My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

設施：插座很多，能滿足兩個手機，兩個充電寶和一個pad的充電。有免費水飲用，mini bar需要收費 衞生：不錯，非常乾淨。房間不算大但整潔。 服務：manager很熱情，介紹了酒店的各項服務和離景點的距離，還送了兩杯welcome drink，土耳其紅茶不錯👍。服務人員也很熱心，很棒。 環境：位於老城區，在前後的兩個街上都有門（後門需要刷房卡進）；附近有很多早餐店，離考古博物館、聖索菲亞大教堂、藍色清真寺、大巴扎、新清真寺等都很近，步行十分鐘左右就OK；旁邊就是地鐵站，去SAW Airport 很方便。

It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

Excellent hotel with outstanding location near Galata tower. Impeccable service and cleanliness. However, my issue is not with the hotel but with Trip.com. I had booked 2 sea view rooms through trip.com. However, the reservation instructions provided to the hotel did not include “sea view” rooms. I was given 1 room in the basement with no views and one on the upper floors with partial sea view. Although Trip.com refunded a portion of my fees, it was an utter let down on expectations that partially ruined my holiday

It was unexpectedly good, I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, which was very spacious and nice. I enjoyed the spa aswell. Breakfast had a variety. I think I will come back. What annoyed me when I was ordering room service i asked them whether it came with an extra charge and they said no, but upon checkout I was charged 130 lira more for room service. That wasn’t good

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

Впервые остановились в Стамбуле в этом районе, Отель не большой, с очень красивым видом в зоне завтрака, первое что понравилось это ресепшн и встреча гостей, нам помогли отнести вещи в комнаты, из минусов номер был не семейный как заявлено, а две комнаты рядом. Но это не испортило наш отдых, в одной комнате был балкон с красивым видом на море, вторая была без балкона, но большая. Сам отель не новый, но порадовало чистое белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца. Мягкие подушки по две основные и одна декоративная на каждого гостя, большие одеяла. В номере был и кондиционер, и батареи отопления. Интернет во всём отеле и около 5 каналов на русском языке. Завтрак шведский стол, мне всего хватило. Отличное место

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . The hotel was okay, but the surprise was that he genuinely thought it was close to the event location—it actually took our guest 30 minutes to get to the venue.
