Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Busan

"Sijainti oli erinomainen, merinäköala oli kohtuullinen ja huone oli tilava ja siisti, mikä oli mukavaa, mutta oli kaksi haittapuolta. Varasin huoneen kylpyammeella, mutta kylpyamme oli parvekkeella, mitä en olisi koskaan kuvitellutkaan! Pystyin vain nauramaan sille. Siellä oli rako, ja se näkyi naapurirakennuksesta. En voinut olla ajattelematta: ”Onko sinulla uima-asu päällä?” Miksi se oli täällä? En koskaan ajatellut, etteikö sitä voisi käyttää edes kylpyammeella. Huonekuvista ei käy ilmi. En ole varma, ovatko kaikki tämän tyyppiset huoneet samanlaisia, joten tarkistathan asian ennen käyttöä. Toinen haittapuoli oli vaatekaapin tangon sijainti. Se oli korkealla. Yläsin siihen tuskin ojentamalla käsiäni, joten mietin, mihin korkeusvaatimuksiin ne perustuvat? Ajattelin, että se oli hankalaa."

"i stayed for about 8 nights and it was an awesome experienced . the best was its location of course.. friendly and helpful staff too especially one particular person that cleaned my room everyday.. their house keeping , one old lady that always welcomed us and greeted everytime she sees us, even though there's a language barrier but it doesnt make any lesser to feel welcome and all small gestured that make me appreciated.. Kudos to Ramada Encore.. i am surely to come back to this hotel again .. thank you for that lovely experienced .. good job!!!!"

"Nice hotel that is strategically located near to Haeundae beach. There are many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores nearby. The Haeundae subway station is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is spacious with basic toiletries provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. Appreciate."

"The hotel room is small but is fully equipped and location is very convenient. Just located beside the metro, ktx and taxi station. Breakfast was good. Nearby got lots of eateries and Chinatown is just opposite."

"They give you a pamphlet to help with any confusion when it comes to what is available, and they have vending machines for what you need for hygiene. They also have breakfast but you do have to pay a fee for it. They do speak good English and if you need anything for the room we just went to the front desk for help. Also right by the Lotte mall for some shopping and plenty of places to eat around. The beds were soft and it had a sink, water dispenser in the room. Definitely good for a multiple day stay. And you get a balcony too, at least we did. Definitely 10/10"

"Beachfront prime location, clean and spacious. The only minor drawback is the shower room didn’t have any separation wall from toilet. The water will flow to basin area which can be slippery and messy. Overall an enjoyable stay. Will come back again!"

"Overall average, would recommend only for a very short stay (1-2 days). The bathroom design is terrible, shower and toilet are combined, so it is often very wet and humid. There are also no place to plug for the hair dryer in the bathroom so we have to step out of the bathroom to blow dry our hair. Provides breakfast option for customers so that’s a plus for this hotel and very convenient location with bus stations and subway to tourist sites."

"The location is very convenient, close to many places like convenience stores and restaurants but the entrance need some time to find it. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Just only breakfast selection was limited. Overall, a great experience!"

"We had such a positive experience staying here last March that we booked another stay for December, drawn back primarily by the excellent location. Unfortunately, our second visit was quite disappointing as the rooms were showing significant signs of neglect, including mould growth throughout the space. While the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate the three of us, the overall condition left much to be desired. The bathroom in particular is in urgent need of upgrades, and the lack of adequate table space was a major inconvenience. We struggled to find places to keep our belongings, with only a small front table available. This led to us having to charge our devices on the floor, which created a tripping hazard near the power sockets; adding to the problem, the sockets were inconsistent, with some being loose or non-functional, meaning we had to test each one to find those that worked. The property appears to be falling into disrepair in several areas. The bathroom doors were misaligned with nails sticking out, and the floors had uneven bumps that could become dangerous if they wear down and expose sharp edges. On the positive side, the location remains incredibly convenient. It's just a two-minute walk from Nampo Station, Exit 3. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is also helpful for travellers, though there are limitations here too. The facilities are only accessible until 9pm, which clashes with the schedule of many guests who return later in the evening, shower, and then the need to do laundry. With only one machine and one dryer available, wait times are often long, and by the time it’s our turn, it’s nearly time for the facilities to close. Adding more machines or extending the operating hours would make a significant difference to guest comfort. We sincerely hope the hotel invests in renovation and regular maintenance work soon. The property has great potential thanks to its prime location, but without proper upkeep, it risks becoming unsafe and unappealing for visitors."

"Spacious room with washing machine and fully-equipped kitchen but cooking is not allowed which is weird. Apart from check-in everything is self-service, including making requests for housekeeping every time you need it. Also you won't be receiving a physical room key, just a QR code printed on paper or accessible on a dedicated website (so you need to make sure you have good mobile coverage even in the lift as you'll need the code to get to your floor). Not all staff are proficient in English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. And their self-service system requires guests to communicate with staff through kakao talk so it was not that user-friendly to foreign guests."
