"The hotel provided a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete and thoughtfully prepared. Staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of food options. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to family and friends."

"I checked in after midnight, and the room was smelling like someone was smoking there before, I asked the front desk to change the room, and he mentioned it was fully booked, he offered to send room service to clean and refresh it, we left and came back , no sign of cleaning happened, in fact we found dirty diapers in the basket from the guests before. Also, there are no bathroom kits, toothbrushes, etc. Breakfast was good, The location was good, and the shuttle is available but not reliable"

"The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights, while the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries and maintained pristine by the housekeeping staff. One of the highlights of our stay was the dining options available. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, both local and international cuisine, which made every meal a delightful experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was extensive with a range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. The hotel's location is another significant plus. It's conveniently situated close to the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore Makkah without any hassle. The shuttle service to the Haram was punctual and efficient, greatly facilitating our visits for prayers. Moreover, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to keep up with our workout routine even while traveling. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected with family and friends. Overall, I highly recommend Midan Hotel Makkah for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in this holy city. The exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities truly make it a standout choice. Looking forward to another visit soon!"

"The place itself was not too far from the Haraam about a 10 minute walk. Nice and clean and building seems newish The staff was helpful and friendly Wifi and lifts are good, The restaurant buffet breakfast is good and a good selection of food and drinks. The evening buffet was very good, also with a tasty selection of dishes. If you wish to go the Haraam, then leave the hotel 10 minutes before the Azan"

"booked and stayed there many times, there is nothing to explain other than those multiple stays. satisfied!"

"I love to stay in Le Meridien Makkah. Eventhough the room is not so Big, but quite enough for two of us. Location is perfect, very near to Haram. Just walk around 2 minutes. I love the view from the restaurant at 21st floor, We stayed at level 19 and the view of Haram is very beautifull and Magnificient. *************. The Hotel is clean, amenities complete. The hotel is not so big, so it is not crowded.  Breakfast is OK.  Over all OK. Maybe Le Meridien will be our choice for next Umroh. ***********..."

"Second time I opted this hotel. I reached there at 9.30am and check in starts at 16.00 so they charged extra payment for early checkin which is more then I paid via trip.com Hotel is good, breakfast is excellent, shuttle service is perfect. I never wait for more then 5 minutes for shuttle to move. It's always standing at door which is +++ point. But in rush hours police close the way directly to Haram from the drop point and you have to take a long round and go to Haram after crossing Makkah Towers from Ibrahim Kalil road. This distance summed up for 1.5km which is very difficult for elders and ladies. Overall in this price hotel is perfect."
