Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Good afternoon to all guests and hotel staff! I would like to start by saying that I myself was a manager of large international premium luxury hotels in the capital of Russia in the city of Moscow. These are such hotels as Marriot Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. And so I paid attention to everything, literally everything that surrounds and happens in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for 2 nights, and during this time the hotel showed itself from a great side. The reception staff treated us with respect and kindness during check in and check out and professionalism was evident. The very atmosphere and style of the hotel is grand and magnificent. We would also like to mention the cosy and beautiful room. We loved the open panoramic view of the city and the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the room it was clean, tidy and fresh like the rest of the hotel, this is thanks to the housekeeping department. In fact they have a titanic job, not everyone realises that. Then I would also like to mention the breakfasts, they were varied, well prepared and tasty. As foreigners, the breakfast was suitable for our cultural dietary requirements. I would like to especially note the high quality of service and maintenance. Any hotel of any level is made up of small situational puzzles, and this puzzle was perfectly assembled and made: 1. Every time on the call all errands were fulfilled such as bringing water to the room, bringing an iron, picking up the rubbish, advising on any issues of interest. 2. The hotel staff constantly greeted the guest and were friendly, this is very important. 3. Employees at the entrance to the hotel are doormen, and with luggage carrying are porters, they were always attentive to us guests and helped with boarding a taxi and with luggage, this is also very important, from this immediately formed the first pleasant impression of the hotel. 4. I would like to express my special thanks to Dai Ran. Initially there was a question about visiting the executive lounge. Due to my private visits when holidaying in premium hotels, in most cases this lounge is included in the category for visiting, but in this hotel it was not. So thanks to Dai Ran's ingenuity, expertise, experience and professionalism this issue was easily resolved, thank you again! The Executive Lounge also proved to be a great experience, the staff were kind and attentive to the hotel guests. There was an atmosphere of lightness, beauty and comfort. Thus, Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is perfect for both business and leisure, and I would gratefully give it the highest rating of 5 points! You can see and feel that the whole complex system of the hotel is working for the benefit of the guests' wonderful holiday! With pleasure I will recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances. We have only wonderful memories of our holiday in Beijing. We wish the hotel and all the staff further prosperity!

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. Everyone was genuinely attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

First time staying at Regent Beijing, and it did not feel up to IHG standards in my opinion. Wi-Fi in my room was extremely slow, and I had to go back and forth with the call centre and housekeeping before the duty manager finally resolved the issue. The bathroom cleanliness was not what you would expect from a five-star hotel. - There was visible mould in the shower area. I received a call from Housekeeping on 28 Dec, informed them about it, but no one came to clean it. - There was also a seriously clogged shower drain (later fixed), which suggests no one noticed it before we checked in, likely because it had not been properly cleaned. Lobby lounge - Italian sparkling wine would never be a champagne, this is not supposed to be happening on REGENT hotel wine menu. Silly mistake & not professional. Wanted to order “Santa Punch” from the festive menu around 6pm and learned that it was sold out in the afternoon, half of the operational hours… Other than that, staffs are very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness really turn me off for next visit. Given there’s plenty of other hotels in the same area

TBH I was so regret to book THE PUXUAN Beijing this time, especially when I found so much inconvenience with little baby. It’s a good designer hotel and may be prefectly fit couples, biz man, tourist who can really enjoy this place. However it’s a nightmare to my family: 1, The environment temperature is extremely low in the public areas, specially the entrance, cold like a refrigerator. 2, look at the drop light in the middle of their hotel living room, if your height is over 178cm, your head must get hit just like me, I bumped like 20times during my 2days stay. And their staff told me this light is the same in each of the hotel room. Trust me, the light is steel made, very hard. 3, I asked for a baby bed and they did provide me, guess what, the bed size is only for BABY (below 12months). My son is 16.5months so he can’t sleep in this bed, I have to live in another hotel because I compromise my place to the baby who has to sleep with his mom. Moreover, their baby bed is also steel made, no coverage around the fence, I won’t risk to leave my baby to sleep inside, he might hit his head every time he rolls on the bed, just like I did in the living room. 4，I gave 4 stars only because Ms. Han the on-duty manager, after I complained above, she react very fast and provided me disappointed solution (free additional bed) lol… hilarious… I don’t think the hotel management got my point, anyway, I didn’t accept any other complimentary that they offered except I wanted delay checking out ( baby’s afternoon nap), Ms. Han was quite kind and offer us baby noddle soup because my baby got cold and running fever - not sure if it’s because of their air-conditioning. In summary, don’t suggest any family (with little baby) to try this hotel, there is not any facilities designed for children, all their furnitures are made by hard woods and metals with sharp angles, it’s very dangerous in my eye as children can’t help themselves getting injury occasionally. Besides, if I was traveling or only with my wife, this is a perfect place, great food, amazing designing, top class facilities for adult to stay.

The location is just fantastic, 4 malls within walking distance. The food choices around are great. The best is it is near the Huawei Building where the famous 四季民福 is. This outlet has less queue than others. Service is also great. Got a little injury and the housekeeping team was relentless in helping to get plasters and medication. Got a little gift from them when I left. Really great experience.

Yanjing Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Beijing. Very best location close to subway and Beijing South Station. Great services and great restaurants!

Very central location, right next to apm mall and many others malls for shopping. Special shout out to Emily at front desk for the great hospitality. Thoughout our stay, everyone we met were very friendly and helpful. Even have a cute towel art waiting for us. Just a small inconvenience as the hotel is not equipment with delivery robot that can help deliver your ******* delivers to your room. So you will need to go down and collect your goodies yourself.

The hotel looked great. The room was way bigger than expected. We had a bedroom and a living room separately and the bathroom was also spacious. The interior design looked very nice. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The language barrier was crossed with the help of translation apps and it worked out completely fine. We had ordered some packages and we couldn’t find all of them in the beginning due to issues with the courier and the hotel staff went out of their way and beyond to help us sort everything even taking over the communication in Chinese with the courier. The cleaning ladies were also very nice. There were only two things which were a little negative for us personally: the breakfast items were not all ideally labeled, which made it slightly difficult for someone with diet restrictions like us. Also, upon entering our room after check-in, the temperature device showed us 32°C inside of the room while it was about 10°C outside. We called the front desk for help and they sent two staff members to the room quickly. Unfortunately, due to a language barrier we weren’t able to understand what the problem was. We were offered to change rooms, but since we were only staying for one night, we decided against the offer. All in all, and especially regarding the price, we would definitely book this hotel again when we visit Beijing.

The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
