寶藏酒店。座落在蒼山腳下。環境幽雅有格調，設計師的眼光太好了。房間很大，設施齊全，打掃得也非常乾淨。多對一服務，酒店的飯菜也非常好吃。服務人員温和細緻，會提前溝通到店時間，熱情接待，並且提前調好房間温度。讓旅途疲憊的我們感到安心舒心。本來衹訂了一天，但是太喜歡了，又續住了。酒店裡有一衹小貓，小孩子非常喜歡，追着和貓玩。以後再來大理這裏一定是我們的首選。（實際比照片漂亮多了）

Our stay at the villa was absolutely flawless. The moment we made the booking, the service desk was extremely responsive, addressing all our queries via WeChat. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by two staff members who waited patiently for us despite the chilly breeze. They efficiently took care of our luggage, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The rooms offered breathtaking views and a refreshing breeze, further enhanced by the delightful welcome tea break snacks. The rooms were well-equipped with essential amenities, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a projector that allowed us to enjoy a fun karaoke session. To top it all off, the staff even prepared an early breakfast for us, which was truly appreciated.

Would like to thanks Miss Xiao Yu, Mr and Mrs She, the owner of the place for making my Dali stays with them a wonderful and an amazing one. They are very friendly. All my requests and queries were answer promptly. They make good suggestion and give advice which improve my travel plans together with my family greatly. The room was clean and tasty decorated so is the breakfast. Although it was served in a different building but it is just 3 mins way by walking. Not to mention that the hotel are surrounded by lots of different type of restaurant, eatery, bakery and convenient stores. It is also located within walking distance to Dali Ancient Old Town and San yue street.

The guest house owners were very initiative. They picked us up from the Dali Railway station. The rooms were clean. Since there are 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, we had a big room and a smaller room joined together with 2 large beds. The view was amazing. Upon arrival, it was 4.45pm, and we asked for recommendations of where to eat. However, since it's neither dinner nor lunch time, the owner Mr Hao suggested that we eat in the guesthouse itself. The guest house auntie cooked for us the best rice noodles that we have eaten so far. Springy white noodles in a bowl of hot flavourful broth. My kids slurped it all up and polished the whole big bowl. When we asked for recommendations on local eating places, Mr Hao gave us a whole list of his specially curated food places, which we managed to try 2 of them. And indeed they were good. The downside was that there were no coffee or tea sachets in the room. But they said they will make it for us and can send it to our rooms. They mentioned that they have a tea room. And so we enjoyed the 2 types of brewed puer tea while Mr Hao explained a little about the tea. Personally, I feel that since they have a special tea room to enjoy tea, sending sachet or tea bags would be inappropriate and a disrespect to the art of enjoying Puer tea. Location wise, it has a good view of the lake. And it's quiet. It's not exactly near the old town but we took a taxi (20 mins) to the old town. Thankfully, we didn't stay at the old town as it's way too crowded, and we felt it's a tourist trap. However, near the guest house, there were many highly recommended restaurants. The guest house has a dining area on the 1st floor. One thing that I really enjoyed about this place is the dining area. The lady that cooked the meal for us looked like a typical chinese grandma (which reminded me of my late grandma) that she cooked the food so deliciously with passion. While we had our breakfast she would sit at another table, she wasnt staring , just casually sitting while browsing her phone or ensuring we finish our food but her presence reminded me of when my late grandma would sit and watch us eat to ensure we have no leftovers. Lol. It was an oddly familiar and nostalgic feeling that we laughed about. But we do get the homey feel, which we really liked. The guest house also had a laundry room for guests to use. The guest house owners were very initiative, friendly, and helpful. Anything we need, we just let Mr Hao know, and he would reply. He even offered to send us back to the highway station. It's definitely highly recommended. And I would ask my friends that should they come to Dali, they should stay in this place. It's just perfect for us.

Very friendly stuffs, helping us with the luggages. Our room have a very scenic view as we chosen the family room. Our room comes with balcony. The staffs help us to order food online as we can't use international number. Overall a very good experience staying here, quite sad that we only stay 1 night, will come back again.

The Pullman at Dali wa beautiful, modern and clean. Breakfast was good especially the Egg Benedict by the Chef. The restaurants recommended by hotel were great too. Everything was perfect except one key reminder for all travellers: we went there in December, but heating/airconditioning temperature was centralised and could not be adjusted despite the existence of adjustment buttons. As a result of that and the fact that our room was sun-facing, the room was very hot (28 degrees) and stuffy. What deserved a round of applause was the attitude of Eleven, the Manager of the Hotel. She changed us to a lake facing room and ensured that the airconditioner was off and the windows were opened the whole time. We appreciate her patience and professionalism - thank you. Tip: if you dont think you would get used to really warm heating, get a lake-facing room and do not turn on the airconditioner.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Resort Hotel close to Dali Old Town. The room was clean, and quiet and provided everything we could ask for. The staff welcomed us wholeheartedly and was always happy to help! Booking a shuttle to Dali Trains station was also very easy via the front desk. The breakfast was also delicious! While we stayed there, it consisted of a soup, porridge, sweet potatoes, maize and a boiled egg, as well as pickles on the side. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!

Wife and I booked a 360° cliff sea view room and we were extremely pleased with our stay. Location was good as the Villa was situated atop the hill which provided a magnificent view of ErHai with Chang Mountains as a beautiful backdrop. You can simply enjoy this view from the comfort of your bed or simply chill with coffee or tea on your balcony. The room has a large sunken bath that you can enjoy the view from as well and it fitted both of us very well as we are both quite tall. Bathroom facilities and amenities were very good as well. The owner, who was on-site, provided very nice touches to our stay like a simple Japanese afternoon tea, welcome fruit platter, tea tasting, dessert soup at bedtime which my wife liked, perfume testing station and even a Pu'er tea package as a gift. Special mention to all in terms of their excellent service levels from their front desk, chef, waiters, and even the owner, who were all genuinely friendly and welcoming. They sorted out whatever queries or little issues that we had during our stay and went well and beyond. Kudos to this young and vibrant team. Felt like a really nice homestay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions, food options, and transport. The room offered a beautiful view that made the stay even more relaxing. Service was consistently superb — from check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. The workers here are genuinely friendly, warm, and always ready to help. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely return!

I truly enjoyed my stay here — to the point that I honestly had no heart to leave. The only downside is that the homestay is a little far from Dali Old Town, but once you see the view, you’ll realize it is absolutely worth it. The service here is top-notch. The butlers were exceptional — very accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. One thoughtful gesture that really touched me was when they packed my breakfast the night before, knowing I had to check out early the next morning. The photography session was another highlight. The photographers were so professional and amazing that I ended up purchasing all the photos, which says a lot about how happy I was with the experience. I will definitely come back again — and next time, I hope to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, beautiful views, and genuinely warm service.
