"Huone oli niin puhdas ja täysin kunnostettu. Sijainti oli hyvä. Reception auttoi löytämään vierailevat paikat. Kun varaat hotellin tämän APP, varmista, että tiedot päivitetään! Varasin huoneen kirjoitettiin, että huoneessa on järven näkymä, mutta valitettavasti, kun sain huoneen se oli rakennus näkymä! Otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun, ja he antoivat minulle joitakin ”kolikoita” APP:ssä korvauksena. Valitsen hotellin uudelleen, jos matkustaa Daliin."

"This is the 2nd time with Homestay. I didn’t expect too much since 1st Homestay didn’t leave me a good impression. However, it’s totally different story here. Staff are extremely friendly , services are perfect, amazing food, bedding is comfortable, pet friendly, nice mountain view from room windows directly, very close to Dali old town. A lot of tour tips are also shared, like local cuisine, nice places to check out. Ever remind you about safety everyday. What else more can you expect! I’m happy to stay here but unfortunately the trip has to move on. We will see each other again."

"We booked Mercure for five nights. Our stay there was very pleasant. Our room was sparkingly clean. Thanks to its high standard housekeeping. The service at the breakfast dining hall was excellent. The servers were very attentive. As for location, it's not far from Dali Ancient Town and Cangshan. I highly recommend Mercure to all visitors to Dali."

"Location : near in Earhai lake. Convenient public transport, just outside the building. Few steps away night market, you’ll not get hungry even in the middle of the night. Conveniently store is near & pharmacy and etc. 👍 Hotel : room was huge, very clean , super clean, no smell of smoke. I was in 9th floor.🥹 they have a small gym, I used it during my first night, they also have children playground. Breakfast wise, they have fruits, and etc. unlimited popcorn and tea. Free pick up & drop off 🥹 staff doesn’t speak English but they have apple translate to communicate & WeChat. They are very responsive.My view was fantastic 🤩 every day cleaning as well. I love my stay here, as a female solo traveller it was amazingly beautiful stay. With the price I paid, it was worth every penny 🫶 They also offered free bicycle I was supposed to borrow but my time was constricted. 💯 recommended 👍"

"The title of the room was a bit misleading, i filtered the room in the ‘leisure smart room (with view)’ and saw that people got the room overlooking the bridge but when i booked and checked in, the view was actually another block of building like in my picture. 🥲🥲🥲 Was really disappointed of the misleading title. So not sure what is actually the ‘view’ here. But other than that, all other amenities are great. The host and family was very welcoming. They offered tea and even offered lunch. We politely said no bcs we already had lunch before. I wish this hotel will get its exposure it needs. It’s really good aside from the misleading room title."

"The room is decent. Frontdesk is helpful and kind. They even help to carry my heavy luggage ( upon my request) as the taxi drop off point is 100m away due to a road repair works affecting its normal access. The hotel rooftop balcony is perfect to see the lake and to watch sunrise and sunset. To get good dinner meal options, I still recommend to travel to the ancient town. The durian (Thai and Vietnamese) in dali and Lijiang are the cheapest around in the country that I can find correct at the time and season of travel."
