A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. "I stayed at the Beijing Bulgari Hotel this weekend and had an absolutely fantastic experience. This is my first time staying at Bulgari, and the environment is stunning, combining Chinese culture with Italian style that makes me feel luxurious. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a long day of learning at school. The food offerings were also impressive. I tried both Chinese breakfasts and Italian breakfasts, all of which are tasty. I also ordered a pasta, which had many steps in the production process and was made very delicately. One standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service from my housekeeper, Shengy. She was incredibly attentive and made communication effortless. Her service truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Beijing Bulgari Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with top-notch service! The Bulgari Hotel Beijing is my favorite hotel in Beijing!!"

"A (too) Brief but Breathtaking Stay: My Review of **** Summer Palace My stay at the **** Summer Palace was nothing short of magical, a true highlight of my trip to Beijing. I was immediately greeted by name—an astonishingly personalized welcome that set the tone for the entire visit. It felt less like checking in and more like being received as an honored guest. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of tranquility and luxury. The facilities, particularly the swimming pool, the gym with its top-notch machines and the unexpected bonus of a Reformer Pilates studio, were truly impressive. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. What makes this place a standout is its unrivaled access to the Summer Palace. The privilege of entering the grounds directly through a private back gate is an experience that cannot be replicated. It felt like a secret key to a world of imperial grandeur, allowing for peaceful, VIP moments before the public arrived. Every detail, from the seamless check-in to my reluctant departure, was handled with an effortless grace that made my solo journey feel utterly pampered. For anyone seeking a unique blend of historical immersion and luxurious retreat, **** Summer Palace is an absolute dream."

"Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!"

"What a marvellous place. The nature combined with sophisticated technology and beautiful personalized architecture makes you feel cozy and relaxed. The place is even more unique because of the people that take care of it. They observe every movement of yours to fulfill your every necessity. The manager (Liza) personally took care to book an activity ticket that we couldn't do because of the language, thank you (name) and every personnel that works there. Every single detail was thoughtful, from the suites, candle ambience, goodnight soup, to welcome drinks, and so on, and that makes a difference to make you feel special in this spiritual oasis."

"Incredibly stunning hotel especially with the high floor rooms. Excellent staff, especially the cleaning staff. Every night I came back to my items having being attentively organised or folded away, which was an excellent touch and made my stay.  Delicious dining options from breakfast to the dinner options for in-room dining. Also great options from the free minibar!  Hopefully get to return soon!"

"Review: This was my first time staying at a Rosewood hotel, and I was genuinely blown away by how exceptional the experience was. Every single detail — from the décor and color palette to the pillows and bed linens — was thoughtfully curated to perfection. The pool area was absolutely beautiful, and the gym was top-tier. I also can’t recommend the restaurant on the first floor enough — it was easily one of the best dinners I’ve ever had (and no, I’m not exaggerating). Shout-out to karena for being a wonderful host to my dad and I I’ll definitely make a point of staying at Rosewood hotels whenever I have the chance — they’ve set a new standard for luxury and comfort."

"Picturesque hotel with a grand lobby. Stayed at the loft at 14f that comes with upper and lower deck. Highly recommended for young couples and kids but not advisable for elderly people due to constant climbing of stairs. Need to ask conceirge for help to move luggage. Overall sevice is good with constant roomkeeping. Checkout the rooftop bar at night as well. However, breakfast is a bit disappointing taste-wise. French toast was burnt and omelette was overcooked. Spread is quite limited. The menu also includes pay options which should not be the case for a hotel of this price range. Same for afternoon refreshments. Water is provided in cans (Voss) which is a bit strange. Bottles would be better."

"TBH I was so regret to book THE PUXUAN Beijing this time, especially when I found so much inconvenience with little baby. It’s a good designer hotel and may be prefectly fit couples, biz man, tourist who can really enjoy this place. However it’s a nightmare to my family: 1, The environment temperature is extremely low in the public areas, specially the entrance, cold like a refrigerator. 2, look at the drop light in the middle of their hotel living room, if your height is over 178cm, your head must get hit just like me, I bumped like 20times during my 2days stay. And their staff told me this light is the same in each of the hotel room. Trust me, the light is steel made, very hard. 3, I asked for a baby bed and they did provide me, guess what, the bed size is only for BABY (below 12months). My son is 16.5months so he can’t sleep in this bed, I have to live in another hotel because I compromise my place to the baby who has to sleep with his mom. Moreover, their baby bed is also steel made, no coverage around the fence, I won’t risk to leave my baby to sleep inside, he might hit his head every time he rolls on the bed, just like I did in the living room. 4，I gave 4 stars only because Ms. Han the on-duty manager, after I complained above, she react very fast and provided me disappointed solution (free additional bed) lol… hilarious… I don’t think the hotel management got my point, anyway, I didn’t accept any other complimentary that they offered except I wanted delay checking out ( baby’s afternoon nap), Ms. Han was quite kind and offer us baby noddle soup because my baby got cold and running fever - not sure if it’s because of their air-conditioning. In summary, don’t suggest any family (with little baby) to try this hotel, there is not any facilities designed for children, all their furnitures are made by hard woods and metals with sharp angles, it’s very dangerous in my eye as children can’t help themselves getting injury occasionally. Besides, if I was traveling or only with my wife, this is a perfect place, great food, amazing designing, top class facilities for adult to stay."

"The reception staffs are so kind. The first arrived, there’s a heavy rain outside, they’re so kind to offer me an upgrade to a suite, which beyond my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really enjoyed it. The hotel location is super convenient, it’s close to my favourite shopping centre in BJ- SKP, across the road there’s my favourite restaurant in the city- Rongji 95, I could walk there to get my stomach treated. I wish I could stay a few more days and get the chance to explore the neighbourhood. I’d definitely choose to stay here again."
