"We had a satisfactory to great stay at ICI Hotel Asakusabashi. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the JR station and surrounded by plenty of convenience stores, which made everything easily accessible. The price is reasonable for its quality and service. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit compact for us as a couple with two large suitcases—we couldn’t lay them both flat, which made it a little challenging to move around. Still, the amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying here again for its great location and value for money."

"We had a pleasant stay at N+ Hotel. The location is convenient, about a 5–10 minute walk to both Iwamotocho Station and Akihabara Station. It’s not too far, but do note that it can be a bit inconvenient on rainy days as there’s no sheltered walkway. One thing we really liked is the safety and privacy as each level has only one unit, only guests with the key can access their floor which made us feel very secure. This setup is especially great for families. The room itself was spacious enough for a family. There is one toilet, one queen bed, one sofa bed, and 2-3 tatami mattresses (thin futon-style). The layout worked well for us. The two young male staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. There are staffed office hours and after that it’s self check-in. We received clear instructions on the day of arrival which made the process easy and smooth. Overall, we found the space comfortable and the stay enjoyable. It’s a good option for families and we would recommend it."

"I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time."

"지하철 역이랑 거리가 도보 10분 정도인데, 생각보다 괜찮았구 주변 편의점 조금 걸어야하긴하지만 오뎅도 있어서 좋았어요 시설 너무 좋고 주인분께서 아침에 작은 선물도 주시고 호텔보다 괜찮았어요 둘이서 가성비여행 원하시면 괜찮습니당 생각보다 바닥 공간도 있어서 캐리어 두개 펼쳐놓고 생활했는데 괜찮았어요! 사장님 최고🤎"
