"I had a soothing and comfortable short stay at 山隅一舍. The staff was very personable, accommodating, and kind, proactively offering tea/coffee and prepared fruit. The room was clean and had a great view of the courtyard. At check-in, she even offered to upgrade the two-bed room I had booked to a room with a single larger bed but I was happy to stay in the original room as it was already prepared. I stillfound it to be a very thoughtful offer. The beds were also equipped with heating mats, which offered great sleep in the winter weather. The neighbors have some roosters that rise early, but I found it quite charming and fitting for the “out of the big city” ambiance. I could honestly just sit in the courtyard all day watching the cat and the fish. It was truly a tranquil oasis in a town that sees many domestic and international tourists. The breakfast also tasted clean, fresh, and was promptly prepared by the host when I woke up. She was also happy to offer recommendations to both myself and other guests (I even overheard her going the extra mile, offering to pickup pastries for the other guests to try at their request). The B&B is situated very close to the ancient town without being overwhelming, which although quite commercialized, is still a fun stroll since it’s nearby. The location is also a short DiDi ride away from many sights along Erhai Lake. Dali is full of independently-run accommodations and shops like this, but this one stood out for its great hospitality and soothing environment. The cost performance was also great. A hidden gem for sure!"

"在熱門的大理找到了一處難得的安靜之所，酒店位於蒼山半腰，酒店旁就是莫殘溪，方便停車，步行即可到達感通寺、寂照庵、感通索道，距離古城、海邊也不遠。酒店有供餐，味道很棒，是雲南地道菜，銅火鍋尤其特色，還可以吃燒烤，食材很新鮮。房間寬敞舒適，非常乾淨，晚上還會有小甜點提供。酒店三樓是一個大露台，有很多多肉，可以縱觀洱海全景👍早晨還可以看日出。老闆娘人超級好，服務很贊👍"

"Stayed here for 2 nights in January and will recommend this place. The good: - Very friendly and helpful host! - Spacious and well equipped with amenities - Sea view (direct view for sunset, 日照金山 golden mountain for sunrise) - toilet bowl was not automated/heated but a disposable seat cover was provided so it doesnt feel cold - homemade noodles soup by the host - friendly dog & cat - safe as there is a security post at the entrance of the area - no issues with ******* deliveries - 4 bottles of water provided daily - bath robes and disposable bath tub cover are provided Areas for improvement - cleanliness can be improved for the wooden area - door to toilet and shower are clear, may consider frosting the doors for better privacy I will definitely book this place again for my next trip to Dali."

"可我和朋友的第一反應就是不知道這個房型的差評怎麼來的。客觀來説，這三天的幸福感很強，有回家的感覺。我們從澳門香港玩了一圈，真的覺得內地太絕了。廚房很好用，設備齊全，適合6個朋友以下，和一家人出行。2樓的兩個房間和陽台可以看到遠景洱海。浴室所有的洗漱用品，浴巾毛巾全是一次性的，這一點非常的搓我，因為傳染病很多嘛。還有就是飲用水，我們住了三天，每天給我們抬一件水……太多了！我表揚不完，等我下次來繼續寫，哈哈。祝老闆發財發富！！"

"An amazing stay! 🌈 The inn is conveniently located near the Dali old town, along the street there are good cafe, restaurants and local food. The room we stayed is quite spacious, enough for our family of 3. The interior and facilities are very new and clean. Smart devices, clean toiletries, everything is just pleasant to use. I especially love the big plants they place in the room, and fresh flowers! 🌸🪴That’s just very thoughtful. ( too bad i forgot to grab some photos of the room!) The inn owners are great people, they welcomed their guests just like their friends. They are responsive to our requests, and would thoughtfully prepare sandwiches breakfast (generous portions!!) to get our mornings started! I usually feel it’s always a safer choice to stay in hotels, but this stay changed my mind. We had a wonderful chat with the owner, definitely part of the highlight of the trip! ⭐️💖"

"I have only good things to say about my stay here at Liaofan Lakeview Inn. The host is so helpful and provided recommendations on where to eat and travel on my itinerary. He also provided guides and tips on how to travel around the Erhai Lake. The view from our accommodations was also facing the Erhai Lake directly, as per the photo guides while booking. 10 out of 10 will recommend to anybody looking to stay around East side of Erhai Lake."

"來大理拍婚紗照，看了好久選了這家，哇塞，言語形容不出來的棒，提前幾天打電話給老闆，老闆非常非常熱情。當天因為一早的飛機，老闆也早早在機場等着了，老闆真的太帥氣了！一開始聽聲音還以為是00後。到了民宿後，老闆貼心地跟我們介紹當地好吃避坑的店，租車方面也幫忙介紹溝通。環境方面也是相當的好，陽台正對就是洱海，老闆免費給我們升級了房型。每次出門前跟玩完回來都跟能看到老闆坐在茶桌前，跟老闆喝茶聊天真感覺太棒了，跟回自己家一樣。中間因拍婚紗照有包住在其他酒店住了一天還不習慣沒睡着，所以拍完當天又到回來住。住了4.5天還有點捨不得，唉，現在返程路上也是回味惆悵，期待下次的大理之行😭，下次來肯定還住這裏。"
