"Прекрасный отель! Заселили раньше времени (при наличии мест), что очень порадовало, т.к. приехали в ливень. Местоположение отличное, самостоятельно добираться из аэропорта очень удобно: до станции метро Везнеджилер 5 минут пешком, до остановки трамвая и автобуса из аэропорта Аксарай минут 10 пешком. Рядом с отелем обменники. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности: мечеть Сулеймание - 15 минут, Голубая мечеть и Айя-София минут 25, набережная и Галатский мост - 20 минут. Прекрасный персонал, очень душевные и отзывчивые, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники: молодой человек на ресепшене и две прекрасные женщины утром на завтраке, которые сами его и готовят). Зейнап печет очень вкусные кексы и трубочки с сыром на завтрак. Завтрак с 8.00 до 10.00, шведский стол, вполне хватает: омлет, картошка фри, хлопья, огурцы, помидоры, оливки, сыры два вида, колбаса, салат, выпечка. Нет мяса, но нас это совсем не напрягало. Каждый день одинаковый, но для 4-5 дней пребывания совсем не критично. Постоянно пополняется, если что-то закончилось на завтраке. Кофе и чай можно сколько угодно пить только во время завтрака, в остальное время за доп.плату (чай 30 лир). Чайника в номере нет, кулера с водой в доступе тоже. Около Стамбульского университета есть столовая Süleymaniye Lokantası (10 минут пешком мимо станции метро). Так же там расположена кофейня с потрясающим и самым недорогим Сан-Себастьяном. На площади около станции метро Везнеджилер очень хороший ресторан Chef Murad. Цены нормальные, обслуживание быстрое, очень вкусно, в качестве комплимента приносят лепешку и соусы. В отеле можно купить симку и заказать трансфер в аэропорт, как индивидуальный (50$), так и на автобусе (15$). В номерах чисто, есть тапочки, шампунь, мыло, полотенца, холодильник. Очень порадовало наличие батареи в номере (есть не во всех отелях). Номер просторный. Матрасы хорошие, постель белоснежная. Можно оставить вещи в отеле после выселения. Есть лифт, в отеле 6 этажей. Очень довольны выбором данного отеля!"

"The hostel is clean, convenient at affordable price. I have recommended a few people to stay here. It was a very lovely hostel... ... only if the staff isn't rude. I was in Istanbul for three days and excited to stay here for all three days. However, they arranged a very drunk man next to my bed. He was grunting aggressively and throwing things around. When I was taking shower, he went on to bang the shower room door violently. I did not feel safe with the man around because he might destroy my possessions, if not endanger my wellbeing. I went to the counter and told the staffs, hoping just to move me to another room to have peace of mind. However, one of the staffs Zakaria, invalidated my request and repeatedly telling me the drunk guy has ”no problem”, indicating I'm not allowed to move to another room and they also did not intend to solve the problem. He then said to me ”this is a hostel” insinuating I should lower my expectations with the type of people I share room with in a hostel. As someone who survived family members with drinking issue, his lack of empathy is pissing me off. After insisting on my request I will not go back to that room, luckily the other staff decided to switch me to another room. Over the course of my stay, this Zakaria staff totally forgot his professionalism and giving me sour face the entire time even though I was being very cordial with him. I also realize he also intentionally charge me double for using the kitchen. (The price displayed here was $1, he asked me for $2, not a lot but its frustrating). If I take Zakaria out of my thought, this is really one of the loveliest stay in Turkey for me."

"The hotel has a beautiful location and great service, especially thanks to Amir for his excellent hospitality. The view over the city is wonderful. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small."

"Hotel is a perfect place to stay especially for travelers with a short night due layovers. Just 10 mins away from the IST airport with excellent shuttle. Super clean, modern and comfortable rooms. Free Wi-fi, good-smelling towels and clean shower cabin. English-speaking and polite staff. The only one recommendation is to have your own adapter as there is european types only so charging your phone would be a challenge."

"Yövyimme täällä viisi peräkkäistä yötä. Erittäin suositeltavaa perheille tai niille, joilla on rajoitetusti englannin kielen taitoa. Minulla oli hyvä sekoitus molempia. Sijainti on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Taksim-aukiolta. Istanbul on samanlainen kuin Chongqing vaihtelevine korkeuksineen, mutta pystyin majoittamaan sekä lapset että vanhukset. Lähellä on monia ravintoloita, joilla on korkeat Google Maps -luokitukset. Taksim-aukiolla on metro- ja linja-autoasema, mikä tekee siitä liikenteen solmukohdan, ja takseja on runsaasti. Kävelimme Istiklal-kadulle ja jatkoimme majakalle. Suosittelen lämpimästi hotellin ylläpitäjää. Sisäänkirjautumisesta uloskirjautumiseen koko prosessi oli saumaton. Hän oli uskomattoman ystävällinen ja avulias. Täällä yöpyminen tuntui kuin kotona olisi ollut, ja turkkilaiset naapurit olivat ystävällisiä. Viimeisenä päivänä lapsellani oli korkea kuume, ja mietin, voisivatko vanhukset ja heidän matkatavaransa jäädä huoneeseen, kunnes palaisin. Hän antoi ystävällisesti minun viedä lapsen ensin sairaalaan. Kiitos paljon. En ottanut paljon kuvia, mutta huoneeni näyttää täsmälleen samalta kuin kolmannessa kuvassa."

"Stayed for 3 nights, but aircond not working. After complaining to the hotel, only feedback is nothing can be done as they had already called the repairer but he didn't turn up. No compensation, nothing. Only sorry, nothing can be done. Other than that, location is good to move around."
