service. We left few things in the refrigerator and checked out, then we realized that we’ve missed the things in the room. We called and asked for the receptionist if it is found however it never returned back as we were informed that the cleaning staffs could not find it (whilst thanking to the receptionist for reminder call since we’ve requested for searching out). Except this, overall it is good enough considering to the price. Just few meter behind of the beach and few meters closed to the train station (blueline tour train)."

"My first time to Busan and I love this hotel so much. Its suprising close to Blueline Train Busan like 5-8 minutes walking only. Close to Beach and Busan tower and also seafood market. Their rooftop is absolutely charming and cozy and room is quite big for 2 person. Cons : Room dont have iron/iron board. I think they should take this as consideration to improve better. "

"I love everything else but where it’s located is in the mountain and it has only 2 road that reaches the hotel not to mention that it’s really dark and scary road at that. One of them is really narrow dark that you can’t see thing very well specially the road, it’s surrounded by trees and farm ground which has dogs. I was really scared to go over there so i just took a taxi. Even looking for taxi is troublesome."

"It was a great location and the price you can’t beat. Love how close it was to the beach. We did go recently so it wasn’t hot but still great. Bed is not soft but also not the hardest I’ve slept on before so wasn’t an issue for us as it didn’t break our backs. So if you want soft bed this is not a place for you also it’s not like we spent most of our time in the room we were out exploring. Staff is friendly and let us borrow outlet converter since we forgot ours. Bring a regular towel if not you’ll be using all the small towels they have for the shower. Other than that I recommend this if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach or in the middle of popular places to visit like Lotte Park/temple to cable cars/gamcheon village."
