"Stayed here for two nights, but wish I could stay longer! The location is excellent, in an alley just a stone's throw away from all the action in Taksim. There's affordable food options nearby, nice bars, desserts stores, and it isn't too noisy on the second floor where we stayed. The room itself was very clean on arrival. We were upgraded for free to a family suite, I think because it was a last minute booking and they did not have a room available. The family suite can comfortably fit 4 people, with a big comfortable bed and pullout couches that connect (but we didn't use those, so cant review). In the basement you'll find a Turkish bath company (which appears to have a partnership with AKKA but is not necessarily related) and we had a pleasant experience getting cleaned up there after a long day of walking around. Felt very convenient! Service wise, reception is very friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi to airport for us, available 24/7. Only issues I noticed were that our room seemed to have a few mosquitos - not sure how they got in. There was a latent humidity in the air, though (but we didnt open the windows so maybe this issue would have been relieved if we did). Room service could be improved - they came to clean the room the first morning even though we left at around 12pm, but it seems they forgot to refill our water bottles and coffee sachets. All in all these are small issues though! For such a clean, premium feeling, and conveniently located hotel, I'd happily pay the price I did for many more nights."

"There is no enough room for normal breakfast, and breakfast is pretty poor and same every day. The people who work in the hotel are ok, kind and helpful."

"Отель в целом понравился. Один из не многих отелей в Стамбуле в европейском стиле. Стоимость была с завтраком 6500 рублей за ночь. Что понравилось: - Расположение. В глубине квартала, не далеко от Галатского моста. Выходишь и сразу попадаешь в район с кафе и прочими туристическими прелестями). Рядом набережная. - Завтрак на 4 этаже. Есть терраса. Отличная еде. - Дружелюбный персонал. Что не понравилось: - Расположение. Нет тут не ошибка. Это и минус и плюс отеля. Так как отель расположен рядом с огромным количеством кафе - после 22-00 очень шумно на улице. Иногда всю ночь шумел народ. - Уборка. В номере было убрано на 4. Находил волос на полу и в кровати."

"Fabulous 👌 I had the balcony room at the top (501) and the views over the Bosphorus and Galata tower were amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the location ideal, only 5 minutes walk to the tower. But what really makes this place special is the staff. They were wonderful. They made me so welcome on arrival and even went to the shop for me to buy some wine. Highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turkey. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turkey. I would definitely stay here again!"

The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying some fresh air and coffee together. The kitchenette was fully equipped, which made the stay even more convenient for a short getaway. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the shuttle service to central areas like Taksim was very useful. While the surrounding area is quieter than central Beyoğlu, it suited us well for a peaceful staycation.
