The hotel is in a good location, the room was clean and nice, the breakfast could be better, the room is a bit small, maybe it will be a problem if there are a lot of things, but overall, thank you for the warm welcome of the hotel.

I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but it exceeded all my expectations. A big spotless room, very comfortable bed with 5-star (really!) bedclothes, good bathroom with decent shower, tea/coffee amenities, even a small fridge, friendly English-speaking receptionists. Yes, it was quite noisy from the window, but the hotel is in a busy street. It was not perfectly dark in the room, but I used earplugs and a sleeping mask, so I slept like a baby. Next time between Sabiha airport flights I’ll definitely stay in that hotel again.

Everything was great — the location, comfort, and overall experience. The hotel is very well situated and convenient for exploring the area. The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear noise from neighbouring rooms, which might be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the service is top-notch. The tea are extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Five stars for the hospitality!

Its very very amazing hostel , the big hidden gem arround hagia sophia for Travelers , the receptionist is very friendly to their customer and very care about them , There is kitchen with all set things you need , toilets is very clean and the bed is so comfort , i dont believe with the price because is too cheap for this hostel with big Value , good job for all officer Its Very very recommended for travelers

They had only 1 mistake when they changed my reservation without my confirmation. I reserved a private room with a personal bathroom. The receptionist downgraded to the room WITHOUT bathroom (I have to use a common bathroom). He said that ky reserved room was run out but he did not confirm with me before I came to the room. He should have let me know in advance. Except that, everything was fine. They work professionally and very nice and kind.

They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any request left a lasting impression on me. The rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Turkish flair. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Bosphorus, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The spread was diverse, with a wide range of Turkish and international options. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring Istanbul. Taksim Green House also offers easy access to Istanbul's top attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the comfort of this boutique hotel was a true pleasure. In summary, Taksim Green House Istanbul exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a welcoming oasis in the heart of a bustling city, offering exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and make more memories in this wonderful establishment.

The hostel is clean, convenient at affordable price. I have recommended a few people to stay here. It was a very lovely hostel... ... only if the staff isn't rude. I was in Istanbul for three days and excited to stay here for all three days. However, they arranged a very drunk man next to my bed. He was grunting aggressively and throwing things around. When I was taking shower, he went on to bang the shower room door violently. I did not feel safe with the man around because he might destroy my possessions, if not endanger my wellbeing. I went to the counter and told the staffs, hoping just to move me to another room to have peace of mind. However, one of the staffs Zakaria, invalidated my request and repeatedly telling me the drunk guy has ”no problem”, indicating I'm not allowed to move to another room and they also did not intend to solve the problem. He then said to me ”this is a hostel” insinuating I should lower my expectations with the type of people I share room with in a hostel. As someone who survived family members with drinking issue, his lack of empathy is pissing me off. After insisting on my request I will not go back to that room, luckily the other staff decided to switch me to another room. Over the course of my stay, this Zakaria staff totally forgot his professionalism and giving me sour face the entire time even though I was being very cordial with him. I also realize he also intentionally charge me double for using the kitchen. (The price displayed here was $1, he asked me for $2, not a lot but its frustrating). If I take Zakaria out of my thought, this is really one of the loveliest stay in Turkey for me.
