"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."

"Fantastic hotel nestled @ the bustling city centre of Ssukino where the prominent Nikka OOH billiboard is. The hotel is situated right above Susukino train station 🚉 & within Cocono Shopping Mall for easy access & great convenience to travel to anywhere in Sapporo. Arrived @ the perfect timing to indulge in the reowned 🇯🇵 Sapporo snow & ice festival 2026 ⛄️❄️🧊 . The place come into life @ night with iconic ice sculptures, diverse entertainment & diverse F&B options. Best thing is it’s merely 250m away from the Tanukikoji Shopping Street with countless Sapporo Beauty Stores & Don Donki. The hotel is modern, stylish & contemporary, boasting clean & comfy room for good slumber dreams 🛌 . An incredible discovery was the buffet breakfast 🍳🍞 was definitely thr best ever which we have savoured in Sapporo, with ingeniously decorated F&B offerings to feast your senses. Exvellenr choice, Next to best, Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻🤛🏻"

"As with the other reviews here. Their location is everything. The airport limousine bus stops extremely close by this hotel. Just few mins walk to reach. Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street. There are also McD and MOS burgers nearby. Something I don't like is the room they gave me is on the lowest floor, even when I requested a high floor very early on. The walking traffic light chirping sound outside is very loud and I can hear it in the room (thankfully it was off during sleeping time). As for the staff, there is a mix of foreigners (some Nepalese and Thai) and Japanese local, all of which are very helpful. Although they said housekeeping only every 7 days, but they collected the trash and change towels daily; even made up our bed, i think the only thing they didn't do is change your bedsheets everyday. Twin room is quite spacious for 2 person, we can open up our luggage no problem. Express check out available just drop your key inside the lift. Overall I'm very happy and it's a pleasant experience! (except for the loud traffic bird sound)"

"A Relaxing and Convenient City Getaway I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, major sights, and public transport all just a few minutes’ walk away. It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!"

"Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons."

"Hotel is located (1 minute walk) near 狸小路 so it is at a very convenient location. We appreciatdd the free late check out at noon as my daughter got sick from the extra 15 minute walk with 20 kg suitcase in the cold weather due to a wrong hotel location trip.com map indicated after sharing the feedback with front desk staff. The beds were comfortable and room is big enough for 2 people and 2 opened medium suitcases. Only drawback is the thin wall with some noise in the morning from other guests and wrong gps location on trip.com shared on Apple map. Nevertheless we feel our feedback been taken care of on positive attitude with good customer service. Well done!"

"Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!"

Dining & Leisure · Varied Breakfast: A rich selection that ensures a satisfying start to the day. · Onsen Facilities: The hotel offers hot spring services (not experienced this time). ⛄ Travel Experience · Thanks to the hotel's prime location, we easily visited Ōdori Park's Christmas tree and enjoyed playing in the snow. · The nearby underground shopping arcade made for a compact and fulfilling shopping and sightseeing itinerary. Overall, its good for us, and definitely will come back."

"Travelled with a group of 3 adults and found it hard to find a room with reasonable price. I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. I will definitely come back again!"
