"Booked this hotel as part of a surprise trip for my husbands 40th birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the subway; and the views from the room were phenomenal! I booked a deluxe ocean view room which was a really good size and had everything we needed (including a fancy japanese style toilet). We didn't have a chance to try out the restaurant but did visit the cafe on the top floor which was lovely and had some great views over Yeongdo island and Busan. The staff were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and have already been looking at when we can next visit!"

"Excellent 2 minute walk to Busan Station. Stayed 4 nights in Room 710. It was a big room with 2 single beds and spacious bathroom. It was mostly clean except for some dust on the window ledge and partition paneling. The bed area had USB-C and USB connections. I did not eat the hotel breakfast because there was a convenience store next door. We really liked this hotel but the bidet function was not working and the front desk staff did not help or explain the issue. I even showed the staff my short video but he could not explain properly in English. The housekeeper was more helpful and maybe I should have asked her instead. The most negative part of the bathroom was the lack of a shower curtain so the water went all over the floor. The best part though was the big window facing the ocean and city lights at night."

"I had an excellent stay at Lavi De Atlan Hotel in Busan, especially because of its unbeatable location in Haeundae, which is a very happening area with wide sideways and jogging paths. The hotel is just a short walk from Haeundae Beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the nice view from the room and the overall value for money—it’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable in a prime location. Many travelers highlight the same thing: the location is definitely the biggest advantage, with a walkability score that makes it easy to reach nearby attractions. However, there is no breakfast option provided - Only offered for guests staying at Marysol Hotel at 18,000 won (which happens to be located in the same building). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, accessibility, and reasonable pricing—perfect for a short stay in Haeundae."

"Nice room. Near to Busan station. Comfortable stay. The breakfast place isn't Comfortable though. Feels like a food court/ fast food restaurant. There are so many people and you have to fight for a seat. Also, you are supposed to put things back to tray. Staff dont clean frequently so the tables are always dirty."

"I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting."

"Great location! Haeundae Station is conveniently located right below the hotel, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable, with no issues. However, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When we arrived around 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage, we were not greeted or welcomed. Instead, the first thing the staff (a trainee) said was, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” I had to ask him to check if our room might be ready and even offered my booking receipt. He reluctantly checked and then simply pointed to an area where we were expected to leave and tag our own luggage. Another issue was the lift situation. During peak times, especially around 11 a.m., we waited almost 30 minutes just to get a lift to leave the hotel. With only two lifts serving such a high-rise building (from the 18th to 42nd floor), it was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the location and amenities are excellent, the front desk service and elevator capacity need serious improvement."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night and really appreciated its excellent location, just a short walk from Jagalchi Station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained, as it is newly built. That said, the interior atmosphere felt a little cold and slightly unorganized, which may be due to the hotel being new. We were also surprised that the room did not match the images shown during booking, and the view was of a neighboring building, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was a big plus."

"The Hotel is close to Busan Station. Several Sights are fast to Reach. The room was big and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It consisted of toast and some things to make a Sandwich. There were no fruit or Juice. Better go to a market and enjoy breakfast there."

"I had a great experience here. Worthy with the price. I have read reviews before I booked and I seriously think those who expects a 5 stars treatment for a 3 stars payment shouldn’t book here. After reading reviews.. 1) I am totally okay with changing lifts and managed my expectations. 2) I brought my own bedroom slippers but amazing they provided, just that it’s not disposable versions and I think that’s totally fine because it’s clean. 3) I brought own toothbrush and toothpaste because I know they won’t provide. 4) I brought own shower gel etc. too but to my surprise, they did provide! Not as per what I’ve read (as per photos) 5) I was also given large towels and was informed during check in that we need to request if we need more and that’s not a problem. Just open mouth to ask for one. 6) I requested and had a reasonable half beach view (cropped photo) as per uploaded image. Take note, however, 1) that the make-up room and do-not-disturb room buttons can be faulty.. the cleaner came into my room when I didn’t request for my room to be cleaned when I am away from hotel room, but thank goodness nothing was missing. So they actually have honest staff. 2) you do not need a card to access higher levels so anyone can come up. Ladies traveling alone has to be extra careful. Overall, I’m so glad to give a great thumbs up for 1) a half beach view 2) convenience stores just downstairs 3) so so near to night market !! 4) walkable distance to the Haeundae metro station 5) room is so spacious for 2pax. I will come again when I visit Busan. Thank you!"
