Very good stay, hotel was fairly easy to reach, about 10/15 min from subway by foot. Good room, very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast. Gym also has plenty of exercise machines, fairly good for an hotel. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed, safe in room, fridge, T.V. Best selection of Breakfast buffet at this hotel compared to all previous German hotel breakfast buffets eaten so far. BUT I booked this hotel for the sauna which were not available due to construction work when I arrived, with no info about the closure of the Sauna online before booking which is unnaceptable for the top hotel listing in Berlin with Sauna when paying customers book specifically to enjoy the sauna. Lucky for me I visited the best Men only sauna in Berlin called Artemis that evening which had the most beautiful female staff who attend to your every need, which left me relieved, refreshed and happy enough to forget the disapointment of no working sauna at the hotel I booked. Many nice restaraunts, bars and tourists attractions in walking distance with near by train station to reach other parts of Berlin to far to walk. Overall good hotel.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

Sijainti on noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Gesundbrunnenin rautatieasemalta. Sisäänkirjautuminen on mahdollista vain sisäänkirjautumistiskin automaateilla. Henkilökuntaa on kuitenkin saatavilla, jos tarvitset apua. Minulta veloitettiin 51 euroa heti alussa, vaikka se oli ennakkoon maksettu hinta; en tiedä miksi, mutta hyvitys käsiteltiin nopeasti. Huone oli ihan ok, joitakin tahroja, myös verhoissa. Ilmastointi on keskusohjattu, joten sille ei valitettavasti voi tehdä paljoakaan. Muuten huoneessa oli kaksi kuppia, teepusseja, pikakahvia, jääkaappi, televisio ja (epävakaa) Wi-Fi. Kylpyhuone oli ihan ok, vaikka pyyhkeitä ei ollutkaan saapuessa; ne toimitettiin myöhemmin. stayed 1 night, the hotel is a 5 star according to the ratings they have 1 small complementary water for two people WOW go figure not even to make coffee. Breakfast was good however. staff were friendly. The place is easy to get to by train. just do some research if you take the train.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

The location is good, with S-Bahn and U-Bahn around and it gets to most places in Berlin. Plenty of options of food for breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn’t work but they came and fixed it during the way so it was fine. The only drawback is the hotel check in system: the self-check in doesn’t work and it just creates more work for the reception.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

In Sachen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war das Hotel in meinem Falle auf jeden Fall unschlagbar. Das einzige, was genervt hat, war der neu eingerichtete Self Check in und die Unmöglichkeit vor 15:00 Uhr ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Außerdem war zwischendurch beim iPad auch der Akku alle deshalb konnten manche Gäste sich nicht einchecken oder mussten warten… aber da das noch in den Kinderschuhen war, habe ich das nicht in die Bewertung mit einfließen lassen. Daher eine sehr, sehr gute Bewertung
