"The location is very good, even on foot you're close to some main attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the free water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. Our room had two single beds and, although not mentioned beforehand, we were pleased to find that it included a private bathroom. Towels were also provided. However, the bathroom had no shower gel or soap at all. The room was meant to have underfloor heating, but we were cold for two nights due to a draught from the balcony door; only the last night was warm, and there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The beds creaked loudly with even the smallest movement. Finally, entering the room with the key card was surprisingly difficult — sometimes it took 2–4 minutes for the door to read the card, even after replacing it."

"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 4. Its location is excellent—right in the heart of Alexanderplatz, surrounded by public transport, plenty of food options, grocery stores, and nearby sights. However, through no fault of the hotel, it sits very close to a church whose bells ring extremely loudly at 8 a.m. every morning. Even with earplugs, I was woken up daily. The front desk staff were friendly, check‑in was easy, and I really appreciated the keyless entry system using door codes—one less thing to worry about misplacing. The room itself is a smart use of space for a short stay or for travellers who mainly need a place to rest rather than spend long periods inside. I liked the bunk bed for one child above the main bed, and the convenient light switches by the beds. The pillows, however, were a real disappointment—completely lacking firmness. My travel partner didn’t use theirs at all, saying, “It’s no use pretending it’s doing anything.” I’d recommend requesting extra pillows unless you prefer sleeping very flat. One thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand is that the shower is not enclosed behind a bathroom door. If you’re sharing with people you’re not fully comfortable with, this could be an issue. You may need to coordinate shower times so others can step out. The toilet, at least, is in its own separate space. The shower has a combined hair/body wash, but there’s no complimentary body lotion or tissues. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, and there’s no complimentary coffee available. I would stay here again if it weren’t for the church bells. If you’re a deep sleeper, it may not bother you, but light sleepers should be aware."

"Tikkaita oli vaikea kiivetä, koska minut oli määrätty toiseen kerrokseen, mutta sijainti oli hyvä, kylpyhuone oli suuri ja siisti, ja tilaa tavaroille oli runsaasti. Oli mukavaa, että oven sulkeutuessa muiden kapseleiden melu ja tärinä vaikuttivat siihen, mutta muuten oli erittäin hiljaista, joten nukkuminen ei ollut ongelma."

"İbis budget , temel standartları olan bir otel. Bunu bilerek geldik. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, kahvaltı beklentimin üzerindeydi ve f/p açısından çok mantıklı geldi. Günlük temizlik yapılıyor, oda düzenli ve temiz. Konumu çok güzel, ulaşımı çok kolay. Bulunduğu yer son derece güvenli."

"방이 예쁜편은 아니지만 위치가 정말 최고 미테지구 유명한 곳은 다 도보로 갈 수 있고 트램, 지하철, 버스역 전부 바로 앞에 있어요 대신 역이 바로 앞에 있다보니 밤에는 시끄러운 편입니다 로비에 정수기도 있고, 체크인 전, 후 짐보관도 가능해서 좋아요"

"The place is quiet and the staff are nice too. Our room is clean and heater is working good. However it is a bit far from the main train station 700m especially pulling 3 big luggages with us. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and able to get our groceries and food from nearby supermarkets for our dinner."

"Absolutely in love with this hotel and our room specifically. It’s just few steps away from the Berlin Wall museum and Charlie Checkpoint, 12mins from the metro station to reach other tourist attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, with a view of the street. It can get a bit noisy on weekend’s nights but we had zero problem with that. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The price was also very competitive for a big city like Berlin. P/S: If you fancy some Vietnamese food, there’s a Viet restaurant 4 mins away from the hotel serving good Pho."

"Hotellissa on oma parkkipaikka, mutta pysäköintipaikkoja on vain noin 15. Pysäköintipaikka on varattava. Voit pysäköidä ilmaiseksi tienvarteen vastaanoton ohjauksessa, mutta minä olen vähän. Huolestunut pettämisestä Hotelli ei ole kaukana Berliinin keskustasta. Hotelli on erittäin mukava ajaa pyörällä. Pysäköinti on saatavilla useilla hotellin lähellä. mutta sinun täytyy nähdä kyltit ja pysäköintiajat ovat erilaisia."

"Lovely hostel and enjoyed sharing the room with the guests. Each dorm had its own kitchen and bathroom and it was clean and I felt safe. The bar downstairs is far from the rooms so it’s pretty quiet upstairs. As a guest you get discounts for meals and drinks when you stay at the hostel. The hostel is very close to Rosa-Luxembourg Platz which (right outside the door) which will enable you to take the U Bahn to Alexander platz and other places. The M8 Tram will take you to the Berlin Wall memorial and Berlin HBF and other surrounding areas."
