"The room was impressively spacious, allowing for plenty of movement and comfort. The quiet surroundings made for a restful stay, which I greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights for us was the laundromat, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh during our trip. The location; the main attractions, dining options, and shopping areas are about 2km away. While this might seem a bit far, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The spacious, comfortable room, quiet place to stay made up for the distance."

"체크인 때문에 참 힘들었습니다 셀프 체크인 방식에 메일을 받지 못하면 절대 알수 없는 시스템이더군요 미리 메일을 준것도 아니라 로비에서 삼십분 가량 추위에 떨다 트립닷컴 상딤사에게 전화연결후에야 체크인 방법을 알고 입장했습니다 위치는 참 좋습니다 객실 컨디션도 좋구요 청결도도 좋습니다 다만 침대 하나가 프레임이 부러져서 자는 내내 삐그덕 거리고 딸아이가 이거 침대 무너지는거 아니냐고 불안해하더군요 그리고 침대쪽 외풍이 너무 심하고 바닥은 난방이 전혀 되지 않았습니다 위치 좋고 깔끔해서 맘에 들었지만 체크인 너무 힘들었고 침대 컨디션 안좋고 외풍,난방으로 첫날부터 좋지 않은 경험이었습니다"

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable."

The room is even more magnificent and exquisitely beautiful. The feeling of soaking in the hot spring is really extremely comfortable and pleasant. However, the chair that is directly facing the window really makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. It is really stiff, and the back of the chair is pitifully short, and it simply cannot give the due support to the head and neck.

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the large window allowed us to enjoy the full scenery outside, which made the stay even more relaxing. The room also comes with a bathtub, which was a great bonus — perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long day. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Nearby there are lawson, 7-11, family mart and big supermarket near our hotel. Opposite our hotel, there is a ramen shop that have very nice ramen and chicken karage. But the only thing the train station is a bit far from the hotel.

AAliciatadahWe only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍 It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍 Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹 Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots. Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️ Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too. Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️ Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹 I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

VVieraskäyttäjä숙소가 정말 넓어서 좋았어요 세 명이 캐리어 펼쳐도 공간이 넓었습니다 히터를 틀었으나 조금은 쌀쌀했고 세면대 욕실 화장실 분리가 되어있는 부분은 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다 다만 방음이 약해서 이층침대에서 애들이 뛰어 내려오는 소리, 애들 뛰는 소리 때문에 많이 시끄럽긴 했어요 그래도 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 무인 체크인 시스템은 불편합니다 투숙객이 3명뿐인데 4명의 정보를 써야만 화상통화 연결을 할 수 있어서 무척 곤욕스러웠습니다

GGnoohA nice new and clean hotel. The room is spacious for 4 people. There is no reception, need to check in through a tablet and vdo call. The hotel provides good wifi. There is an elevator and shower, no bathtub. There is a small space for 2 cars parking in front of the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km from Sapporo station (where Daimaru and Stellar are located). There are paid parking lots and convenience stores nearby.

DDevendra NI had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Sapporo. They kindly allowed me an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. The interior design is beautiful and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the human-less (self) check-in system — it was smooth, quick, and very convenient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing jacuzzi bathtub. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, this was one of my best stays in Sapporo. Highly recommended!
