My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming. Overall, I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend Demiray Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. It is an exclusive hotel where the staff is very courteous and tries to do everything for the Guests. We had access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is okay but there are better ones! Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives. Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

Usually i don’t leave reviews but for this i have to istg. I’m really so satisfied with each thing at this hotel during my stay. Top notch cleanliness , location is okay like 10 mins walk to the Taksim centre though it’s situated amidst the local area. The receptionists, housekeepers, breakfast staff etc everyone’s been too kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is fab too. To be honest I am thinking about the drawbacks to write if any but there’s just nothing. But since it’s a very recent built that makes it sparkling clean so let’s see if the cleanliness is maintained once the hotel gets 5-10 yrs old. Overall FANTABULOUS STAY

it was fantastic weekend. We came for concert, but found this district very cute: a lot of specialty caffès, local cousine, friendly people. Waiter helped us to schedule our last day – we left our bag on reception and went for lovely walk before went to the airport. Place is nice, restaurant on 5th floor where we had a good breakfast, also has a nice view. Will be back ;)

Bel hôtel, chambre confortable,personnel agréable, petit déjeuner complet.

Расположен рядом с Стамбулом, до Стамбула можно доехать на разных автобусах я пользовался 336 тыми(.,А и М) автобусами. Атель сам по себе хорош, но что бы убрались в номерах надо попрасить, на таблички никто внимание не обращает.

이스탄불에서 지내면서 가장 친절하고 좋으신 주인을 만났어요. 룸도 업그레이드도 해주시고 체크인 시간도 2시간 일찍해주시면서 반갑게 맞이해주셨습니다. 4일간 만난 터키분들중에 처음으로 친절을 느꼈습니다. 방도 좋았어요. 수압도 강하며 ! 방이 정말 넓었답니다.

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . the guy at the reception is a gem , he is a very nice person, helpful and very professional. The room was big enough, very clean and have a view on the bosphore. very close to the tram station Cemberlitas. i will be back for my next trip to Istambul.
