"Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience."

"The room was tidy and all the staff at the reception were super friendly. Breakfast was great, had lots of options. The indoor pool and sauna were clean and I would have loved to use the facilities more had I known earlier. 1 water bottle was given throughout my 5 day stay though."

"Very comfortable and clean in quiet area. Very good bed and good air cond. good service from front desk. Bus 200 convenient to go to the center. The only thing is that I booked the upper storey rooms via Trip.com but the property received the booking order from thrid party Hotels .com for a standard room in lower levels (at a lower price) so obviiously trip.com is taking inventories from ********** and get its margin by booking lower room cathegory. It was probably a connection problems between trip.com and ********** systems. Everything was solved on the next day."

Location is in Mitte but still have to walk 9 min to Ubahn. Street is very quiet but the whole street was under construction.
The premier apartment is spacious. Very clean and well equipped. Slippers would be great.
Swimming Pool was in basement and small but it is an extra so it is fine. It would be great if there are seats for parents who don’t want to swim. My child of 12 was not allowed to go alone. Hotel policy."

The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained.
Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Berlin for 4 nights during my first trip to Germany, and it was a truly exceptional experience.
The hotel is beautifully located near Tiergarten and just a short walk from the Berlin Zoo and public transport. I arrived late at night, but check-in was fast and professional. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke excellent English.
My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. I especially loved the large windows and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and a deep bathtub, plus high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast was one of the highlights — a wide variety of international and local dishes, fresh juices, and barista-style coffee. I also had dinner at Hugos Restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was outstanding, and the panoramic city view made it unforgettable.
The wellness area was clean and relaxing, though the sauna required a small additional fee. The indoor pool and gym were great after long sightseeing days.

AAllison_TravelsThe hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

VVieraskäyttäjäWir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
