Nice host , instructions and directions to the unit is very clear. Too bad we got to leave early. I think most of the travellers that stay here are because of the location near Kansai Airport. Sorry the photos are taken when we check out , forgot to take when we check in .

We ended up at Hatago Inn Hotel due to a sudden change in travel plans—our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived, the express train to Shiga had stopped running for the day. Our original hotel in Shiga was out of reach, and we were scrambling for a last-minute place to crash near the airport. To be honest, we didn’t have high expectations—it was a stopover born out of necessity. But it turned out to be way better than expected! The location is super convenient for late arrivals, just a quick ride from Kansai Airport. Check-in was smooth, staff were helpful, and the room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It felt like a calm little pocket of rest after a long travel day. While we wouldn’t have chosen it originally, it absolutely served its purpose and more. For anyone needing a reliable, comfortable, and fuss-free overnight near the airport, this place is a hidden gem. Would definitely keep this in mind again for future airport stopovers!

國慶假期日本大阪旅行，由於上次沒逛夠奧萊，這次最後一晚選擇在了臨空城附近，這家酒店自動入住，但是會有員工幫助辦入住挺好的，房間很大，空間算足的了，樓下就有便利店很方便，一樓自助接水飲料咖啡茶，還有微波爐很方便，走到臨空城不遠，邊走邊看海還不錯，過了馬路對面就是大海

Airport shuttle bus service is really nice as no need to search for public transport. A variety of choices fo breakfast, balanced diet. Despite having a shower in the room, public bath is also available. Excellent insulation as I heard no outiside noisy. Friendly staff.

Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish. I would certainly return to this hotel.

A basic hostel, it is comfortable and cozy. Although there were negative reviews from others, but I feel great staying here, great thank to the owner help us book uber to airport

Location is great if you really plan to shop at Premium outlet. Close stay to airport for convenience of flights. Basic hotel, stayed 2 nights a reasonable duration before leaving for Kyoto. Lawson Place offers great instant food/sandwiches, just by the exit if Rinku Town station of Nankai Line. Also from Rinku Town station it's quite convenient to move around with trains to either Nara Park or Namba/Dotonbori river (you just need time to get use to the Japan train lines/platforms/departure times)

We stay here the first night after arriving KIK. Check-in very late (like 10pm already), and overall check-in process worked well. Reception staff is kind and can speak English (OK). The only problem is that there is no parking space and I have to find it myself somewhere else. Overall facility and build/room is kind of aged already, and bed/room is small (our budget consideration, we are looking for lowest cost nearby airport). We are able to get some rest and hit the road the next day ...

They have free shuttle bus, very convenient to go to the airport, staff very nice, room were clean, large, and comfortable.
