I really liked this hotel. It is new, stylish, with spacious rooms and all the amenities. The breakfasts were delicious. And the price was attractive. But this hotel is definitely not designed for tourists from outside China. Misunderstandings arose even before we checked into the hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I was told that I had to call the hotel to request it. I replied that I didn't have a SIM card and didn't speak Chinese. None of the assistants at the airport spoke English either, and I couldn't ask them to call for me because they didn't understand me! It turned out that the shuttle runs on a schedule and there was no need to call anyone. The problem was simply to send me the schedule, not to get on my nerves with pointless calls.

This is an excellent hotel in Beijing. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything about the stay was great, from the service to the overall atmosphere. The location is very convenient — it is just over 1 km walking distance to the Forbidden City, which makes sightseeing very easy. We arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but the hotel kindly allowed us to check in at 9:00 a.m., which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

出來玩 這個酒店的交通很方便 離地鐵口公交站也很近早上起得早也可以打到車 飲食附近吃飯的地方也很多有包子 炒肝 銅火鍋還有附近的兩個商場 外賣的話也很方便 酒店的環境衞生整體看看是蠻好的蠻乾淨 沒有味道 是安排的落地窗 房型安排也很滿意 送物會送到酒店房間 還有免費的洗衣機烘乾機熨燙機 咖啡包茶包水不夠了還會送 早餐的話是自助餐 餐品還可以的 整體可以給個5顆星棒

Down side is the breakfast only a small pack of foodstuff. Better to opt out breakfast

Really nice hotel, with very friendly staff! We stayed here for four nights, and the room was excellent, quiet, very clean, and besides that cleaned every day. The staff at the front desk was really friendly, and tried helping us wherever they could. The hotel had a perfect location next to the metro, and was next to the pedestrian street. Really nothing to say badly here, 10 out of 10!

這次出行選了漢庭，體驗感直接超出預期，必須給滿星誇讚！一進大堂就被簡約明亮的裝修吸引，暖調燈光搭配整潔的公共區域，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊，前台工作人員服務超貼心，辦理入住速度超快，還主動介紹周邊的美食和出行路線，社恐也完全無壓力，自助入住機操作絲滑，全程超省心。

設施和衞生方面，感覺作為商務酒店還可以。 前台服務也挺不錯，願意幫助解決問題。 要是介意煙味可能要謹慎考慮預訂。酒店有一部分房間是和電競酒店房間放一起的。導致走廊裏老有人抽煙的味道，尤其是晚上。煙味會通過門縫進房間。嘗試換過房間，很難解決這個問題，因為看房間的時候沒味道，但沒法確定晚上有沒有人在走廊抽煙

The room is quite spacious compared to other hotels that I stayed afterwards. The receptionist are very helpful and kind, help us to carry our luggage to the room as our room is located outside and there is no lift access to the room. The location is very strategic but need to walk about 10 min to the subway. The breakfast is very delicious as well.

To find the entrance of the hotel, you have to go alongside the left of the tower and use the lift as in the picture to go to level 5. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The room with no external window was very quiet, clean, and functional, the mattresses large and firm but comfortable, we slept well. However, it was still a bit hot in November with no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the door open, as the corridor was cooler, but it was a bit strange for us. So, I would objectively rate the room 9/10 and the service 11/10, so 10/10 in total ;)

It's has a new building and the place is very clean with daily room service; the beds are comfortable and there's free to use washing machine and dryer.. Bought Yikatong card at Beijing South Railway station for a hassle free travel by bus and metro. We also enjoyed the shared bicycle culture there. To Badaling Great Wall take metro Line 2 to Jishuitan ”积水潭” Station take Exit A (North West) then turn left then walk down the road 350m to see a fortress tower then cross the road. Queue for Bus#877 Y12 each and sit on the driver's side for good views for the great wall

VVieraskäyttäjäErinomainen hotellipalvelu talousarviossa. Alue on melko puhdas. 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasema. Vähän sydämellinen hotellihenkilöstö. On hyvä, maukasta ruokaa ja keskisuurta ravintola vain askeleita päässä (jotka tarjoavat myös halal ruokaa). Aamiainen on myös hyvin suhteessa huoneen vuokraukseen. Paras oli hotellin vastaanotto (erittäin apua ja tukea) Varasin kaksi huonetta perheeni neljän kanssa, ja me olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä.
