Great hotel - a little tricky to find at first since it is around the back of a big office building. But very close to Beijing Railway Station, so not too hard to walk there with big wheelie luggage. Lovely, helpful staff knew some English and knew how to use translator apps so communication was fine. Great all-you-can-eat breakfast for 18 Yuan. Not Western-style food, but when in China, I eat Chinese food. Nice clean, spacious rooms. We chose one room with a window and one without but they both had windows - the ”without” window just had a view of other room's windows, but we could still open the window to get fresh air. Not a luxury hotel, but good value for money. They have a robot to deliver food to the rooms but there were plenty of restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk

Located on the North Side of Beijing South Railway station. Take the North exit from the train station and walk outside. It is the second building behind the building in front. Look for the blue horse sign with chinese letters on the top of the building. That is the hotel. No one we met spoke English but translator apps worked well. Be aware there is construction work outside with the work starting at 6.45 am. Fine if you are going into Beijing every day but annoying if you want to rest. Earplugs dont work as the ground is vibrating! Small problems with the door cards not working but easily sorted out. Breakfast was ok but there are many options inside the station if you prefer. If you are arriving from Shanghai I recommend the hotel as new and clean and comfortable. We used it as a base to explore Shanghai before moving on.

A little far from subway stations (12 minutes), it does have a couple of restaurants right next to it. The room was great, with an amazing bathroom and a nice view of the temple of heaven and park. Service in English is only via cellphone translation, but they ended up providing everything we needed

The location is a short 5-minute walk from the US embassy. The service is great (even though they didn't really speak english). The room is comfortable, even though the walls are a bit thin... overall, a great stay.

Was staying at this hotel close to Beijing Normal University. Very convenient, they have all the amenities you may need.

I really liked this hotel. It is new, stylish, with spacious rooms and all the amenities. The breakfasts were delicious. And the price was attractive. But this hotel is definitely not designed for tourists from outside China. Misunderstandings arose even before we checked into the hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I was told that I had to call the hotel to request it. I replied that I didn't have a SIM card and didn't speak Chinese. None of the assistants at the airport spoke English either, and I couldn't ask them to call for me because they didn't understand me! It turned out that the shuttle runs on a schedule and there was no need to call anyone. The problem was simply to send me the schedule, not to get on my nerves with pointless calls.
