這家民宿必須5星🌟好評，非常值得推薦👍我帶娃旅遊這麼多年，這是我住過最好的民宿，先説説環境和衞生方面，真的寬敞整潔沒得説，房間不僅大，還明亮，衞生間沒有異味特別乾淨，我家兩個娃到這的第一天就特別的開心，説這個房子太好了，有家的感覺，不像其他酒店感覺哪哪都不敢碰，這個小院乾淨清爽的感覺跟家裡一樣。再説説漂亮的老闆娘阿姨，真是人好的不知道用什麼語言來形容了，我們是兩天的環球行程，不僅每天親自開着大商務車，車接車送，還特別的體貼，我們晚上回來的特別晚，她還耐心的開車帶着我們去買吃的，真的就像家人一樣，人美心善。我們原本定的住3 天，結果孩子接下來的行程不想再換其他酒店了，我們臨時又➕了一天，其實想➕兩天，但是沒辦法了，人家已經都提前訂出去了。我們退房後，美女老闆娘又親自開車送我們去的地鐵站，我們分開不到兩個小時，我的小女兒突然就跟我説“媽媽，我好想念清清小院，想那個阿姨了”這次北京之旅真的太幸運了，選到了這麼好的店，真的給我們的旅行增加了太好的體驗感。推薦推薦，這個店你來北京，特別是帶娃旅行的，你就閉眼定吧，用我們東北話説“包你一住一個不吱聲👍👍👍”

Overall, I had a great experience staying at this accommodation. The service was excellent, and their response time was incredibly fast. The location is also in a great area of the city. We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel during our family visit to Universal Studios. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special. The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip. One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid. The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!

非常非常推薦！！！我們一行四人早上去爬了東靈山，風景太美不想回北京，臨時起意想看看附近有沒有温泉酒店可以泡泡澡呆一呆，就找到了這家。風景真的太美太美啦！！！整個村子紅色建設非常好，風氣超正，即便是村裡的小博物展覽館3D視頻做得蠻好的，很有氛圍，而且早上開窗直麪大紅星！！重點來了，温泉真的太舒服啦，在充滿雲霧的山野裏，吃完燒烤，聽着雨聲泡個温泉………….朋友們，真就是舒服得無法形容了！！ 老闆和管家叔叔都非常好，給我們免費提供了早餐，吃完早飯就趕緊網上買了兩罐同款豆腐乳，太好吃啦哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 總之，滿分推薦，一定還會再去！！！

A must - give positive review! The hotel is close to Beijing Capital International Airport, which makes traveling extremely convenient. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and there is a free parking lot. The room facilities are new, and it's very comfortable to stay. The service staff are warm and friendly. They even help carry heavy items. It's really amazing! I will definitely come back next time!

I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. It’s such a cute little place to stay at with awesome views. The owners are so sweet! We checked in late because of a missed train and they helped us despite the late hour! Excellent food and cool animals on site. 10/10 would return the next time I’m in Beijing! 🤩

Not worth the price and disappointing - I booked this place after looking at the images on the website, they looked very convincing. So I booked it for me and my wife to spend a relaxing day looking at the peaceful mountains and forest. However those pictures were quite misleading. The hotel is a compound of lackluster buildings build to a mountain side right next to the road. The view is nothing like in the website photos but quite mediocre. The room was quite good and modern. Which was the only plus point. Also the smart toilet and bathroom with the bathtub was nice, but it was evident the hotel staff needs to learn more about housekeeping. It seems like they were penny pinching. The bedsheets had holes in them, no glasses to drink water, only two water bottles and only two packs of coffee. Very very disappointing for the price I paid for one night. Furthermore although it says 24 hours concierge service，after 9 pm they stop responding to messages on wechat. I asked in Chinese to send some water bottles and glasses but they didn't respond. Very unprofessional. The breakfast was also pretty basic. Not even fresh juice, just a typical Chinese breakfast you will find in any low budget hotel. The swimming pool was so so and dirty. Other amenities were for kids, so I can't comment on those. Overall the hotel is very mediocre and not worth the money they are charging per night. I won't recommend this place to anyone as there are better places around this area for lesser price.
