Made a last-minute decision to extend a night in Xishuangbanna and booked a stay at the Yunman Starry Sky Cliff Panoramic Resort Hotel. Let me start with the positives! The view is absolutely nice, and the room is spacious enough. A major highlight was the staff, particularly 阿沐 (A Mu), who was very helpful and prompt to respond. He efficiently managed to find a solution for our situation, which we truly appreciated. The amenities are a good value: a breakfast buffet is provided, and there's a lovely afternoon tea. The food is not bad overall. While the location seems good on the map, it is a little difficult getting there in reality. However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues: 1. We used the laundry & drying service, but unfortunately, some of our lighter color clothes came back with color stains. This was very disappointing. 2. The bathroom light wasn't working. We contacted the front desk a few times, and while they mentioned they would send someone up, no one ever came. A stay of contrasting experiences—excellent service from one staff member and great views, but let down by follow-through on maintenance and services.

房間挺舒服的，前台還給升級了房型，房間正對泳池，景色還不錯，也挺衞生的，早餐品種也多味道還可以，雖然對着街道會有點吵，但是把陽台門關上後基本就沒聲音了，位置離高鐵站和機場比較近，如果不考慮去景區的距離的話還是可以住的，如果要去星光夜市之類遊玩的可以選擇近一點的，不然太遠了，打車都要三十分鐘，晚上會放音樂和噴泉秀，可以玩一玩，樓頂有健身房和洗衣間，但沒去過不知道咋樣 不好的地方就是廁所會有點味道，我入住的第一天就有點味道，但不是很明顯，第二天起來發現馬桶漏水了，味道就有點重了，建議酒店可以好好檢查一下 總體來説還是比較推薦的

The only advantage of this hotel in Xishuangbanna is its cheap price. However, there were several issues during my stay: I found a small spider on the bed, and there were many mosquitoes in the room, which disturbed my rest. The hot water supply was highly inadequate—the water wasn't hot enough, both during the day and late at night. The lighting ambiance was acceptable. Furthermore, the checkout time is strictly 1:00 PM, which I found inconvenient as I usually request and receive checkout until 2:00 PM. Overall, apart from the low price, other aspects were hardly satisfactory.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed. It’s a perfect choice for travelers who appreciate modern design, comfort, and smart spending. The Highlights: · Stunning Design & Common Areas: The hotel’s aesthetic is absolutely chic and contemporary. The design of the lobby and all common spaces is truly top-notch – you can tell a lot of thought went into creating a stylish atmosphere. · Exceptional Staff: The personnel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided a warm welcome. They made our stay very pleasant. · Superb Location for Transit: The location is ideal for arrivals and departures. It’s very close to the airport and the railway station, which is incredibly convenient, especially after a long journey or for an early flight. · Spacious & Practical Rooms: Our room was very spacious, clean, and bright. The view from the window was lovely. A very practical and appreciated touch was the presence of mosquito nets on the windows, which added to our comfort. · Unbeatable Value (Moneywise!): This is where the hotel truly shines. For the level of quality, style, and service provided, the price is outstanding. It’s a very moneywise choice. · Local Market Nearby: While the immediate neighborhood felt a bit unusual, we discovered a fantastic local market just a short walk away. It was a bonus to have access to fresh fruits and vegetables. A Minor Note: As mentioned,the location feels a bit unusual at first glance—it’s not in a classic tourist or downtown area. However, its proximity to transport hubs more than makes up for it, and the nearby market is a great local perk. Final Verdict: We wouldhighly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and exceptionally well-priced stay with excellent transport connections. It’s a gem for savvy travelers. We will definitely choose it again on our next visit! Recommended For: Solo travelers, couples, and business travelers who value modern design, friendly service, convenience for transit, and getting great value for their money.

The hotel was exceptional in many aspects.The complimentary airport transfer was unexpected.Thanks to Xiao Long for the pre-arrangement! The service at the reception was excellent with delicious ice cream for self service.Daily laundry service was available for our convenience .Overall the experience was great!Kudos to all the service staff especially Xiao Long.

We have been visiting the Pullman Resort during our Golden Week Holiday. The hotel was quite empty despite the festival season. We also know the Pullman in Sanya Bay well and were somewhat disappointed of the one in Xishuangbanna. Overall, the hotel was way too expensive for the provided quality and services, we cannot recommend it. Pro: The hotel has been a nice choice due to its rooms in good conditions but nothing “special”. + The location is a bit outside of Jinghong - so it’s quiet and green, you can do nice small walks in the area of the resort + Since it wasn’t full, you could easily get some space during breakfast + The breakfast was quite nice (but monotonous after 3 days). + Very nice of the breakfast staff: in the last morning they provided us some bacon since the children were looking for it Cons: General: - The service level was not good at many places of the hotel: - No English speaking staff in the hotel. Especially at the reception it’s a big disadvantage - No shuttle service to public spaces - In the area are not many shops or restaurants and at least many were closed during our stay (maybe because of Golden Week) - The outside breakfast area is not nice and you are more or less forced to sit inside due to pest control during morning - The intensity of pest control was terrible; every day they sprayed somewhere in the hotel chemicals. During the morning the garden was fully covered in smog of chemicals and you cannot go outside; even inside the breakfast area you could smell it; one day in the afternoon the entrance street to the street was fully covered with smog and it was almost impossible to walk through there, due to pest control the whole garden is literally dead, don’t expect nice butterflies or dragonflies - it’s all gone (see the first picture) The pool service is poor for many reasons: - You cannot order any food or drink at the pool; - They don’t have any seat mattresses/cover, you have to sit on the blank chairs - The number of seats at the pool is very limited, even when the hotel was not full, not every person could get a seat - The sunshade umbrellas are useless as they cannot be moved or changed and their direction does not protect well against the sun - The requirement to wear a swimming cap is strange and everyone needed to buy one… Overall: We cannot recommend the hotel for higher price, if you get it for low price it’s a good deal but look for some alternative if you can.

I recently stayed at this brand-new hotel (opened in 2024), and it was such a nice experience. If you want a place with lots of extras, this is it. They have two pool tables, a small rooftop pool, and two gyms—one for yoga and Pilates with all the equipment, and another with treadmills, bikes, free weights, and even a Smith machine. There’s also a laundry room with washers, which was really handy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but you’ll want to arrive early to get the best selection. The staff were all very friendly, but Fei Xiu (绯袖) on WeChat was especially helpful—she answered all my questions quickly and made everything easy. The location isn’t right on the riverbank near the Starlight Market, but it’s not far from tourist spots either. It’s actually in a good spot if you want a quieter stay while still being close enough to everything. If you’re looking for a modern, well-equipped hotel with great service, I’d definitely recommend this one!

Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

the room was amazing, very well designed. Big and comfortable, I loved the bath near the window with views of the city. The service was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful The hotel is in a quiet area in the mountain that's great but you need to take didi or use the hotel service all the time if you want to go to downtown because by walk is long and not convenient. Anyway I highly recommend, is a great choice.

老闆很熱情，東北人爽快，連住了3晚，交通出行非常方便，電動自行車、景區直通車門口就有，下次來的話還住這裏，唯一不好就是房間小了一點點，但是有獨立小陽台還是很不錯的，聽説老闆過了五一重新裝修，到時候肯定會更好
