"Hotelli H4 Berlin Alexanderplatz on erittäin suositeltava majoituspaikka. Ensinnäkin hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava. Se sijaitsee Berliinin keskustassa Alexanderplatzilla, josta on erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet. Useat kuuluisat nähtävyydet, kuten Berliinin televisiotorni, Museosaari ja Punainen kaupungintalo, ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Se sopii erinomaisesti niin liike- kuin vapaa-ajan matkailijoillekin. Toiseksi hotellin palvelut ja tilat ovat erittäin kattavat ja nykyaikaiset. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja valoisia, sisustus minimalistisen tyylikäs, vuoteet mukavat ja siisteys moitteetonta. Hotellin aamiainen on runsas ja monipuolinen, josta löytyy varmasti jokaiselle jotakin. Lisäksi hotellissa on kuntosali ja sauna, joissa vieraat voivat rentoutua kiireisen päivän jälkeen. Viimeiseksi, hotellin palvelu on myös erinomaista. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta, tarjoaa monikielistä palvelua ja on aina valmiina auttamaan vieraiden kaikissa kysymyksissä ja ongelmissa, mikä saa olon tuntumaan tervetulleelta ja kotoisalta. Kaiken kaikkiaan Hotelli H4 Berlin Alexanderplatz osoittautui erinomaiseksi niin sijaintinsa, palveluidensa kuin tilojensakin puolesta. "Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room. Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but good for choice and the eyes to see. Whilst visiting Berlin I lost my cellphone and the front desk staff went all out to assist me until I was able to contact one person to know I had no phone, for that I give them 10/10 - thank you so much for all the attention you gave me and made sure I was comfortable in your hotel. Thank you."

"It’s a good location to access to Berlin Central Stations. We had 2 single rooms with acceptable pricing with the city Centre location. However, the housekeeping section required to improve as I’m unaware that they needs to pre-informed if u liked to clean your rooms with new towels and empty trash. However, I managed to get the access through front desk. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service quality as 4 stars hotel."

"Location of hotel is excellent for visiting Berlin attractions as the U Bahn is outside the hotel. The hotel itself is friendly, clean, lots of amenities & free water/tea/coffee/fruits/pretzels & cookies available from the rooftop lounge. The shower deserves a special mention as it is big & very powerful. The rooms are ample with a large comfortable bed. The sauna and fitness space was a great addition to the hotel and made the stay very relaxing."

"nice location.walking distance to train station, bus stop and subway station, there are many shopping malls nearby as well. We arrived the hotel at 10am, the reception gave us the free early check-in. the breakfast is rich and delicious. Staying the Hollywood theme environment is an unique experience."

"It is an old but a nice hotel in a very good location. Just five minutes to the subway and ten minutes to the train station (S-Bahn) on foot, so you can easily get around. Lots of opportunities to shop and enjoy, two large supermarkets directly at vicinity. We were served by Ms. Martina and she was wonderful to us, always smiling and ready to solve any problems that may arise."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The self check-in system is slow and inefficient, and the staff—although young—seemed uninterested, lacking both compassion and willingness to help. I arrived just in time for an important meeting, yet the check-in process took far too long. When I finally reached my room, I discovered that it had not been cleaned at all. I returned to the customer care desk, where I was met not with an apology, but with the question of why I was upset, followed by a casual “we’ll just give you another room.” The replacement room added further frustration: the key cards did not work. After going back once more, I was told they should work, and only after insisting did the staff member reluctantly accompany me—where she realised I was correct. I was then asked to wait in the hallway while she returned to fix the issue. Throughout the entire process, there was no apology, no sense of urgency, and certainly no gesture of goodwill or compensation. The premium room itself, once accessed, was spacious, clean, and had a balcony that allowed for good ventilation. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of my stay. The breakfast, which used to be excellent at this hotel, has declined significantly in quality. Overall, the lack of efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality made this stay extremely disappointing. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again"

"The location is very nice. In general everything is good. I was shocked that upon making check out the reception wanted to charge me 2 EUR for the luggage room. I was intended to go to have fast breakfast very early morning and leave 1 suitcase in the luggage room for 20 minutes. The hotel said that I can bring my luggage back to the room free or to pay 2 eur))) it is not friendly at all."
