"It was amazing trip. Hotel was very beautiful . Mostly I remember view on the 8 floor, where spend breakfast . For breakfast serve many turkey delights and also salmon and desserts . Nearby hotel street Istiklyal- central street with many shops and cafe. Very comfortable area for life. This part of town calm , but there are many sights. We went on foot to old city about 20 minutes. Hotel in custom style , clean. Cleaning up- every day. We get a little problem - clogging, but it was decided after one hour. Impression from hotel very good. We definitely will go back ."

My stay at Demiray Hotel was excellent! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is in the Karaköy district, which is perfect for exploring Istanbul. It’s walkable to the T1 tram station, Galata Tower, and the art museum so location is definitely a highlight. The area also feels pretty safe, even for female travelers, which is a big plus. Our room was clean and had a spacious bathroom, which was nice. However, we were placed on the first floor, and the view was underwhelming. The staff greeted us and said hello, but I didn’t feel very welcomed for a 5-star service. They could have been more helpful with directions and local tips, especially since we were female travelers. Overall, service felt a bit distant. maybe I expected more from a 5-star property. (Just my personal opinion ) Pros: - Excellent location - Safe area for female travelers - Clean room and big bathroom Cons: - First floor view was disappointing - Staff could be friendlier and more helpful

It is a good place to stay if you have something you need to do in Esenyurt. It is very close to Esenyurt university. The pool is beautiful, but it was freezing cold even though we are in the middle of a heat wave. Many people left the pool because it was so cold to use. The pool restaurant did the classic tourist “scam” of adding French fries to our order without us actually ordering them to increase sales - I didn’t expect this in a hotel. The open hamam that guests can use for free had a horrible smell. The VIP rooms were nice though and we had a good massage. Breakfast was good, although I was surprised omelets and fresh juice were on sale for 4 euros each (another thing I’ve never seen at a hotel open breakfast buffet). The couches/chairs in our rooms were badly stained, but the room was very spacious and nice overall. Sheets and towels were clean. Housekeeping and reception staff were very friendly and fantastic. The gym was good and I was surprised to see Pilates equipment.

Excellent hotel with outstanding location near Galata tower. Impeccable service and cleanliness. However, my issue is not with the hotel but with Trip.com. I had booked 2 sea view rooms through trip.com. However, the reservation instructions provided to the hotel did not include “sea view” rooms. I was given 1 room in the basement with no views and one on the upper floors with partial sea view. Although Trip.com refunded a portion of my fees, it was an utter let down on expectations that partially ruined my holiday

It was unexpectedly good, I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, which was very spacious and nice. I enjoyed the spa aswell. Breakfast had a variety. I think I will come back. What annoyed me when I was ordering room service i asked them whether it came with an extra charge and they said no, but upon checkout I was charged 130 lira more for room service. That wasn’t good

My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim . Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna

比較早的酒店了， 1.酒店沒有配套牙具梳子，甚至沒有漱口杯，有浴缸但是沒有浴缸塞子。 2.早餐就那4樣，水煮蛋，炒蛋，薯條/春款，香腸，水果衹有西瓜蘋果。 3.價格算是比較便宜（相對其他酒店），在2個地鐵站中間，其中一個購物中心很近900m，走路大概10分鐘。
