Stayed at Aloft Karakoy for 4 nights while visiting Istanbul. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mustafa the staff for our floor was really friendly, greeted us every morning and ensured we have what we need. We took a red eye and arrived at the hotel at 10am - hotel allowed us to check in early which we greatly appreciate. Thanks! Hotel is new and really clean. Only note that despite daily housekeeping, we were out of body wash which was not refilled. Call for refill at 11pm and the staff had to enter the bathroom with shoes on which was quite an inconvenience. Location was great - walking distance to Galata tower, Karakoy ferry terminal, Sishane metro station. A longer stroll to Taksim square and also to cross the Galata bridge to the ancient side. Side note - Would recommend breakfast at Walton breakfast near the hotel. Note that the snack bar on the ground floor is not complimentary for guest. While there was no price tag and I grabbed some chips on the first day, I was charged for it when I checked out (hotel probably checked CCTV on what I took). It would be good if the pricing can be upfront.

My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Perfect Blend of Ease and Energy Location & Setting Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline. Design & Comfort The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. The bed offered the kind of support that makes long travel days melt away, and everything, from lighting to Wi-Fi, worked exactly as it should. Small touches, like perfectly laundered linens and crisp air quality, added a layer of comfort that felt quietly luxurious. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. Lasting Impression What sets Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu apart isn’t luxury, it’s sincerity. In a world full of polished but impersonal hotels, this one manages to feel human. It’s clean, consistent, and comfortable, but more importantly, it feels caring. It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

The hotel is in the Karaköy district, which is perfect for exploring Istanbul. It’s walkable to the T1 tram station, Galata Tower, and the art museum so location is definitely a highlight. The area also feels pretty safe, even for female travelers, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, which was nice. However, we were placed on the first floor, and the view was underwhelming. The staff greeted us and said hello, but I didn’t feel very welcomed for a 5-star service. They could have been more helpful with directions and local tips, especially since we were female travelers. Overall, service felt a bit distant. maybe I expected more from a 5-star property. (Just my personal opinion ) Pros: - Excellent location - Safe area for female travelers - Clean room and big bathroom Cons: - First floor view was disappointing - Staff could be friendlier and more helpful

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

This is primarily a facility for airport-adjacent operations or transit. Work and Productivity Amenities (4/5) The hotel is purpose-built to ensure business travelers can remain productive during their stay. Wi-Fi & Workspace: Rooms are equipped with free, high-speed Wi-Fi and ergonomic workspaces. The modern design keeps the room clutter-free, providing a comfortable spot for focused work. In-Room Comfort: Rooms include air conditioning, soundproofing, and coffee/tea makers—essentials for a good night's rest and a quick start to the day. Dining and Convenience (3/5) While there are no extensive meeting facilities, the hotel provides practical solutions for food and quick needs: Breakfast: A fresh breakfast (continental, buffet, or à la carte options, including Halal) is available at the on-site restaurant. This is efficient for a quick meal before an early flight or meeting. 24/7 Access: The Garner Shop in the lobby offers continuous access to snacks and drinks, which is invaluable for travelers arriving or departing at odd hours. Local Area: Being located in Arnavutköy, there are local cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby for informal dining or quick errands. Verdict for the Business Traveler The Garner Hotel Istanbul - Airport Arnavutköy is an excellent, high-value choice for business travelers requiring a clean, comfortable, and productive base near Istanbul Airport. It is less suitable for travelers who need to commute daily to the city center. It delivers on its promise of an easy-going stay with reliable essentials like great Wi-Fi and a focused workspace. Best for: Transit, layovers, or meetings taking place near the IST airport vicinity. Look Elsewhere If: You require dedicated, large-scale conference facilities or daily access to the main historical/financial districts of Istanbul.

The staff's behavior is not good and I book room privileges room but they give me stander room I get tired to much to solve this issue

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
