"The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese."

"stayed here for two days ，the hotel is in a good location and it's a relatively nice hot - spring hotel in the local area. Here are some aspects that I found a bit inconvenient during my check-in, and I'd like to share them with you.
1. The housekeeper suggested wearing the clothes and slippers provided by the hotel. It's a pity that all the sizes are the same. It doesn't matter much about the clothes, but the slippers are too big. They make it extremely difficult to walk and it's very easy to and fall.
2. There are a lot of steps in the room. An elderly person in my family tripped and fell when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. You must be careful at night.
3. Most of the customers are Japanese. As for payment, they can only pay in cash or use Visa or Master cards. UnionPay cards cannot be used here.
4. One last thing to pay special attention to is the door of the room. You need to lock it additionally both when entering and exiting the room. If you don't fasten all the locks from the inside when you come in, people outside will be able to open the door. We've already had the embarrassing experience of three of us lying in bed when a group of people suddenly burst in from outside. Please keep this in mind."

"I stayed here for five days and four nights. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located right next to the famous Nakajima Park, and the snowy scenery there was absolutely beautiful. It’s also very close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

"I had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Hotel Sapporo during my trip to Hokkaido.
The location is excellent — close to the Susukino area, with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and the subway.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, much larger than most city hotels in Japan.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant.
The hotel also provides convenient parking and luggage storage, which made our road trip so much easier.
We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches in the room.
After long days exploring Sapporo and nearby attractions, it felt like coming home.
Overall, it’s great value for money and ideal for families or travelers visiting Hokkaido.

"Right outside the hotel there is a bus stop and access to the property is convenient (but I drive from Sapporo anyway). The room overall condition met expectation although I am quite disappointed that they only assign me to the second floor, and literally people from outside can see me if I don’t lower the blinds.
There are 4 solo onsen rooms available for private use and it is recommended that the usage time stays at 40 mins.
For the onsen, the public one is good although it is relatively small, and can be crowded sometimes.
Overall, you come to Jozankei because you want to escape from the hustle and bustle and I enjoy my time there. But consider how much I pay for the room and board with virtually no view, there are plenty options out there that could get the most bang from the bucks.
Verdict: Nice ambience but not worth for money"

"I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!"

"We always stayed at this hotel when we visited Otaru as we enjoyed the large spacious room and the amenities were great (we love the set of toiletries and Nespresso machine). It is part of the mega wingbay shopping centre and the supermarket can be accessed internally from the hotel lobby up to midnight, which we appreciate especially during winter season. The mountain view room also has a beautiful view during winter time."

"The service and amenities were great, as well as the onsen. Breakfast was also very good too. The check-in and check-out were very easy to do, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The local was ok, I recommend this place of you want to stay out side of sapporo, but if you plan on comuting into the city then be mindful of how long it takes. The room was really clean and tidy, but it did see a few ants in my room. (I visited in winter so if you go in the other seasons you may be fine)"

"My experience at this hotel is quite unpleasant and not up to my expectations given its high rating. The room is spacious and clean. But the facility and service is just average. The biggest issue is the staff do not speak any English and fail to communicate even using translator(I understand some Japanese hotel does not feel the need to speak in other languages which is fine, but they will have to find other solutions to give clearer guidelines to help non-Japanese guests). The staff sounds polite to say sorry if they cannot help you, but they are not observant to our needs and not helpful from their actions.We stayed for 2 nights and had put a “please clean the room” sign at the door but no cleaning is done for the room. There were two onsen which men and women are assigned to use one of them at specific time, but one of them is actually old and has very limited clean-up area, so the onsen is actually not as good as the official photos suggested. The food is disappointing too, they look nice but the taste is quite bad and the cooked fish in all our meals is so rough in texture."

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this onsen hotel. The three public onsen were wonderful and relaxing, offering a great way to unwind. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the kaiseki dinner was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. We also appreciated the complimentary beverages at the lobby lounge, including wine, sake and whisky, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant stay and one we would happily recommend.

Very clean hotel with good onsen amenities, and the choices of food for its dinner and lunch buffets are awesome. Very near the bus stop as well, so it is easy to get to.

預訂的時候很忐忑 找了好幾個平台看酒店的評價 全網幾乎都沒有 可是我又不想去接待旅行團的那幾個大型酒店 就抱着試試的心態去體驗一下 酒店是個非常非常local温泉旅館 酒店打掃衞生的有一男一女都是年紀比較大的 還有一個前台和餐廳經理 整個酒店一共10間房 4個人服務 除了餐廳其他區域都是自助 酒店位置很隱蔽很靠近河邊 離酒店最近的大巴車站是定山溪大橋 大概步行500米 客房衞生整潔舒適 設施稍微有些陳舊 床頭頂有個出風口風量挺大的 沒有地方能關閉 温泉小而精緻 男湯和女湯會調換 這樣入住當天和第二天兩邊的温泉都能體驗 酒店最大的特色在於餐食 直接看圖片吧 是個非常值得體驗和再次入住的休閑酒店

Останавливались вдвоем на две ночи в конце октября в номере 103. Заказали трансфер от отеля, довезли из Саппоро в отель в поселке, после несколько часов просили подождать и отвезли на трансфере уже в наш отель, потому что мы приехали раньше заселения. На время ожидания можно было пользоваться благами большого отеля сети.
Заселились около трех, при заселении дали выбрать время ужина и завтрака. Еду приносили в большом контейнере и оставляли в специальном отсеке. Ужин оба раза был одинаковый: два бульона для хотпота, 4 вида мяса, тарелка овощей, тарелка с лапшой и специями, несколько закусок и десерт. Мясо вкусное и разнообразное, свинина и несколько видов говядины, его надо варить в бульоне самому. На завтрак каждый день был йогурт, свежий кофе, молоко, несколько разных порций варенья, вареные яйца, суп и салат. В первый день дали булку с кремом и простую пустую булочку (каждому по одной), на второй — большой батон еще теплого хлеба. В лобби доступны в неограниченном количестве снеки и напитки: газировка, пиво, крепкий алкоголь. Оба варианта очень сытные, их на день достаточно.
Номер большой и просторный, есть просторный балкон с двумя стульями, чтобы любоваться природой, большие окна около спальных мест. Есть мини-холодильник, небольшие снеки и бутылка вина как подарок. Розеток немного и из минусов то, что нет переходников или разъемов для зарядки телефона напрямую, например, usb или type-c, но у нас был свой переходник, так что в целом не критично
В номере огромный онсен с водой (если не ошибаюсь, около 73 градусов), в нем внутри ступенька — можно не целиком сесть, а только по грудь, плюс половина — каменная плита, покрытая водой сверху сантиметров на 5-10. На ней приятно сидеть, если полностью в воде жарко. Очень все понравилось, за два дня провели в онсене наверное часов шесть, настолько приятно и уютно. Было грустно уезжать. Спасибо за гостеприимство! Постараемся вернуться снова

安いホテルを選んだので期待はしていませんでしたが、清潔感があってよかったと思います。換気扇がペットの上にあってうるさかったが途中で切ったので問題なく眠れました

Comfortable stay with good facilities (better if you have a car)
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good and the place was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which was very relaxing after a long day.
One thing to note is the location 🙂it is not very convenient without a car, so I would recommend driving. If you have a car, then everything is fine and easy to get around.
Service was decent overall, and everything went quite smoothly. There is still some room for improvement, but it was a good experience and worth the price.
Would consider staying again.
