Busan Hotels with Parvekkeita

One of the best stays ever, you will not be disappointed with the boutique feel of good old days, we actually made the trip to Busan just to stay here. Free Americanos were a nice touch and with the complimentary stationary to write memories and even send postcards to yourself. The rooms are incredibly well designed and felt luxurious large with warm wood accents.

The pics of the photo are accurate and really nice. I’m glad I took the one with the sea view even though it was a smaller room. Paid a little extra as son was staying with us and was expecting him to sleep on the sofa but they provided a foldable mattress. The hotel staff (day to evening, sorry didn’t ask your name) was extremely helpful, giving us advise and recommendation on where to go as well as places to eat (ate two of them was super yummy). Did I mention again the view was good? Located near the cultural villages and even has a spa connected to the hotel. I think it would be perfect if I manage to get the larger room with a view. If go to busan again will definitely consider staying again.

I really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.  The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

Huone oli äärimmäisen puhdas, ja huoneessa oli pesukone itse. Henkilökunta oli hyvin kärsivällinen ja ystävällinen, ja huoneessa oli hyvä näköala kaupungin. Suosittelen tätä hotellia muille.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean room. Loved the balcony and bathtub. Would have liked local food options for breakfast and stronger coffee, but overall, ver enjoyable stay. Thank you!

First of all, I've got to say, the view from the balcony was stunning!! Super love the Gwangan bridge view 😍😍😍 Room itself was very clean..Hotel was responsive and helpful when I ask if I can check out a little bit late and managed to extend check out time by 2 hours for extra 20,000 won..Only a 10mins walk or so from Geumnyeonsan Station if you are coming from the airport but no steep hills need to be negotiated..Overall, was a very very pleasant stay..좋은방 고맙습니다

I had an excellent stay at Lavi De Atlan Hotel in Busan, especially because of its unbeatable location in Haeundae, which is a very happening area with wide sideways and jogging paths. The hotel is just a short walk from Haeundae Beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed for my stay. I also appreciated the nice view from the room and the overall value for money—it’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable in a prime location. Many travelers highlight the same thing: the location is definitely the biggest advantage, with a walkability score that makes it easy to reach nearby attractions. However, there is no breakfast option provided - Only offered for guests staying at Marysol Hotel at 18,000 won (which happens to be located in the same building). Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience, accessibility, and reasonable pricing—perfect for a short stay in Haeundae.

Great to book this apartment hotel walkable to Haeunde Beach n night pedestrian market. Not much interaction with staff, but generally delivers the front desk job. Apartment is stove, laundry equipped but needs to buy washing detergent frm from desk, ideally bring your stuff if u intends to cook etc. Clean n new.. Hopefully standard is maintained.

The hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.
