"I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 4. Its location is excellent—right in the heart of Alexanderplatz, surrounded by public transport, plenty of food options, grocery stores, and nearby sights. However, through no fault of the hotel, it sits very close to a church whose bells ring extremely loudly at 8 a.m. every morning. Even with earplugs, I was woken up daily. The front desk staff were friendly, check‑in was easy, and I really appreciated the keyless entry system using door codes—one less thing to worry about misplacing. The room itself is a smart use of space for a short stay or for travellers who mainly need a place to rest rather than spend long periods inside. I liked the bunk bed for one child above the main bed, and the convenient light switches by the beds. The pillows, however, were a real disappointment—completely lacking firmness. My travel partner didn’t use theirs at all, saying, “It’s no use pretending it’s doing anything.” I’d recommend requesting extra pillows unless you prefer sleeping very flat. One thing I wasn’t aware of beforehand is that the shower is not enclosed behind a bathroom door. If you’re sharing with people you’re not fully comfortable with, this could be an issue. You may need to coordinate shower times so others can step out. The toilet, at least, is in its own separate space. The shower has a combined hair/body wash, but there’s no complimentary body lotion or tissues. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, and there’s no complimentary coffee available. I would stay here again if it weren’t for the church bells. If you’re a deep sleeper, it may not bother you, but light sleepers should be aware."

"It’s a good location to access to Berlin Central Stations. We had 2 single rooms with acceptable pricing with the city Centre location. However, the housekeeping section required to improve as I’m unaware that they needs to pre-informed if u liked to clean your rooms with new towels and empty trash. However, I managed to get the access through front desk. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service quality as 4 stars hotel."

"The location is very nice. In general everything is good. I was shocked that upon making check out the reception wanted to charge me 2 EUR for the luggage room. I was intended to go to have fast breakfast very early morning and leave 1 suitcase in the luggage room for 20 minutes. The hotel said that I can bring my luggage back to the room free or to pay 2 eur))) it is not friendly at all."

"The hotel room was bright and clean. We had a double bed which unfortunately was just two beds pushed together so it kept sliding apart. Housekeeping only came one day, because we stayed in the room until 10:30. Generally the hotel is okay and clean. The location was conveniently close to Charlottenburg Station so to get to the city it takes about 15 minutes."

However, there were frequently individuals smoking in the lobby and the indoor restaurant, and the staff did not intervene. This may not be the best choice for those who are sensitive to the smell of smoke."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of fresh options, both hot and cold. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to public transport and local attractions."

"Olemme olleet täällä useita kertoja ja olemme todella hyvin tyytyväisiä. Koska käymme säännöllisesti lähellä asuvan tyttäremme, oleskelu tässä hotellissa on tarjottu. Aamiaista en voi kommentoida, koska en ole vielä aamiaista. Huoneet ovat sopivia ja hyvin puhtaita. Huoneessa ei ole minibaari eikä pulloa vettä tai juomaa. Se on hieman sääli. "Очень достойный отель за свою цену. У меня был отдельный номер на 5 этаже, справа и слева не было других номеров, так что ночью было прекрасно тихо :) когда кто-то проходил по коридору- было слышно, стены не очень толстые. Горячая вода была всегда, напор отличный. Вай-фай ловил прекрасно. В номере было довольно прохладно, одна из батарей не работала, я выкрутила на максимум остальные батареи - стало теплее. Гель для душа и мыло хорошие. То, чего мне не хватало - чайник в номере. Но на ресепшен можно просить налить горячей воды. Через дорогу большой продуктовый магазин REWE. Также в 3-5 мин ходьбы 2 разные станции метро. Пешком можно дойти до основных достопримечательностей (20-40 мин). Однозначно рекомендую этот отель."
