"Hotelli H4 Berlin Alexanderplatz on erittäin suositeltava majoituspaikka. Ensinnäkin hotellin sijainti on aivan loistava. Se sijaitsee Berliinin keskustassa Alexanderplatzilla, josta on erinomaiset kulkuyhteydet. Useat kuuluisat nähtävyydet, kuten Berliinin televisiotorni, Museosaari ja Punainen kaupungintalo, ovat kaikki kävelymatkan päässä. Se sopii erinomaisesti niin liike- kuin vapaa-ajan matkailijoillekin. Toiseksi hotellin palvelut ja tilat ovat erittäin kattavat ja nykyaikaiset. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja valoisia, sisustus minimalistisen tyylikäs, vuoteet mukavat ja siisteys moitteetonta. Hotellin aamiainen on runsas ja monipuolinen, josta löytyy varmasti jokaiselle jotakin. Lisäksi hotellissa on kuntosali ja sauna, joissa vieraat voivat rentoutua kiireisen päivän jälkeen. Viimeiseksi, hotellin palvelu on myös erinomaista. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja avuliasta, tarjoaa monikielistä palvelua ja on aina valmiina auttamaan vieraiden kaikissa kysymyksissä ja ongelmissa, mikä saa olon tuntumaan tervetulleelta ja kotoisalta. Kaiken kaikkiaan Hotelli H4 Berlin Alexanderplatz osoittautui erinomaiseksi niin sijaintinsa, palveluidensa kuin tilojensakin puolesta. Suosittelen tätä lämpimästi kaikille Berliiniin matkustaville!"

"In Sachen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war das Hotel in meinem Falle auf jeden Fall unschlagbar. Das einzige, was genervt hat, war der neu eingerichtete Self Check in und die Unmöglichkeit vor 15:00 Uhr ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Außerdem war zwischendurch beim iPad auch der Akku alle deshalb konnten manche Gäste sich nicht einchecken oder mussten warten… aber da das noch in den Kinderschuhen war, habe ich das nicht in die Bewertung mit einfließen lassen. Daher eine sehr, sehr gute Bewertung"

"A Mixed Stay Near Hauptbahnhof We stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a ok option overall, especially for its convenient location. On the positive side, it’s situated right near the Hauptbahnhof, making it an ideal base for a quick day of exploring the city via public transport. The breakfast staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant morning vibe. While the breakfast selection wasn’t extensive, it covered all the essentials:fresh bread, fruits, cereals, and hot items—to fuel you up for the day ahead. That said, there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the experience. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there was a strong, unpleasant plumbing odor coming from the toilet area in the hallway. Unfortunately, this issue persisted in our room (583), where the smell emanated from the bathroom. Even after leaving the window open all day, it lingered upon our return, which was quite off-putting. The hotel was fully booked, according to the receptionist, so we didn’t pursue switching rooms. Additionally, the Hocker near the tea table was heavily worn and tattered, almost as if it had been chewed by a cat for years. The mini-bar was disappointingly empty, with just a single bottle of water provided. Sauna was off at 10:30am. At €150 per night, this hotel feels overpriced for what it offers— I’d recommend exploring other nearby alternatives for better value and comfort."

"Had a wonderful stay at Estrel Berlin Hotel, the reception staff was super helpful from the first night when I arrived offered a complimentary breakfast as the room was not what I asked for and the next day I was upgraded to a mini suite as I was awaken by the fire alarm in my room. Very pleasant and the breakfast was a good buffet was all you could think of which half the time to eat 4 items but good for choice and the eyes to see. Whilst visiting Berlin I lost my cellphone and the front desk staff went all out to assist me until I was able to contact one person to know I had no phone, for that I give them 10/10 - thank you so much for all the attention you gave me and made sure I was comfortable in your hotel. Thank you."

"I absolutely love this hotel! The breakfast is excellent and the quality is amazing! Location is good and the comfort is top notch. The only improvement that could be made is to have the complimentary bottled water refilled. They only provide it for the first day. This is very unusual compared to other hotels... one would expect them to reward long staying guests. Still - I love it here!"

"Nice hotel with high price performance ratio. The location is a little embracing that not so close to main landmarks in city centre, aber the public traffic around is convenient (bus142 and U-Bahn5/8). The staffs are friendly with good services, i have spent two days with my friend here comfortably. Do recommend it to everyone."

"Khách sạn sạch đẹp. Vị trí tốt. Xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn. Đi vài phút là tới kudamm và kantsstr. Chú ý: ở đây muốn dọn phòng phải báo trước cho lễ tân. Điểm trừ là chúng tôi không hề được thông báo về điều ấy cho đến ngày hôm sau tôi không thấy phòng được dọn nên hỏi lại mới biết. Lẽ ra lễ tân nên thông báo cho khách lúc check in phòng!"

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, safe in room, fridge, T.V. Best selection of Breakfast buffet at this hotel compared to all previous German hotel breakfast buffets eaten so far. BUT I booked this hotel for the sauna which were not available due to construction work when I arrived, with no info about the closure of the Sauna online before booking which is unnaceptable for the top hotel listing in Berlin with Sauna when paying customers book specifically to enjoy the sauna. Lucky for me I visited the best Men only sauna in Berlin called Artemis that evening which had the most beautiful female staff who attend to your every need, which left me relieved, refreshed and happy enough to forget the disapointment of no working sauna at the hotel I booked. Many nice restaraunts, bars and tourists attractions in walking distance with near by train station to reach other parts of Berlin to far to walk. Overall good hotel."

"The hotel is located in Charlottenburg destrict not far away from TU Berlin. Actually, the rooms is spacious and personnel pretty kind. I got a free beer which I was very happy about because there is not much restaurants nearby, it’s kind of car business district around there. The room cleaning personnel had forgotten to clean the floor of my room, there were a number of leaves of someone’s flower bunch on the ground… But in general the hotel is good!"
