Mekka Hotels with Nouto- ja jättöpalvelut

"Täydellinen shuttle-palvelu, aina saatavilla ja pudottaa Kudi Station (kellontornin takana). Suur palvelu ja huone oli hyvin puhdas ja tilava. Ilmainen pysäköinti on myös saatavilla, mutta pohjapysäköinti on hyvin säädettävä."

"Jumeirah Hotel was excellent in terms of facilities — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Credit where it’s due: the staff were genuinely outstanding, extremely attentive, and always eager to help. Service level is easily one of the best. Location-wise, it’s around a 4–6 minute walk to Al Haram, which is acceptable. However, let’s be real — compared to the Clock Tower hotels, they are noticeably closer and more convenient, especially during peak prayer times. Now, about the “Partial Haram View” — this needs honesty. We booked two Deluxe Rooms with Partial Haram View, but the view is technically there… if you really look for it 😅. The Haram is barely visible, and most of the view is dominated by unfinished construction. You’ll spend more time spotting the Haram than enjoying it. Bottom line: Excellent hotel, top-tier service, great facilities — but don’t book it expecting a meaningful Haram view. If proximity and view matter, Clock Tower hotels still win."

"Hotel is situated inside the clock tower, so it’s right in front of Masjid Al Haram. Sometimes the lift from the ground floor to the hotel reception takes a while as it gets packed."

"Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank."

"This hotel is located within king abdulaziz WAQF, Makkah clock towers. Its few meters from the holy mosque There is public transportation at the basement Hotel staff we very friendly and ready to help with a big smile on their faces. I enjoyed an early check in (which was rejected via the app ) prize still above average since its a 5 star hotel and located just few meters away from Almasij alharam"

"There’s a genuine issue with the lifts - before and after prayer times, expect to wait 10-20 minutes. The room I booked had a kitchen but no utensils, making it impractical to cook. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices - usually just one gravy dish, with the rest mostly sauces and salads. The dining area staff were few and unresponsive, and it’s hard to get assistance when needed. Food quality also falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable — the entrance to the Mataf is right in front, and there’s a food court and shopping mall within the same building, so everything you need is under one roof."

"Hotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards. A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated. One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate. Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions. The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
