This is a good hotel for family or business trip, the location is good for shopping and dining place

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

stayed 1 night, the hotel is a 5 star according to the ratings they have 1 small complementary water for two people WOW go figure not even to make coffee. Breakfast was good however. staff were friendly. The place is easy to get to by train. just do some research if you take the train.

Hotelli on uusi, noin kuusi kuukautta vanha, kaikki on siistiä ja näyttää hyvältä, ja suunnitteluun on selvästi panostettu paljon. Valitettavasti huoneiden toimivuutta ei ole mietitty tarpeeksi. Huone on lasiseinillä varustettu, aurinkoon päin, mikä luo huoneessa enemmän kasvihuoneilmiön. Huone on liian kuuma kaikkina vuorokauden aikoina, ja ulkona oli vain 24 celsiusastetta. Ilmastointilaite ei viilennä ollenkaan, ja kevätpäivänä, joka ei ollut niin kuuma kuin viikonloppuna, lämpötila nousi 33 asteeseen. Valitin tiskillä, ja vastaanottovirkailija tuli tarkistamaan ilmastointilaitteen – miksi hän toimii teknikkona? Hänen vastauksensa oli, että termostaatti pitäisi nostaa 19:stä 21:een, jolloin suoja viilentää enemmän. Oikeastiko? Kylpyhuone on hyvin pieni ja ahdas. Henkilökohtaisille tavaroille ei ole paikkaa laittaa. Suihkun lasiseinä on pieni, ja lattialle roiskuu paljon vettä. Suihkun lopussa lattia on kuivattava pyyhkeellä, joten sitä ei voi käyttää uudelleen. Hississä on vain yksi kutsupainike, eikä tavalliseen tapaan ylös- tai alas-nuolta. Joten kun painat kutsupainiketta, jokainen ylös haluava pysähtyy kerrokseesi. Jokainen hissin avautuminen tai sulkeutuminen aiheuttaa ding-dong-äänen, joka häiritsee hissin vieressä olevia huoneita. Aamiainen on erinomainen, ja kokki valmistaa tuoreita herkkuja ja leivonnaisia.

По соотношению цены и качества для Берлина норм. В коридорах есть странное покрытие, наверное, идет ремонт. Сам отель в старинном доме. Кровать неудобная. И постельное белье так себе. Зато завтрак порадовал, без изысков, но я прям с удовольствием ел. Были фрикадельки, салат с майонезом. В целом очень хорошо. От центра не совсем близко из-за пересадок в метро. Но само метро прям рядом. И около отеля прям торговая улица Курфютерсдам начинается. В целом отель, если вы ограничены в деньгах, то вариант хороший.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

Excelente ubicación y instalaciones . Lo malo era que no funciona el ascensor y teníamos que subir 5 pisos con valijas a pie .
