At first we were settled in a not very successful room on the 9th floor, there was a stain on the sofa, the walls were not very clean. But we pointed out the inconsistency of the room with the photos, after that we were given another room on the 33rd floor, in which everything was clean and new. Convenient video projector, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric stove. Beautiful view from the window. Subway station is 10 minutes walk away. In general, we were satisfied. Spanish restaurant El Rojo round the corner was great, I recommend it.

Very nice cosy small place. More like a guest house actually, but clean and well equipped rooms, friendly staff and authentic surroundings. Place developed with love and care for guests, even towels smell really good. All rooms are located on the ground floor around the small garden. Hotel located close to metro station and 10 minutes walk from big shopping centers.

We, family of 5 stayed 3 nights at Wanli Yi Piao. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectation. Every staffs from Reception, Restaurant, Butler, Driver are welcoming and the service was top-tier. They tried to communicate and being very attentive to us a non-Chinese speaker. Our room was not only clean but truly breathtaking. They arranged takeout breakfast for us, even lend us Harry potter's robe and arrange private shuttle service to Universal Studio. And after a long day at the theme park, they offered hot traditional chinese which were very thoughtful. Front office helps us with our taobao deliveries, late night ******* delivery and so much more. Upon checkout, they gave me 5 packets of their amenities as a gift of being the first foreigner on their new hotel. Thank you, Wanli Yi Piao's staffs, this hotel definitely the highlight of our holiday! We felt truly pampered throughout our stay and cannot wait to return!

Doing lots of homework and finally choose this hotel for its design and location. Would highly recommend for Peking travelevers: - Receptionists are pretty nice. We met Lucy and she helped us a lot, also free upgraded our room to the 6th floor, which has a beautiful city view during snowy days. - The hotal has a robot to carry waimai (orders) for you to the room, which I found really cute. She’s really hardworking🤖 - Located in Hutong (old alley) in Wangfujing, it’s about 2,5km to Gugong (palace), 2,5km to Nanluo guxiang (recommend this hutong for souvenirs), to Shichahai… It’s very convenient and enough to explore the city within 6 days - Since I’m going in winter, I can go back to the hotal anytime to change/warm. - The price are reasonable and worthwhile. Amenities and cleaniness are in good condition. It’s just smell clean enough, not that kind of strong aromatic smell. I love this since my nose is quite sensitive.

A must - give positive review! The hotel is close to Beijing Capital International Airport, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and there is a free parking lot. The room facilities are new, and it's very comfortable to stay. The service staff are warm and friendly. They even help carry heavy items. It's really amazing! I will definitely come back next time!

Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel and our experience. But there are some key things I would like to point out. Maybe it will help the service become better. 1. Noisy - one of the biggest problem we have faced. I am not talking about the noise from outside. It is unavoidable if your hotel is facing a busy street. The problem was the staff making the noise in the morning while cleaning. We had chosen “quiet room” to enjoy our quiet vacation, but heard loud talking at approximately 7-8 am right in front of our door. 2. Hygiene and cleaning - I would say it is 4 out of 5, if there weren’t some details. But they should be improved in general, not by daily cleaning. 3. Location - not the best, but it is good for the price. 5 minute drive from the metro station. Hotel has a little supermarket and restaurant nearby. But that’s all. Other restaurants and supermarkets are 15-20 minutes walk away from the hotel. 4. Team - very sweet and nice. The receptionist girl is very cute and approachable. 5. Check in and check out - fast and convenient If these details are improved, the hotel will be on top. Thank you for having us as your guests.

This was my favorite place to stay during my month in China! Excellent location, once you figure it out it's easy to find (my taxi drive had a bit of trouble at first). I stayed here the longest so it felt the most homey, and I had most of the things I needed for everyday life. The first week I stayed here was booked through my Chinese colleagues, so this may have influenced the room I was given or similar. My room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a safe and plenty of towels and many other things I needed for daily life. The manager, Carrie, spoke English very well and was super competent. The security guards and maids were very friendly. I basically only have one critique: There were no pots and pans, oil or anything really for daily cooking. There was a fridge, a mini stove top, a kettle and a microwave as well as four plates, two sets of chopsticks, two forks and two knives, two small spoons and two mugs. There was no kitchen knife or peeler, cutting board or anything like that (or sponge & dish soap!). So the stove top was basically useless. That was disappointing for what is called a serviced apartment. The maid did clean dirty dishes, if there were any.

I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. This was our very first hotel stay experience in beijing. I felt that its location is far from downtown area. The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.
